Objective: Thalamic lesioning and deep brain stimulation(DBS) have proved to be beneficial to the treatment of essential tremor(ET). The authors compared the effects and complications of two modalities. Methods: A total of 34 patients with ET were treated with ventral intermediate(Vim) nucleus thalamotomy or Vim DBS from May 1999 to May 2003. The procedure of lesioning or stimulation were performed as usual manner with or without microelectrode recording. Postoperatively, utilizing the various combinations of frequency, voltage and pulse width optimized the stimulation. The degree of improvements of tremor and the occurrence of the complications were evaluated postoperatively and at follow-up. Results: There were 38 procedures, including 27 with Vim thalamotomy and 11 with DBS, in 34 patients. Of the thalamotomy group, left Vim lesioning is 25 and right one is 2. Follow-up duration ranged from 12 to 57 months. In the thalamotomy group, the rate of overall good outcome was 88.9% but 12 patients (44.4%) showed permanent adverse effects. In the cases of stimulation, the rate of overall good outcome was 90.9% and two patients had acceptable dysarthria. Conclusion: Both Vim thalamotomy and Vim DBS were effective for the treatment of ET, although perioperative adverse effects tended to be higher in patients who had thalamotomy. In cases of DBS, adjustments of stimulation parameters enabled an acceptable position to be achieved with tremor control and unwanted effects.

오일-질소가스 혼합유체를 이용한 고온 오일플러싱 시스템 공정설계에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 해양플랜트설비 건조 현장에서 사용되고 있는 기존 고온 오일 플러싱 장비에 대한 성능개선을 위해 기존의 플러싱 장치에 사용되던 오일에 질소가스를 혼합한 고온 오일 플러싱 시스템에 대하여 국제표준화기구 코드(ISO code)를 기준으로 이론적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구를 위해 오일-질소가스 혼합유체 플러싱 시스템 공정을 설계 후 청정성능에 영향을 주는 혼합유체의 혼합비율, 온도, 레이놀즈수 및 액상분율 등에 대한 공정모사 결과도 분석하였다. 그 결과 관 직경과 가스상의 체적분률이 일정한 상태에서 혼합유체의 체적유량이 증가될수록 수평 유압배관 입출구의 액상분율 차이 ${\Delta}{\alpha}_L$ 값은 증가하게 되고 배관길이 방향의 위치에 따라 오일과 질소가스 기포 사이의 상분포가 달라짐을 확인했다. 이러한 상분포의 변화는 오일-질소가스 혼합유체 플러싱 시스템의 청정성능에도 커다란 영향을 줄 것으로 예상된다. A theoretical study on gas-liquid two-phase flow flushing systemnitrogen gas to the oil used for existing flushing equipment was conducted on the basis of ISO code so as to improve performance of existing high-temperature oil flushing equipment used in ocean plant facility drying field. For study, we analyzed process simulation results mixed fluid mixing ratio, temperature, Reynolds number and liquid hold up affectcleaning performance after designing oil-nitrogen gas mixture flushing system process. As a result, as the volume flow rate of mixed fluid increases with the tube diameter the volume fraction of the gas phase constant, the liquid fraction difference value at the inlet and outlet of horizontal hydraulic piping increases. It was found that the phase distribution between oil and nitrogen gas bubbles varies depending on the position the pipe lengthdirection. This change in phase distribution is expected to have a significant impact on the clean performance of an oil-nitrogen gas mixture flushing system.

웹캠과 스마트폰 기반의 반려 동물 돌봄 로봇의 구현 및 전원 관리

We developed a pet care robot that can be controlled outdoors. Through the smartphone application, the pet owners can watch the situation in the house and manipulate the robot to make their pet happy. The video data in the house is transmitted to the application through the webcam installed at the house. The robot can not only perform user's command but also do six basic macro action. The obstacle avoidance function using the current sensor can be activated if the user want to use. When the robot hits to something, it moves back and rotates by arbitrary angle, and then moves forward.

심층신경망을 이용한 스마트 양식장용 어류 크기 자동 측정 시스템

To measure the size and weight of the fish, we developed an automatic fish size measurement system using a deep neural network, where the YOLO (You Only Look Once)v3 model was used. To detect fish, an IP camera with infrared function was installed over the fish pool to acquire image data and used as input data for the deep neural network. Using the bounding box information generated as a result of detecting the fish and the structure for which the actual length is known, the size of the fish can be obtained. A GUI (Graphical User Interface) program was implemented using LabVIEW and RTSP (Real-Time Streaming protocol). The automatic fish size measurement system shows the results and stores them in a database for future work.

조건부가치측정법(CVM)을 활용한 국회담장허물기사업의 경제적 타당성 분석

본 연구의 목적은 국회담장허물기사업의 경제적 타당성을 분석하여 국회가 제공하는 서비스가 이용자들의 생활에 기여하는 정도를 파악함과 함께 사업의 비용과 사회적 편익을 산출하는데 있다. 국회담장허물기사업의 경제적 가치를 측정하는 방법으로는 지불가능금액(WTP)에 의한 조건부가치측정법(CVM)을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 국회담장허물기사업의 사회적 비용은 국회 담장의 철거비용과 담장철거에 따른 조경비용, 담장철거를 위한 경호경비 증가비용, 담장개방이후 유지관리비용과 같이 직접비용과 간접비용을 구분하여 산정하였으며, 직접 비용은 1,690,000,000원, 그리고 간접비용을 포함하면 4,651,325,105원으로 추정되었다. 또한 국회담장허물기사업의 사회적 편익은 국회 방문객 및 이용객들의 접근성을 보장하여 국회의 이용 행태 및 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주고, 인접해 있는 한강시민공원 등과의 상호 연계성을 강화하며, 녹지공간을 확보함으로써 자연생태 공원을 조성할 뿐만 아니라 일상적 이용 성격에 있어서 근린공원 분위기를 조성하여 오픈스페이스의 연결성을 부여한다는 측면에서 편익을 산출하였다. 우선 국회담장허물기사업에 찬성 집단의 지불의사금액 2,279원으로 나타났고, 국회담장허물기사업에 반대 집단의 지불의사금액은 664원으로 산출되었다. 이러한 분석의 결과로 볼 때, 사회적 편익에 비해 사회적 비용이 상대적으로 크게 추정되어 경제적 타당성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to measure the economic value of the National Assembly’s fence opening project. that maintains amenity of the people and to calculate the social costs and social benefits of fence opening project. To measure the economic value of the National Assembly’s fence opening project, contingent valuation method(CVM) using willingness to pay(WTP) was applied. The WTP in fence opening model is significant at 95% confidence level. The results of this study are summed up as follows. Social costs of National Assembly’s fence opening project is calculated to direct costs and indirect costs, as an example of these cost, there are demolition costs and the Congress a fence, increased security cost, fence landscaping costs, and fencing, maintenance costs, The direct cost is calculated ￦ 1,690,000,000 and total costs, including indirect costs were estimated ￦ 4,651,325,105. In the case of social benefits were calculated by the following considerations: ① Visitors and guests of the National Assembly accessibility; ② Customer Behavior and Satisfaction of the National Assembly; ③ Tying interaction with the Han River Citizen’s Park; ④ Green space by creating Ecological Park; ⑤ Create an atmosphere of neighborhood parks. The WTP in Fence opening group were showed ￦ 2,279 per month and the WTP of opposed to the fence group were calculated ￦ 664 per month. From the results of this analysis, the National Assembly’s fence opening project is estimated that there was no economic value because social benefits are relatively larger than social cost.

효율적인 임계 암호시스템 구현을 위한 능동적 비밀 분산에서의 빠른 공유 갱신에 관한 연구

임계 암호시스템은 현대 암호학에서 중요한 한 축을 이루는 암호학의 한 분야이다. 본 논문에서는 임계 암호시스템의 근간이 되는 비밀 분산(Secret Sharing)의 한 분야인 (k, n) threshold scheme에서 능동적 비밀 분산(Proactive Secret Sharing)을 위한 공유(share)갱신 방법을 개선한 새로운 공유 갱신 방법을 제안한다. 이전 방법은 각 참여자당 O(n²) 의 모듈라 멱승 연산을 수행하는데 비하여 제안 방법은 O(n) 의 모듈라 멱승 연산만으로 공유 갱신이 가능하다. 이와 함께 본 논문에서는 k<(1/2)n-1 인 경우에 대하여 제안 방법의 안전함을 증명한다.

아동성폭력 피해특성에 따른 보호 및 대응방안에 관한 연구

  아동성폭력은 피해아동으로 하여금 정신장애 등 심각한 후유증을 겪게 하여, 피해아동은 성장과정에서 심각한 사회부적응 현상을 보이며 그 피해가 평생에 걸쳐 지속되게 된다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 아동성폭력의 정의와 이론적 배경을 먼저 살펴본 후, 아동성폭력의 유형과 성폭력 피해아동의 심리적ㆍ 행동적 특성과 피해아동이 자주 보이는 증상을 검토하고, 13세 미만 아동성폭력 발생현황과 경찰청원스톱 지원센터 취급 아동성폭력 사건 분석결과를 통해 아동성폭력의 발생 등 세부현황을 살펴본 뒤, 아동성폭력 발생 및 증가 원인을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 아동성폭력의 대응방안을 제시하였다.<BR>  아동성폭력은 밀행성과 피해아동 진술의 비일관성ㆍ비논리성으로 인한 법정 증거배제로 가해자가 증거부족으로 무죄판결을 받는 등의 사례가 있고, 가해자의 성적 습벽으로 인한 재범율이 높은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 아동성폭력의 대응방안으로 성폭력 피해아동 행동ㆍ진술분석제 및 아동심리전문가 참여제 도입, 성폭력 유전자 정보은행 구축, 위치추적 전자장치 부착, 아동성폭력 범죄자 교정치료센터 설치, 아동성폭력에 대한 공소시효 정지, 치안시스템 강화, ‘어린이 안전구역’지정 및 운영, 여성아동청소년 경찰지원센터설치 등을 제시하였다.   This study focuses on the Psychological Characteristics of Child Sexual Violence Victims & The Countermeasures. The purpose of this study is to find countermeasures of child sexual violence by analysing the psychological characteristics of child sexual violence victims and the statistics of child sexual violence.<BR>  Child sexual violence happens Secretly, and the statements of Child Sexual Violence Victims are not consistent and logical. Therefore some accused have been sentenced innocent in a court because evidences are not enough. There are many repeated offenders, because many offenders have pedophilia.<BR>  This study looks over the causes of child sexual violence, and suggests some programs to reduce & punish child sexual violence offender efficiently, like Analysis of actions & statements of child sexual violence victims, Expert - Participation System, DNA Data-bank for Sexual Criminal Investigation, Electronic Monitoring Ankle Bracelet, Sexual Criminal Offender Cure Center, Suspension of Prescription, Strengthening Public Security System, Children Safe Zone, etc.
