InSb 박막의 결정성 및 화학양론이 이동도에 미치는 영향

DC 마그네트론 스퍼터를 이용하여 $InSb$ 박막을 증착하고 증착온도, 후속 열처리, 증발 차폐막 및 적층구조의 영향을 조사 하였다. 증착직후의 $InSb$ 시편에서 증착온도의 증가와 더불어 이동도와 전자농도 모두 거의 선형적으로 증가 하였으며 이동도가 극히 낮은 영역에서의 이동도는 화학양론비보다도 결정립의 크기에 직접적으로 영향을 받는 것으로 확인 되었다. 차폐막이 없는 경우에 비하여 차폐막을 형성시킨 경우 이동도가 크게 증가 하였으며, 또한 적층구조 시편의 경우 $In$의 증착량 증가와 더불어 이동도가 증가 하였다. 이는 두 경우 모두 박막내의 $In$과 $Sb$의 화학양론비가 점차 정량에 가까워지기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 차폐막을 형성시키고 열처리한 시편의 경우 열처리 시간이 길어질수록 박막의 이동도는 증가하고 있으며 박막의 최대 이동도값은 1612 $cm^2$/Vs로 측정 되었다. $InSb$ films were fabricated by DC magnetron sputtering and the effects of deposition temperature, heat treatment, passivation from evaporation and multi-layered structure were investigated. Electron mobility and electron concentration were linearly increased with deposition temperature for as-deposited specimens. It was found that the mobilities depend on the grain size rather than the stoichiometry for the samples with very low mobilities. The mobilities largely increased for the specimens with evaporation passivation compared with those without passivation layer. The mobility also increased with the amount of indium deposition in the multi-layer structured $InSb$ films. It was found that the mobility increments in both cases are due to the matching of the stoichiometry in $InSb$ films. For the heat treated and passivated specimens, the mobilities increased with annealing time and the maximum mobility was measured as 1612 $cm^2$/Vs.

본 연구의 목적은 건물의 유무에 따른 도시지역의 침수특성을 이중배수체계기반의 2차원 침수해석모형을 이용하여 각각 해석하고 해석 결과의 차이를 비교하는데 있다. 이를 위해 LiDAR 측량기반 1m×1m 해상도의 표고모델과 표고모델 위에 건물의 외벽을 따라 지표수 유입을 억제하는 격자를 생성한 표고모델의 2가지 지형자료를 구축하였고, 2가지 지형조건을 2차원 침수해석모형의 입력 자료로 활용하기 위해 10m×10m 해상도로 re-sampling 하였다. 분석 결과, CCTV 영상에 의한 실측 침수심 자료와 모의값을 비교한 결과, 건물을 고려하지 않은 지형자료를 사용한 경우 침수심이 과소 산출되었으나, 건물을 고려한 경우에는 실측값과 근사하게 모의되었다. 침수심의 차이는 침수 가능 면적의 변화에 따라 침수체적이 변하게 되므로, 지표면으로 유출되는 수문량이 절대량으로 고정된다면 침수 가능영역이 큰 지형자료를 사용한 경우 침수심이 낮아지기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 한편 침수흔적도와 비교한 침수면적은 두 지형자료 모두 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나 근사하게 건물을 고려한 경우의 일치도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 침수면적과 침수심의 두 가지를 종합적으로 고려한다면, 이중배수체계기반의 2차원 침수해석모형을 활용하여 도시유역의 침수해석을 수행하는 경우, 건물을 고려한 지형자료를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다고 판단된다. This study aims to investigate urban inundation considering building footprints based on dual-drainage scheme. For this purpose, LiDAR data is cultivated to generate two original data set in terms of DEM with 1×1 meter and building layer of the study drainage area in Seoul and then the building layer is overlapped as vector polygon with the mesh data with the same size as DEM. Then, terrain data for modeling were re-sampled to reduce resolution as 10×10 meters. As results, the simulated depth without considering building footprints has a tendency to underestimate the inundation depth compared to observed data analized by CCTV imagery. Otherwise, the simulation result considering building footprints revealed definitely higher fitness. The difference of inundation depth came from the variation of inundation volume which was relevant to inundation extent. If the building footprints are enlarged, the possible inundation depth is increased, which results in being inundation depth higher because hydrological conditions such as rainfall depth are conservational. Otherwise, according to comparison of inundation extents, there were no significant difference but the case of considering building footprint was revealed slightly higher fitness. Thus, it is concluded that the considering building footprint for inundation analysis of urban watershed should be required to improve simulation accuracy synthetically.

Current building structural standards require the shear strength and rigidity in the design of vertical construction joints in a slurry wall. This paper proposes a shear key resistance method for shear connection of vertical construction joints, and compares its structural performance with the currently prevalent method of shear friction rebar. The study found the structural performance of the shear key resistance method was significantly better than that of the shear friction rebar method.

The shear connection of the vertical construction joint of a slurry wall by the concrete shear key has excellent structural performance and is economical and eco-friendly. However, technology for forming concrete shear keys in the underground is still underdeveloped. This paper proposes the development of the construction technology required to form a concrete shear key at the vertical construction joint of the slurry wall.

Based on Article 16 of the National Health Promotion Act, the Disease Control Headquarters is conducting a national health nutritional survey. The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of mental health according to the amount of physical activity and the presence of diseases based on the data of the 6th National Health and Nutrition Survey Survey. For the data analysis, we selected a group of physical activity and leisure physical activity data of the National Health and Nutrition Survey data. We used 2,370 data that sincerely answered the mental health check. As a result, there was a statistically significant difference in the main effects of mental health (F=6.258, p<.01) in the leisure activities and in the main effects of mental health according to leisure activities (F=34.042, p<.000). Second, there was a statistically significant difference in the main effects of mental health (F=40.974, p<.000) in the work activities and in the main effects of mental health according to work activities (F=7.784, p<.000). The results of this study suggest that the participants should be more active than the simple physical activities alone, especially for those who have diseases.
