        역할놀이를 활용한 미술 감상 수업이 공감능력 신장에 미치는 영향

        Empathy is understanding emotion and thoughts of others and their situation and feeling the appropriate emotions. According to precedent studies, empathy makes positive effect on reducing problematic behavior, resolving conflict, and school life adaptation of elementary learners. As said, empathic ability is very important in social formation of learners. The empathic ability is related with nature and subject competency of art. The 2015 art curriculum stated that students can naturally cultivate character by understanding and empathizing with emotion and thoughts of others during the process of communicating with visual image as a topic in art classes. This study focused on the link between empathy and art classes, developed a learning model for using role-model in art appreciation classes and applied to 2nd grade elementary school students. The analysis results are as follows. First, art appreciation class using role-play is helpful for arousing interest of learners. Secondly, art appreciation class using role-play had significant effect on improving cognitive empathic ability and affective empathic ability. When all the results were combined, it was identified that art appreciation class using role-play makes positive effect on improving empathic ability of 2nd grade elementary school students. 공감은 상대방의 감정, 생각 및 상대방이 처한 상황을 이해하고 그에 알맞은 감정을 느끼는 것이다. 선행연구에 의하면 공감은 초등학습자의 문제행동 감소, 갈등해결, 학교생활 적응 등에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 공감능력은 학습자의 사회성 형성에 매우 중요하다. 이러한 공감능력은 미술과의 성격 및 교과 역량과 관련이 있다. 2015 미술과 교육과정은 미술 시간에 시각 이미지를 주제로 의사소통하는 과정에서 타인과 감정과 생각을 이해, 공감함으로써 자연스럽게 인성을 함양할 수 있다고 제시하고 있다. 역할놀이는 다른 사람의 역할이 되어 그 역할에 맞게 행동하는 놀이로 다른 사람이 되어 본다는 점에서 공감과 비슷한 점이 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 공감과 미술 수업과의 연관성에 주목하여 미술 감상시간에 역할놀이를 활용하기 위한 수업모형을 구안하고 2학년 학생에게 적용하였다. 역할극을 활용한 감상수업을 진행한 결과 학습자의 흥미 유발에 도움이 되었고 감정재인, 역할 취하기 요소를 포함한 인지적 공감능력과 정서적 전이, 공감적 관심 요소를 포함한 정의적 공감능력이 신장되는 효과를 얻게 되었다.

      • 혁신동인이 서비스품질혁신과 고객만족성과에 미치는 영향 : 대학종합병원을 중심으로

        본 연구는 대학종합병원의 내부구성원들을 대상으로 실증분석을 통하여 병원 고유의 혁신동인과 서비스혁신을 재조명하고자 하였다. 혁신동인, 서비스품질혁신, 고객만족 성과 간의 인과관계를 구조방정식모형을 통하여 체계적으로 규명하여 병원에서 내부구성원들이 만족하는 혁신방안을 논하고, 서비스품질혁신을 효과적으로 운영할 수 있는 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 병원의 혁신동인은 서비스품질혁신을 위해서 리더십, 혁신문화, 자원지원이 중요하다고 나타났으며 고객만족성과인 종업원만족, 서비스가치, 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부분적으로 리더십은 보조서비스품질혁신에 혁신문화는 핵심서비스품질혁신에 영향을 주지 못하는 것을 확인하였다. 병원을 중심으로 한 서비스품질혁신 관점의 초기 연구로 재조명하여 관계의 영향력을 연구하였다는 점에서 의미가 있으며 혁신에 대한 지속적인 연구가 중요하다. Service innovation is an integral part of doing business today. Although there are lots of successful innovation cases in other industries(manufacture company), service company's innovation studies are rare. This study sheds new light on innovation driver and service innovation through empirical analyze that conducting survey hospital employees. We investigated relationship with innovation drive, service quality innovation and customer performance. We try to provide to managers operational implications. The research model was developed and applied for the hospital employee. Several hypotheses and questionnaire were developed, and data was collected and analyzed with Amos package for this study. In summary of results, innovation drivers(leadership, innovation culture and resource support) has a signification effect on service quality innovation partially, and service quality innovation has a positive effect on customer performance. This result of the study means that a hospital must improve the service quality innovation for keeping efficient implications. So we must research about innovation sustainingly.

        Roles of Dhh1 RNA helicase in yeast filamentous growth: Analysis of N-terminal phosphorylation residues and ATPase domains

        In yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the Dhh1 protein, a member of the DEAD-box RNA helicase, stimulates Dcp2/Dcp1- mediated mRNA decapping and functions as a general translation repressor. Dhh1 also positively regulates translation of a selected set of mRNAs, including Ste12, a transcription factor for yeast mating and pseudohyphal growth. Given the diverse functions of Dhh1, we investigated whether the putative phosphorylation sites or the conserved motifs for the DEADbox RNA helicases were crucial in the regulatory roles of Dhh1 during pseudohyphal growth. Mutations in the ATPase A or B motif (DHH1-K96R or DHH1-D195A) showed significant defects in pseudohyphal colony morphology and agar invasive phenotypes. The N-terminal phospho-mimetic mutation, DHH1-T16E, showed defects in pseudohyphal phenotypes. Decreased levels of Ste12 protein were also observed in these pseudohyphal-defective mutant cells under filamentous- inducing low nitrogen conditions. We suggest that the ATPase motifs and the Thr16 phosphorylation site of Dhh1 are crucial to its regulatory roles in pseudohyphal growth under low nitrogen conditions.

        Understanding Adolescents’ Sense of Self Through Their Engagement with Mirror Art

        This qualitative study explores how adolescents construct their sense of self through engagement with reproductions of contemporary artworks made of mirror. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with four adolescents (two females aged 15 and 16, and two males aged 17), who each observed and responded to still images and videos of five installation artworks with mirror surfaces. The findings highlighted characteristics of mid-adolescence development such as reflection on intra-psychic aspects of the self, self-consciousness, and gender identity. Conversations with the mirror artworks evoked ideas related to self-development and critical thinking in regard to seeing oneself from multiple perspectives. Results of the study imply that engagement with contemporary artworks encouraging kinesthetic-sensory interaction, such as visual self-reflection, can enhance self-awareness and self-reflection in relation to others and the environment.

        Exploring Historical Precedents of the Art College Entrance Exam in Postcolonial South Korea

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the historical origins of the Korean art college entrance exam. Although the exam has undergone significant changes in the past decade, the format from 80 years ago has remained in college entrance exams of art education majors and teacher certification exams. To examine the historical precedents of the art college entrance exam, this study focuses specifically on postcolonial South Korea (1945-1950s), the period when the first contemporary art colleges were established. Through an analysis of primary and secondary sources, the study identifies two major influences. The first influence is the global phenomenon of a utilitarian approach to art of the late 19th and early 20th century, which also prevailed in Korean art history. In this perspective, art was considered primarily as a skill rather than an independent field of study. Consequently, art college entrance exams have always been held in conjunction with the national academic entrance exam once a year, with the content and assessment focused on realistic rendering and expression. The second influence is the direct impact of the Japanese art education system. Japan had established a standardized art curriculum based on plaster figure dessin and formal composition in secondary and higher education, eventually developing a uniform format of their art college entrance exam. Many Korean artists who later became faculty members of the first Korean art colleges since 1945 had studied in Japan and implemented the same format of the exam into Korean art colleges. As a result, Korea's art college entrance exam and curriculum were shaped by Japan's assimilation of Western culture, particularly the French Beaux-Arts art education of the late 19th century. Despite criticism for its uniformity and lack of creativity, this format persisted as it was regarded as the most objective and fair assessment due to the prevalence of corruption, high competition, and efficiency.

        A Note on Feature Checking Lee, Eun-Ji(Daebul University) Chomsky suggests Agree in a long distance or in situ, abandoning feature movement. In contrast, Lasnik supports for feature movement over Agree. Among these two, I show that feature movement is problematic, conclusively arguing for Agree. Addressing the question of why movement takes place anyway, given Agree for feature checking, I propose that -interpretable features of goals (probes at the same time) and the c-command requirement of goals by probes for Agree trigger movement.

        연기자의 효율적 인물형상화 작업을 위한 대본분석과 적용 체계에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 연기자의 인물형상화 작업에 활용되는 사실주의 기반 연기법의 활용과 효율적 인물형상화를 위한 작품분석의 적용 및 응용방안에 대한 고찰이다. 20세기 이후 사실주의 연극의 대두와 함께 러시아의 교육자이자 연출가인 콘스탄틴 스타니슬랍스키에 의해 개발된 사실주의 기반의 연기법은 미국으로 전파되어 미카엘 체홉, 리 스트라스버그, 스텔라 애들러, 샌포드 마이즈너 등 많은 연기 예술가, 교육가, 그리고 연출가 들에 의해 활용 및 응용되고 있다. 사실주의 기반 연기법은 연기자의 인물형상화 과정에서 생성되는 행동과 감정의 진실탐구에 기반을 두고 있다. 연기자의 진실과 인물의 정서를 동일화하여 인물형상화에 필요한 유기적 감정을 도출하기 위해 ‘정서적 기억’ 등의 개인화 훈련이 진행된다. 그러나, 이러한 정서 훈련과정에서 의 지속적 감각 확장과 증폭으로 인해 연기자의 정신건강에 영향을 끼치는 경우가 발생할 수 있으며 개인화 과정에 치우친 인물형상화 작업은 대본분석에 근거한 응용과 창작의 중요성이 간과되는 경우가 발생하여 인물구현의 정당성 부여와 객관화 작업에 오류가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대본분석의 적용과 응용 방식의 구체화를 통해 연기자의 인물형상화과정에 명확성과 구체성을 부여할 수 있는 근거와 체계를 마련하고 연기자의 효율적 인물형상화 방안을 단계별로 나누어 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 그 첫 번째 단계는 연기예술의 발전배경과 연기자에게 요구되는 작업의 진실성에 대한 검토이고, 두 번째 단계는 사실주 의 기반 연기법의 주요 교육자들의 이론과 실습체계를 비교 분석하여 효율적 활용방안 도출의 기반을 도출이 며, 세 번째 단계는 연기자를 위한 대본분석의 단계별 적용방식으로 작가의 작품세계와 가치관의 이해에서 출발하여 대본분석의 응용단계로서의 주제와 세계관 도출, 극의 구조와 중추행동의 분석과 적용, 인물 유형과 등장인물 간의 관계에 따른 행동찾기를 통한 개인화 작업을 다룬다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 체계의 적용으로 인물형상화 작업에 객관성과 정당성을 확보하는 동시에 행동찾기를 통한 개인화 과정에서 발생하는 부산물 로서의 감정이 창작범위 내에서 활용되어 효율적이고 건설적인 창작과정에 활용되길 기대한다. This study is to discuss and suggest effective ways to apply script analysis for actors’ characterization work in Realism based contents. The realistic acting technique founded by Konstantin Stanislavski has been interpreted and utilized by many such as Michael Chekhov, Lee Strasberg, Stella Adler, and Sanford Meisner. The purpose of this realistic acting technique is to help actors get closer to a character’s assumed emotions and expressions by using personal experiences and imaginations. ‘Sense Memory’ exercise and its variations are practiced in synchronization of emotions between a character and actor. However, repetitive and prolonged expansion of emotional personalization could break boundaries between creative work and actual life that could cause mental health issues for actors. This technique can also overdraw emotional truth of an actor without a proper application of script analysis and miss objectification and justification process. Therefore, this study is to suggest a system to apply script analysis for effective and specific characterization work for actors. The first step is to examine the role of an actor to clarify the meaning of acting, and the second step is to look into each of the above educators’ traing methods to find commonality and differences in order to establish an effective way to build a character, and the third step is the progressive application of understanding the world of play, character’s outlook on the world, the plot and main action of a play, character archetypes and relationship between characters, super-objective and objectives to prompt actions and appropriate behaviors which would raise natural emotions. This study encourages actors’ constructive characterization work by focusing on realistic acting technique based on appropriate application of script analysis and truthful emotions aroused naturally during the course of action and further used in the realm of creativity.

        Examining Gender Stereotypes: Gender Preferences in Subject and Form of Children’s Drawings

        This mixed methods case study aimed to explore gender-based preferences in subject and form of children's drawings, and compared the results to Tuman's study from two decades ago. The study was conducted with 40 fourth-grade students (20 boys and 20 girls) from an elementary school in Brooklyn, New York. The participants were asked to draw their favorite scene after listening to a story that promoted stereotypical gender interests and attitudes, using pencils and color markers on letter-sized paper. The results from the quantitative and qualitative data showed significant differences from Tuman's research, with only subject matter and color variation reflecting gender differences among the 48 variables of subject and form. Hence, the findings reflected an overall decrease in gender-preferred style regarding conceptual content and formal visual characteristics from twenty years ago. Results of the study suggests that socio-cultural changes, such as media and gender-neutral education that promote diversity, might have influenced the current gender-based preferences in children's drawings.
