[ $0.25{\mu}m$ ] N-well CMOS 공정기술을 이용하여 전류 구동형 A/D 변환기 회로를 설계하였다. 설계된 회로도에는 트랜스컨덕턴스(transconductance), 선형 폴더(folder) 회로 및 1 비트 A/D 변환기로 구성되어 있다. 트렌스컨덕턴스 회로를 이용하여 입력전압을 전류로 변환시킨 후 변환된 전류신호를 이용하여 선형성이 매우 양호한 폴더 회로를 얻을 수 있었다. 폴더 회로를 다단으로 종속접속시킴으로써 n비트 A/D 변환기로 확장할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 설계된 A/D 변환기는 대략 25MSPS으로 구동할 수 있는 6비트 A/D 변환기 회로이다. Multi-stage folding A/D converter circuit with $0.25{\mu}m$ N-well CMOS technology is designed. This A/D converter consists of a transconductance circuit, linear folder circuit and 1bit A/D converter circuit. In H-spice simulation results, linear folder circuits having high linearity can be obtained when the current mode is used instead of voltage mode. And in case of 6bit, the delay time is limited about 40ns. From this results, 6bit 25MSPS A/D converter circuit can be realized.
피로강도 및 수명에 미치는 Shot Peening에 의한 잔류응력의 영향

Procedures are presented for influence of shot peening on fatigue strength, fatigue life and effects of shot peening are discussed from experiments were taken between shot peened and unpeened SPS5, SM45C specimens. After the residual stress on shot peened specimens was measured by X-ray diffractometer, rotating bending fatigue tests were carried out. In addition, the compressive residual stress profile was obtained by the superposition method of three stresses which is based on Al-Obaid's equation. Predicted fatigue life considering residual stress profile which was obtained by the Al-Obaid's equation and another predicted fatigue life considering residual stress profile which was measured in test were compared. For the purpose of predicting fatigue life, Morrow's equation considering the residual stress and mean stress was used.
신제품개발관련 역량과 전략적 포지션이 품질경영활동과 품질혁신성과 및 재무성과에 미치는 영향분석

본 연구는 신제품 개발 성공요인으로부터 신제품개발관련 역량인 혁신개발 역량, 시장수용 역량, 운 용 역량을 설정하여, 신제품개발관련 역량이 품질경영활동과 품질혁신성과 및 재무성과에 미치는 영향은 물론, 군집분석으로 분류한 신제품 관련 전략적 포지션이 품질경영활동과 품질혁신성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 조절효과를 분석하였다. 신제품개발관련 역량들이 품질경영활동의 매개를 통하여 품질 혁신성과와 재무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 신제품개발을 위한 전략적 포지션의 선택에 따라서 품질경영활동과 품질혁신성과간의 영향력에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 확인 하였으며, 특히 신제품혁신전략을 강조할수록 영향력이 더 커지고 있음을 확인하였으며, 원가우위전략을 선호할 경우, 영향력이 낮게 나타나고 있음을 확인하였다. The purposes of this paper is to analysis the effect of the NPD(new product development) capability on the QM(Quality Management) implementation, quality and finance performance, and also to review the mediating effect of the strategic position on the relation among the NPD capability, the QM implementation, quality and finance performance. We formulate the three NPD capability(innovation development capability, market adoption capability, operation capability) from the studies of the dimension of industrial new product success, and the structural equation model(SEM) for analysing the relations among the four construct or latent variables(the NPD capability, QM implementation, quality performance, finance performance). And we analysis the mediating effect of the strategic position classified by the cluster analysis. The empirical results are as follows. First, the NPD capability has the statistically significant positive relation about the quality performance/finance performance through the moderating effect of the QM implementation. Second, we recognize the mediating effect of the strategic position between the QM implementation and the quality performance, and the mediating effect of the new product innovation strategy is more strong significant than another strategies.

This paper deals with the ZVS characteristics of a bidirectional DC/DC converter in idling mode. Simulations are carried out with the supercapacitor which maximum voltage is 50 V. It is found that the ZVS can be achieved as far as the supercapacitor voltage is below 94% of the maximum voltage in idling mode. Therefore, the switching loss in the mode can be small by control the upper limit of the supercapacitor voltage.

In this study, as an inorganic solid electrolyte material, a PEO / LLZO composite solid is a composite of Li7La₃Zr₂O12(LLZO), which has a Cubic structure with a wide electrochemical potential window and high ionic conductivity, and PEO electrolyte PEO, in which the lithium salt is dissociated. We studied the charge / discharge characteristics and impedance characteristics of all-solid-state lithium batteries to which electrolytes were applied. The resistance is minimized when the LLZO content is 20 wt%, which is the condition that the LLZO solid electrolyte is uniformly dispersed in the PEO electrolyte while minimizing aggregation, and the capacitance characteristic is the best at 140 mAh /g. The result is that LLZO acts as a filler in the composite solid electrolyte, which reduces the crystallinity of the PEO and creates a smooth lithium-ion path through interaction with the PEO from the surface of the LLZO solid electrolyte.
