Kanamycin의 豚鼻內 噴霧에 依한 Atrophic rhinitis 淸淨化 實驗

Atrophic rhinitis in swine, a disease of chronic respiratory disease, has been spreaded widely all over the our country and an enormous damage has been done, and astrong contagiosity, a high morbidityrate disease. However a certain and effective method of treatment hasnot been privided for this disease. And so this experiment was conducted to study the effects of KANAMYCIN spraying intcnasal cavity of pigs on depuration of growing pigs. A total number of 40 pigs was divided into 2 treatment ; control(19 pigs) and treatment with 0.8㎖ KANAmYCIN spraying by 3 times(21pigs) The rate of atrophy of thr nasal concha of control and treatent was 0.5∼0.3% and 0∼2.0% respectively, has been recognizsd a KANAMYCIN effedt. Carcass weight and marleting day of control and treatment weae 60.7±8.0㎏, 183.0 days of age and 64.7±5.9㎏, 176.4 days of age respectively. KANAMYCIN spraing was an easy method and so any time, anyone can spray KANAMYCIN.

종교교육의 「어제와 오늘」이란 문제로 개괄해 보겠다. 다음에는 우리나라의 종교교육 특히 학교교육분야에서 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 살펴볼 것이다. 앞서 말한 바와 같이 중고등학교(대학도 마찬가지이지만)에서 종교교육이란 시간이 따로 있지 않음은 물론이다. 그렇지만 단편적이긴하나 여러 교과서안에 어떤 형태로든 종교에 대한 이해가 요구되는 항목·구절·단어들이 산재해있으므로 그것을 통해 학생들의 종교에 대한 이해가 어느 정도 가능한가를 짐작해 볼 수 있다. 끝으로 다루고자 하는 것은 현재 한국의 실정에서나 혹은 현재 주입되고 있는 종교에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 최소한 어떤 내용으로 종교교육을 시켜야 할 것인지 내나름으로의 실라버스를 작성해 보고 부연하여 설명한 다음 대안을 제시해 보고자 한다. 이것은 어디까지나 나의 제안에 불과한 것이므로 이 문제에 관심을 가진 많은 분들의 동참으로 기탄없는 토론이 이루어져 어떻게 종교교육을 시키는 것이 바람직한지에 대해 보다 나은 방향과 목표에 이르기를 기대한다. 존경하는 여러 선배, 동료, 후학들의 기탄없는 비판을 기대하는 바이다.
Silver Nitrate와 Lactic Acid 混合溶液의 精巢內 注射가 흰쥐와 家兎의 去勢 效果에 미치는 影響

This experiment was carried out to develop a chemical castration with intratesticular injection of silver nitrate-lactic acid solution in rats and domestic rabbits. A total of 30 bucks in rat and 25 bucks in rabbit were alloted at random into the following 2 groups: 6 and 5 bucks for control, 24 bucks for 0.2㎖ injection and 20 bucks for 0.5㎖ injection of 5% silver nitrate-lactic acid solution. Change in body weight, blood cell counts, weight and histology of testis at necropsy of the bucks were measured during 4 weeks after treatment. The results obtained were summarized as follows. Compared with the control, the body weight of bucks in rats and rabbits treated with silver nitrate-lactic acid solution was not significantly different during the experimental period for 4 weeks. The white blood cell counts in rats and rabbits wee tended to be increased slightly but insignificantly 1 day after injection silver nitrate-lactic acid solution and then decreased to normal level soon. There was no significant change in red blood cell counts of rats and rabbits with silver nitrate-lactic acid solution. The weight of testis of rats and rabbits 7 to 28 days after treatment was not significantly different between the treatments or periods after treatment. This result indicates that the period of 4 weeks following treatment might be insufficient for injured tissue to be necrotized and absorbed fully. The extent of damage of testis by injection of silver nitrate-lactic acid solution was much different by the local effect in the parts of distance from injection. The proximal portion of testis injected with silver nitrate-lactic acid solution was fully damaged and necrotized, but a distal part of testis was not severely damaged.
