        정보통신이 제조업 생산성에 미치는 영향

        Information and communication technology (ICT) has been recognized as one of the alternative source of productivity growth and, in turn, economic growth. However, there has not been much literature reporting that the benefit of ICT has materialized in countries other than United States. Since the Korean economy has allocated a large amount of resource to develop ICT capacity after the mid 1990s, it is time to investigate whether the invested resource has done something to boost the productivity. This study performs various regressions to analyze the relationship between ICT and productivity at the sectoral level. The basic methodology relies upon the framework developed by Griliches in the field of R&D. The study also examine the causality among ICT, R&D and industrial productivity based on the time-series analysis. The empirical results show that the ICT has not provided much positive effect in productivity improvement so far, and more attention should be paid to the efficient utilization of invested capital.

      • 콩 종간교잡에서 주요형질의 유전분석

        재배종과 야생종의 인공교잡 분리세대에서 주요형질들의 변이와 유전력을 조사하여 야생종을 이용한 콩 품종육성의 기초자료를 얻고자 수행한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 두 인공교배의 F_2 집단에서 100립중을 제외한 나머지 조사 형질들은 초원분리를 보였다. F_1과 F_2의 평균 개화일수는 양친의 중간정도로 정규 분포를 보였다. 백립중의 F_1 평균은 은하콩, 소백나물콩 두 조합 각각6.5, 5.7g으로 소립종 쪽으로 치우친 정규분포를 보였다. F_2의 평균수량은 양친의 중간정도이었다. F_1의 덩굴성은 두 조합 각각 6.4, 6.6이었으며 F_2 평균은 은하콩 조합이 6.0으로 덩굴성 쪽으로 치우쳐 덩굴성이 부분적인 우성으로 보였으나, 소백나물콩 조합에서는 4.6으로 은하콩과는 다른 결과를 보였다. 경장, 개회일수, 개체당 협수, 수량, 도복, 덩굴성 등은 높은 광의의 유전력을 보였으며 100립중은 협의의 유전력이 은하콩 조합에서 52.3%, 소백나물콩 조합에서 65.6%로 평가되어 초기세대에서의 선발이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to obtain the information of varietal development using wild soybean through investigation of variation and heredity of major agronomic characters in F_2 generation of interspecific cross between Glycine max and G. soja. In segregating populations of two crosses, all characters observed except 100-seed weight showed transgressive segregation. Days to flowering showed normal distribution; mean days to flowering in F_1 and F_2 was approximately mean of parent. Mean of F_1 for 100-seed weight was 6.2g and 5.7g for Eunhakong/KLG10084 and Sobaegnamulkong/KLG10084, respectively, which were somewhat skewed distribution to small seeded parent. Mean of F_2 was about mean of two parents. Degree of vine was 6.4 and 5.7 in F_1 for two crosses but it was 6.0 in F_2 for Eunhakong/KLG10084, which revealed the degree of vine as partial dominance while 4.6 for Sobasgnamulkong/KLG10084, somewhat different results from the previous cross. Broad-sense heritability(h^2B) for plant height, days to flowering, pods per plant, seed yield, and degree of vine was comparatively high and narrow-sense heritability(h^2N) for 100-seed weight which is the most important character in the development of small seed-size sprout soybean was 52.3% and 65.6% for Eunhakong/KLG10084 and Sobaegnamulkong/KLG10084, respectively, which indicated that selection for the character in early generation was possible.

        재배환경에 따른 광안콩 Oleic Acid 함량의 안정성

        본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 선발된 고 oleic acid 콩 품종인 광안콩의 환경안정성을 검토한 것으로 미국과 한국의 10개 환경에서 광안콩의 oleic acid 함량을 평가한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 대조품종으로 이용된 고 oleic acid 콩 N98-4445A는 10개 환경에서 평균 55.5%의 oleic acid 함량을 보였고, M23은 47.4%의 함량을 보였다. 2. 광안콩은 고 oleic acid 대조품종 보다는 낮은 함량을 보였 Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] oil with high oleic acid (18:1) content is desirable for a broader role in food and industrial uses. Seed oil in commercially grown soybean genotypes averages about 23% oleic acid. Soybean accessions with elevated oleic acid content were reported by researchers. However, oleic acid concentration for some higher oleic acid genotypes can be affected by growing conditions. The objective of this study was to evaluate the stability of oleic acid concentration for soybean cultivar Kwangan with elevated oleic acid and typical oleic acid checks over ten environments. Oleic acid concentration of the high 18:1 checks N98-4445A and M23 ranged from 36.7 to 64.1% and 32.6 to 59.2% with averages 55.5% and 47.4%, respectively. However, oleic acid concentration of normal checks Williams 82 and 5002T ranged from 20.9 to 23.6% and 17.1 to 30.8% with averages 22.0% and 22.7%, respectively. Kwangan had an average 42.0% of oleic acid concentration with a range from 26.8 to 54.6% across ten environments. Kwangan showed relatively less stable than higher oleic acid genotypes, however it is a well adapted soybean cultivar in Korea therefore soybean cultivar Kwangan will be a good genetic source to develop increased oleic acid.

        Increased global sourcing and reorganization in high value-added-centered industries make parts and material industry, which forms 46% of total production and 40% of total exports in manufacturing sector, more important. In a sense that parts and material industry is . vulnerable in spite of its consequence, a lot of policy support was given. Parts and material industry, however, has never been researched empirically in firm level, therefore in this research we would like to analyze the competitiveness of parts and material firms compared with manufacturing sector, and to inquire into their current R&D position. Consequently, we suggest how to make value-added products more efficiently through R&D.

        도시재생 주민참여 사업에 관한 실태연구:주민참여프로젝트팀과 사업화지원비를 중심으로

        This study aims to capture foreign and domestic urban regeneration projects through residents’ participation and to draw measures for residents’ participation in each stage of urban regeneration projects. The first aim is to obtain detailed items on urban regeneration residents’ participation projects based on prior research and a theoretical review. Second, a survey was conducted on residents who participated in urban regeneration community participation projects, and the result of the analysis of the survey used the T-test and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) for the average comparison between groups. Third, based on the analysis results, the government presented suggestions on the status and operation of urban renewal residents’ participation projects. The survey was conducted through self-filled surveys from August 12, 2019 to December 10, 2019, targeting residents’ who had participated in a resident participation project as well as Team and Pilot project cost in urban regeneration projects. As a result, it is judged that the legal support system, government project cost, assistance organizations, participation in basic surveys and planning, and various support programs in the maintenance area affect the competitive advantages of project. It is necessary to increase the participation rate of local governments through partnerships with residents. 본 연구는 국내외 도시재생 주민참여 사업에 관해 주민참여사업의 각 단계별 실태를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적은 첫째로, 선행연구 및 이론고찰을 통해 도시재생 주민참여 사업에 관한 세부항목을 구성하는 것이다. 둘째, 도시재생 주민참여 사업에 관한 참여한 주민을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 설문조사에 대한 결과분석은 집단 간 평균비교를 위한 독립성 검정(t-test)과 중요도 및 만족도 분석(IPA, Importance-Performance Analysis)을 활용하였다. 마지막으로 주민참여 사업에 대한 관심의 증가와 더불어 사회적ㆍ행정적 환경변화에 부응하는 다양한 주민참여 방법이 제시되고 있는 시점에서 도시재생뉴딜에서 주민참여방법에 대한 연구를 통해 도시재생전략의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구는 주민참여프로젝트팀과 사업화지원비 참여주민들을 대상으로 2019년 8월12일부터 12월10일까지 개별면접조사 및 이메일 조사를 통해 설문조사를 시행하였다. 분석결과, 유지영역에 속한 법적지원체계, 정부사업비 지원, 중간지원조직 운영, 기초조사와 계획수립 시 참여, 다양한 지원프로그램에 대해서는 경쟁우위에 있다고 판단된다. 또한 이에 대한 지속적인 지원 및 관리가 필요하고 집중영역에서 사업체가 아닌 주민과의 파트너십을 통해 지자체 참여에 대한 만족도를 높이는 전략을 통해 도시재생뉴딜의 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        Productivity has played an important role to check the current economic situation. A lot of economic policy would find the rationale based on the measured productivity level and its sources for future growth. Considering its importance in policy making, we have to pay due attention its accuracy. This study reviews various issues determining the accuracy of productivity measures. Especially the data problem, quality change, and index issues are throughly reviewed and future research direction for accuracy improvement in productivity analysis is suggested.
