        CM기업경기실사지수 분석에 관한 연구 - 2010년 3분기를 중심으로 -

        국내 건설산업에서 CM(건설사업관리)시장은 빠른 성장을 하고 있으나, 타 산업분야와 비교하여 CM시장의 경기 동향을 분석할 수 있는 체계는 마련되어 있지 않다. 본 연구의 목적은 경기 동향 분석 방법의 하나로 다양한 산업 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있는 기업경기실사지수(BSI)의 개념을 바탕으로 전차(前次) 연구에서 개발된 CM기업경기실사지수(CMBSI)를 활용하여 2010년 3분기 시점의 CM시장 경기 동향을 조사하고 주요 특징을 분석하는데 있다. CMBSI는 주(主) 지표인 종합CM 경기를 의미하며 추가적으로 채산성, 자금사정, 수주규모, 매출규모, 고용수요의 5개 보조지표도 채택하였다. CMBSI를 이용하여 CM시장의 경기 동향을 파악하는 것은 기업관점에서는 경영 전략 수립, 산업관점에서는 경기 동향 이해, 정부의 CM정책 수립 등에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 측면에서 중요한 의의를 지닌다. Although the CM(construction management) market in Korea has shown rapid growth, unlike other market sectors, there has been lack of a system by which the economy trend of the CM market can be analyzed. The objective of the paper is to analyse and identify key characteristics of the CM market as of the third quarter of 2010 by using the CMBSI(Construction Management Business Survey Index) which was proposed in the previous study. In the paper, the CMBSI is used as the main index along with other five supplementary indices. The use of the CMBSI can contribute to enhancing the understanding of CM market situation and prospect, and also to providing information for CM policy and regulations.

        건설기업의 녹색건설 경쟁력 요인에 관한 연구

        건설산업에 있어서 녹색 또는 그린(Green)은 차세대 신 성장동력의 핵심적인 키워드로 부상하고 있다. 녹색건설 경쟁력을 갖추는 것은 건설기업의 생존과 발전을 위해 중요하며 이를 위해 녹색건설 경쟁력 요인에 대한 이해는 필수적이다. 본 연구의 목적은 건설기업이 녹색건설 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 요구되는 경쟁력 요인을 발굴하고 Gap 분석 기법을 통해 경쟁력 요인의 중요도와 현 수준을 분석하여 주요 특징과 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 녹색건설 경쟁력 요인에 대한 이해는 건설기업의 녹색건설 전략 수립을 위한 선행 작업이며 동시에 녹색건설 관련 정책 및 제도 수립에 있어 건설기업에게 어떤 동기부여를 해야 하는지를 이해하기 위해 필수적이다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 주요 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 녹색건설 경쟁력의 중요도와 현 수준을 분석한 결과 중요도와 비교하여 현 수준이 모두 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 녹색건설 경쟁력의 중요도와 현 수준 관점에서 CEO 역량 부문은 큰 격차가 없는 것으로 나타났지만 기업 역량 부문에서는 큰 격차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 녹색건설의 R&D 전략과 녹색건설 협력업체의 보유 및 협업 역량이 중요도와 현 수준의 차이(Gap)가 가장 크게 나타났다. In the construction industry, "Green" is emerging as a keyword of new growth engine. Since green construction competitiveness is essential for contractors' survival and growth, it is important to understand what constitutes green construction competitiveness. The objective of the study is to identify elements of green construction competitiveness and to discuss relationships between their importance and current level based on the Gap analysis. A better understanding of the elements of green construction competitiveness assists contractors in formulating green strategies. It also provides insight into what motivates contractors in establishing related policies and regulations. The study identifies that in general there exists a gap between the importance and current level of green construction competitiveness. It also demonstrates that CEO' competence shows a less gap between the importance and current level but firms' competence is an area of weakness. Finally a substantial gap is observed in the field of green R&D strategies and sub-contracting partners.

        건축학 교육인증 학생수행평가기준의 실무적 중요도 분석에 대한 연구

        Given the increasing globalization of the architect profession, architectural accreditation has become a global norm for assuring quality of architectural programs in universities. Since the early 2000s, many architectural departments in Korean universities have actively participated in the accreditation set by the Korea Architectural Accrediting Board. The crux of the accreditation is to run architectural programs in accordance with 37 elements of the Student Performance Criteria(SPC). The current SPC have limitations in that they do not properly reflect the importance of practical needs and competence required by architecture firms. The objective of the study is to analyze and discuss the practical importance of the SPC from the perspectives of architecture firms by using the fuzzy AHP and fuzzy set theory. It is important to understand the practical importance of the SPC in order for architectural programs to educate students with practical competence as expected by their future employers.

        SCR 공정에서 Calcium 성분이 V 2 O 5 /TiO 2 촉매 활성에 미치는 영향

        Factors acting on the deactivation of V2O5/TiO2 catalysts were investigated in the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) process for long term operation. The activity of V2O5/TiO2 catalysts was decreased rapidly after 8 months from the starting of operation in the selective catalytic reaction processes. From ICP-AES analysis, the deactivation of the used catalysts could be caused from the calcium component included in urea solution as a reducing agent. It was found from the NH3-TPD experiments that the strong basic element like Ca component drastically affected the acidity of the V2O5/TiO2 catalyst. The results gave an explanation on the reason why the component of Ca, even though its concentration is very low, could lead to the deactivation of V2O5/TiO2 catalyst in the selective catalytic reaction processes.

        TiO_2 광촉매를 이용한 CO제거 공정특성

        Characteristics of photocatalytic CO removal process conducting CO conversion by using Pt loaded TiO_2 photocatalyst were investigated in a photocatalytic tubular reactor. Effects of Pt loading method onto TiO_2, linear velocity of gas stream containing CO gas, CO concentration and moisture content in the gas stream on the conversion of CO to CO_2 were examined. It was found that the CO gas could be removed almost 100% by using photocatalytic tubular reactor internally coated with Pt/TiO_2 photocatalyst under UV irradiation, when the linear velocity of gas stream was in the range of 0.01~0.25 m/s and CO concentration in the gas stream was ranged from 20 to 100 ppm and the relative humidity of the gas stream was in the range of 20~40%. The conversion of CO gas decreased gradually with increasing linear velocity of gas stream and CO concentration in the gas stream. The moisture in the gas stream could promote the removal of CO gas by means of the generation of OHradicals.

        UV/Photocatalysis 시스템을 이용한 EtOH의 분해 및 H2S의 산화

        Enhancement of photocatalytic activity of UV/photocatalysis was carried out to oxidize the gaseous H2S in a tubular reactor coated with photocatalyst of sol type TiO2. EtOH was used as the standard material to select the photocatalyst,and it was confirmed that the reactor activity was dependent on the coated surface characteristics. Theselected photocatalytic reactor, which coated with STS-01, showed about 80% conversion when the gas linear velocitywas 0.01 m/s and relative humidity was 40%. However, the conversion level of the reaction decreased significantly withincreasing gas linear velocity. Pt was loaded on the photocatalyst to enhance and maintain the performance of the reac-tor, which enhanced the conversion level of H2S more than 95% under the same experimental condition.

        From this research, the results of winning Olympic medals in free Style Wrestling have been analyzed, on the basis of the 1904 Vienna Olympics to the 1992 Barcelona. The medal results of all Weight Categories in the Olympic Participants are as follows: 1) The gold has been Crowned to USA in all Weight divisions, to URS Except Welter Weight, to JPN in Light Fly including 4 Categories, to TUR and KOR in 8 and 4 categories respectively. and the silver has also been given to USA in all categories, to URS in 9, TUR in 7, BUL, JPN, IRN, FIN, and SWE in 6 for each, and KOR in 3 Weight divisions. As for the bronze, USA and URS have won in all Weights, IRN and BUL in 7 for each, FIN and SWE in 6, and KOR, GBR and JPN in 5, and HUN in 4 categories. 2) The medals total gotten by each participant are that USA wins 41 golds including 32 silvers with 20 bronze, URS 31 golds with 17 silvers plus 15 bronzs, JPN 16 golds with 9 silvers plus 7 bronzes, FIN 8 golds with 7 silvers with 10 bronzes, SWE 8 golds including 10 silvers with 8 bronzes, BUL 6 golds with 15 Silvers Plus 9 bronzes, SUI 4 golds with 4 silvers plus 5 bronzes, GBR 4 golds including 4 silvers with 10 bronzes and KOR 4 golds with 4 silvers plus 6 bronzes. 3) The results of the competition can be reviewed by the spatial considerations such continents as Asia, Europe, and North and South America. The medals by the three are the same in the categories of Light Fly, Fly, Bantam and Feather. By conteast, the two continents of America, Europe outnumber Asia in the weights such as Light, Welter, Middleu and Light Heavy. It is interesting to mote that there is no gold in Asia in Heavy Weight divisions of Heavy and Super Heavy weight. Europe gets 86 golds including 89 silvers with 95 bronzes, America 42 golds with 36 silvers plus 26 bronzes and Asia 25 golds including 28 silvers with 32 bronzes in Olympic. 4) As for the history of wrestling this match starts with 7 categories in Vienna Olympics, which is conducted with 10 weights from the 1972 Munhen Olympics through the slight category change expected to be modified in the future With considering dividing weights, some of them are not studied to be changed in such categories as in Feather, Light and Heavy weight. 5) As to the medals gotten by the KOR wrestlers, they win 14 medals in the Olympics of them, 4 golds are given to Mr. Jong-Mo Yang in 62kg, In-Tak Yu in 68kg, Jang-Soon Pa가 in 74kg, and Myung-Woo Han in 82kg, 4 silvers to Mr. Jung-Shin kim in 48kg, Chang-Sun chang and Jong-Kyu kim in 52kg and Jang-Soon Pa가 in 68kg and 6 bronzes to Mr Kap-Do Son in 48kg, Hae-Sub Jeon in 52kg, Eui-Kon Kim and Kyung-Sun Noh in 57kg, Jung-Keun Lee in 62kg, and Tae-Woo Kim in 90kg.
