Endobronchial lipomas Are rare lesions that usually obstruct a major bronchus and cause irreversible pulmonAry damage distally. They are histologically benign tumors. But they can produce pulmonary damage or irreversible bronchiectasis if dignoses or tr atments are delayed. Whenever possible, the treatment of choice is resection by means of bronchoscopy. If endoscopic removal is not possible or lf the nature of the tumor is unclear, surgery is necessary. with lobectomy or pneumonectomy being required in most cases due to the extensively damaged pulmonary parenchyma . We present a case of endobronchial lipoma causing bronchial obstruction and peripheral organizing pneumonia with its clinical features. diagnosis find treatment methods.

The purpose of this study is to collect data for improving of the ski training about physical education for elementary school teachers and for activating teacher training about leisure activity by examining the opinions of elementary school teachers about ski training for teachers. I analyzed the data with the schedule of 4 days each (30 hours each) from January 4, 2011 to January 7, 2011(1st class) and from January 11, 2011 to January 14, 2011 (2nd class) in D University of Education in order to achieve the purpose of this study. The data was collected by qualitative research method from the 6 elementary school teachers (4men, 2 women) who agreed to participate in this study as the study participants among the 60teachers who attended ``2010 year autonomous ski academy (basic) for D & K elementary school teachers`held in Yongpyong Ski Resort in Gangwon Province for the elementary school teachers who belong to D Metropolitan Education Office and K Province Education Office. The result is summarized as follows. First, the opinion of teachers on skiing was sub-categorized into the opinions for good point to attend skiing, activating teacher`s skiing, necessity of skiing in elementary school curriculum and activating ski lesson in elementary school. Second, the opinion of teachers on ski training was sub-categorized into the opinions for the motive for the ski training, completion hours of the ski training program, the adequacy of ski instructor of the ski training programs and facility and environment for ski training program. Third, the teachers who participated in this study suggested broadening the opportunity to take part in the training, guidance on the certification scheme and operating the ski program in school as the improvement of ski training for teachers.

This study was to apply an exercise program which could develop physical perceptive ability and basic physical strength necessary for going-up upward in horizontal bar exercise so that many teachers and students could more easily make approach to horizontal bar, and to find out its exercise learning effect. The method of study was through the execution of physical training lesson for 2 weeks. 3 hours each a week, after dividing 248 students of fifth, sixth grade attending B elementary school located in Daegu, selected as a example, into three groups of physical perceptive ability learning group(A), basic physical strength training learning group(B) and controlled learning group(C). From the result of analysis by man and female and by learning groups, it`s found that since there was a statically meaningful difference between A learning group(physical perceptive ability) and C learning group(controlled learning group) and there was not between B learning group(basic physical strength training) and C learning group(controlled learning group), physical perceptive ability exercise program might be more effective than basic physical training exercise program for the elevation of going-up upward in horizontal bar function. Therefore, I think that for more effective learning of going-up upward in horizontal bar exercise, a sufficient prior experience about an exercise, which can develop physical perceptive ability, having exercise learning transition power to the function of going-up upward in horizontal bar exercise, is necessary.
인성역량 향상을 위한 초등학교 온라인 체육수업에 대한 질적 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions of novice teachers and experienced teachers about online physical education classes to improve personality competency. For this purpose, after a preliminary survey of 40 elementary school teachers, semi-structured and unstructured in-depth interviews were conducted with 4 new teachers and 4 experienced teachers about online physical education classes. In addition, the case study method was used for data analysis, and the results were derived using the NVivo11 program for the meaning extraction process, categorization, and meaning generation process. In order to secure the truth of the study, triangular verification, data comparison review, and member-to-member review were conducted. Research Results Three categories and six themes were derived according to the research question. First, in the preparation of online classes, it was found that there was confusion and a lack of knowledge in content teaching for beginner teachers, and a new attempt and absence of digital literacy education for experienced teachers. Second, in the online class operation, it was found that the appearance of a one-way class and watermelon licking evaluation for new teachers was an interactive class and an evaluation with substantiality for experienced teachers. Third, in the influence of online classes and changes in personality competency, it was found that the appearance of personality in connection with the beginning of new education and offline for experienced teachers was found to be a growing regret for novice teachers and an online personality.
