The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived value on trust, commitment, and behavioral intention of food service"s guest. To test each measures" predictive utility in this context with AMOS. Sampling in this study was limited to guest of family restaurants, such as VIPS, Outback steakhouse, and TGI"s Friday. The responders included 225. Frequency, factor analysis and AMOS analyzed data. As the results, social value and emotional value were major to influence on the cognitive trust while functional value wasn"t to influence on the cognitive trust. All of value, functional, social, and emotional value were major determinant to influence on the affective trust. Cognitive and affective trust were major determinant to influence on the commitment. And commitment was major to influence on the behavioral intention.

This study is to verify the structural relationship among 3 typical factor relational benefits, relational commitment, and relational continuance intention in service corporation. To test each measures; predictive utility in this context with AMOS. Sampling in this study is limited to the department store, beauty parlor, dental clinic and hotel restaurant in Busan, South Korea. The responders included 632. Data were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, and AMOS. As the results, social benefit is major to influence on the relational commitment and relational continuance intention. Confidence benefit is major to influence on the relational continuance intention, while isn`t major determinant to influence on the relational commitment. Special treatment benefit is major to influence on the relational commitment, while isn`t major determinant to influence on the relational continuance intention. Social benefit is major to influence on the relational commitment in all of 4 service corporations. While confidence benefit isn`t major determinant to influence on the relational commitment in all of 4 service corporations. Special treatment benefits is major to influence on the relational commitment in beauty parlor, dental clinic and hotel restaurant.
개인성격이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서의 정규직과 비정규직의 조절효과

This paper aims to investigate the moderating effect of regular workers and non-regular workers on job satisfaction in hotel service employee. And to identify how personality work to the job involvement and eventually impact the job satisfaction. The detailed factors regarding personality is classified based on the related literatures. Furthermore, the hierarchical regression analysis is used to analyze the extent to which the factor affect job satisfaction. The samples used for data analysis are 298 workers working for ten deluxe hotels including 138 regular workers and 160 non-regular workers. Research findings reveals that personality is major to influence on the organizational commitment. Also, the organizational commitment is major determinant to on the job satisfaction. In addition, work status has moderating effects between personality and organizational commitment, and between organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
