        도서 국가 초원식 식재의 필요성과 국내지역 적응성 검증

        There have been a lot of different planting types introduced over the world. However, many countries have recently been under threat because of budget cuts. For this reason some countries have been introducing low-cost based planting maintenance. In line with this, such low-maintenance planting like that of long grasses was shown to be a common solution. However, this planting often led to many negative impacts such as anti-social behavior, vandalism, and a low preference. However, positive issues were found in some cases for instance the UK. As the United Kingdom is an island nation, interesting types of meadow plantings have recently been positively evaluated for low-cost management and user preferences. This study preceded the understanding of the driver changes of the UK planting to contextualize the need for the introduction of the UK’s meadow planting to domestic procedures in Korea. To address this, local adaptability verification was carried out for meadow plant seeds which are currently under construction in Sheffield, England, and positively evaluated. From September to December 2020, four different plant species were tested on the germination of six seeds (Eschscholzia californica, Dimorphotheca sinuata, Coreopsis tinctoria, Chrysanthemum carinatum, Iberis umbellata, Nigella damascena) under two different settings (patri-dish and pots) where temperatures were also set differently. As a result, the germination rate in the pots was higher than that of the petri-dishes, even with more stability in the pots. The first and full-scale germination in the pots were also earlier by about two weeks than in the petri-dishes. Accordingly, the Seed Spreading method was proposed to be efficient. However, the germination rate varied between seeds in which such treatment to stabilize the germination rate was required. Therefore this study presents the need to manipulate seed-specific germination rates to be constant through the Seed Priming method. Based on this study, it was possible to provide fundamental data for the method of sowing and the timing of sowing depending on different conditions of temperature. However, this study will have to be magnified in that the seeds tested in this study could be introduced species and will have to tested negative with regards to their impact as invasive alien plants on the domestic ecosystem. This will help contribute to delivering positive impacts on developing the natural ecosystem and maintaining low cost/ labor as well as green space management.

        1) The total serum protein was measured for 60 children, as well as protein anct mucoprotein in serum were observed by paper electrophoresis. 2) There was no significant difference between male and female in the amount of total serum protein, in which average value showed 6.6±0.7gm/dl, and increased gradually with advancing age. 3) There was no nignificant difference between male and female in the fraction of serum protein. The albumin was 58, 4±3.7, α₁ globulin was 3.5±1.2, β globulin was 11.6±1.8, and A/G ratio was 1.4±0.22, in average mean, which were no significant defference by the age. The α₂ girbulin was 7.5±1.7 in average mean, and it was decreased gradually with age. The γ globulin was 18.9±2.7 in average mean, and it was increased gradually with age. 4) There was no significant difference between male and female in the fraction of serum mucoprotein. The albumin mucoprotein was 5,2±2.0, α₁ mucoprotein was 17.6±2.5, β mucoprotein was 23.9±2.4 in average mean, which were no significant difference. The α₂ mucoprotein was 35.9±3.5 in average mean, and there was decresed tendency gradually with age. The γ mucoprotien was 17.4±2.4 in average mean, and there was increased tendency gradually with age. 5) A significnt positive correlationship demonstrated between α₂ globulin and, α₂ mucoprotein, as well as between 7 globulin and γ mucoprotein.

      • 血淸 및 尿의 Mucoprotein에 關한 硏究 : 第1編 健康韓國人의 Mucoprotein에 關하여 I. The Mucoprotein in healthy Koreans

        The mucoprotein levels in serum and urine were studied on 60 healthy children and 40 adults by means of the method of Anderson and Maclagan. The paper-electrophoretic studies were also carried out on the mucoprotein in serum and urine of five healthy children. The following results were obtained. 1. The average contents of the mucoprotein in serum and urine of children were 122.5±18.8㎎/dI and 13.3±2.1㎎/dI respectively, and the relative urine concentration (RUC) was 0.88± 0.13. In adults, the average contents of the mucoprotein were 120.6±21.2㎎/dI in serum and 13.4±2.5㎎/dI in urine, and RUC was 0.86±0.14. No significant difference was noted between child and adult. 2. No significant difference was also noted with regard to age and sex. 3. The correlation indexes between the serum concentration and RUC were +0.49 in children and +0.41 in adults, and a significant positive correlationship was demonstrated between them. 4. By paper-electrophoresis, the serum muceproten was mainly contained in α-globulin fraction (α_1 and α_2) of serum protein and the urine mucoprotein was mainly contained in albumin∼β-flobuin fraction.

        Authors studied infection and morbidity rate in 268 cases of children, family of 128 cases of adult pulmonary tuberulosis cases. Results obtained are summerized as followings. 1) Over all infection rate showed 67.5%. No different rate was observed between male and female. Infection rate is progressively increased with advancing age. 2) Tuberculosis morbidity rate showed 20.5%. Male (23.2%) showed higher incidence than female (17.5%) , and progressively decline with advancing age. 3) Children who live with advanced case, positive sputum case, and using same room with patient are higher incidence of infection and morbidity rate. 4) 2 cases are affected tuberculosis among 36 cases of B. C.G. vaccinated children. 5) Age distribution of proportion in infection rate and morbidity rate showed highest in less than one year old children (80%), and progressive decline with advancing age. 6) hilar node tuberculosis showed 58.2 %,primary complex showed 34.5%, and other showed 8.3% in this study.
