국민건강영양조사 대상자들의 민간의료보험 가입 요인 및 가입여부에 따른 건강행태·의료이용 비교

본 연구는 우리나라의 민간의료보험 가입자의 인구·사회·경제학적 특성과 가입자와 미가입자간의 질병 유형, 예방 및 건강행태, 의료이용 양상 등을 비교하였다. 그리고 민간보험 가입의 영향을 파악하여 향후 국민건강보험 및 민간의료보험 관련제도의 바람직한 발전방향을 제시하기 위한 기초자료 활용에 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과는 민간의료보험 가입 요인은 인구?사회?경제적 요인이 유의하게 나타났으며, 국민건강 영양조사에서 이루어진 인플루엔자 예방접종율과 건강보험 건강검진은 민간의료보험 가입자에게서 더 낮았고, 지난 2년간 본인부담 건강검진비율과 지난 2년간 암검진비율은 민간의료보험 가입자의 검진율이 더 높았다. 그리고 건강행위 평균을 민간의료보험 가입여부별로 보면, 격렬한 신체활동을 실천하는 비율은 민간의료보험 가입자가 더 높았고, 평균 수면시간, 1주일간 격렬한 신체활동을 하는 일수, 1주일간 중등도 신체활동을 하는 일수, 1주일간 유연성 운동일수 및 1주일간 근력운동일수에서도 민간의료보험 가입자가 미가입자 보다 많았다. 걷기를 실천하는 비율과 1주일간 걷기일수는 민간의료보험 가입자가 미가입자보다 적었다. 의료이용에 민간의료보험이 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는가를 살펴본 결과에서는 외래이용이 있는 경우와 입원이용횟수에서 민간의료보험가입자가 미가입자보다 외래를 이용할 확률이 높았고, 더 많은 횟수의 입원이 관련 요인으로 나타났다. This study firstly examined the socioeconomic and health factors associated with infiltration of private health insurance. Secondly, we compared health behavior, outpatient and inpatient use of private health insured with uninsured. The method of this study is that secondary analysis of the 2008 Korea National Health and Nutrition Survey was conducted for 7178 respondents aged 19 over. We use the logistic regression and t-test for data analysis. The first dependent variable was dichotomy which is divided to private health insured or uninsured and the second dependent variable was the presence and frequency of outpatient and inpatient use. The descriptive variables was gender, age, marital status, income, education, occupation, type of national health insurance, residential area, self confidence of health, prevalence rate of common disease, activity limitation, drinking and smoking status. The result of the major findings are as follows. First, 59 under aged person, married person, people in the higher brackets of income, national employee insured were more likely to infiltrate private health insurance. The poor self confidence of health, activity limitation, person with hypertension or allergic rhinitis and smoker were negatively related in infiltrating private health insurance. Second, private health insured did more preventive behavior such as self-paid health examination, cancer screening, regular exercise than uninsured. Third, private health insured was positively related with the presence of outpatient use and frequency of inpatient use.

실험연구 : A2 Adenosine 작용약물인 5`-N-Ethylcarboxaminidoadenosine의 심근 재관류 손상에 대한 심장 보호 기전

Background: This experiments investigated the signaling cascade responsible for anti-infarct effect by an A2 adenosine receptor (AR) agonist 5`-N-Ethylcarboxaminidoadenosine (NECA). Methods: Langendorff perfused isolated rat hearts were subjected to 30 minutes of regional ischemia and 120 minutes of reperfusion. Drugs were perfused for a period of 5 minutes before and 60 minutes after reperfusion. For comparison of cardioprotection among groups, area at necrosis (AN) and area at risk (AAR) were measured by triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining. Results: NECA significantly attenuated AN/AAR (14.1 ± 1.9%, P < 0.001) compared with control hearts (30.7 ± 2.8%). Anti-infarct effect by NECA was attenuated by an A2(A)AR antagonist 8-(3-chlorostyryl)caffeine (23.7 ± 3.4%, P < 0.05) and an A2(B)AR antagonist MRS1706 (29.9 ± 3.3%, P < 0.001). Cardioprotection by NECA was blocked by a guanylyl cyclase inhibitor (23.1 ± 2.9%, P < 0.05) and a protein kinase G (PKG) inhibitor KT5823 (30.3 ± 3.2%, P < 0.001). Glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK-3β) inhibitor SB216763 attenuated the AN/AAR in both NECA with MRS (17.8 ± 2.7%, P < 0.01 vs. control) and NECA with KT5823 treated hearts (8.2 ± 1.8%, P < 0.001 vs. control). The mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mPTP) opener atractyloside also aborted NECA`s anti-infarct effect (24.7 ± 2.4% P < 0.05). Conclusions: The signaling pathway by NECA administered at reperfusion involves the activation of both A2(A)AR and A2(B)AR and cGMP/PKG pathway, which in turn depends on inactivation of GSK-3β and inhibition of mPTP opening. 제스처 인식을 활용한 모바일 게임 제어

모바일 게임은 이동 및 휴대가 가능하고 간단한 인터페이스를 가지고 있는 장점을 지니고 있다. 이러한 장점들은 콘텐츠의 양이 많지 않고, 인터페이스가 복잡하지 않아야 한다는 제스처 인식 기반 게임에 매우 적합한 내용들이다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 게임의 장점을 활용하여 제스처 인식 시스템이 구현된 곳이라면 사용자의 움직임이 모바일 게임에 직접 반영될 수 있는 제스처 인식 기반 모바일 게임 콘텐츠를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 기술한 콘텐츠는 사용자의 움직임을 인지하는 제스처 인식 부분과 통신 부분, 그리고 게임구현 부분으로 나누어진다. 제스처는 TOF 카메라로부터 얻어진 깊이 영상으로부터 사용자 영역을 얻고, 사용자 영상의 EOH 특징을 이용한 SVM을 통하여 인식된다. 그리고 테스트 영상을 실험하여 얻은 80% 이상의 제스처 인식 결과로부터 제스처 인식이 모바일 게임 콘텐츠의 입력으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 제안된 기술은 다양한 콘텐츠에 적용이 가능하지만 본 논문에서는 이동과 점프로 이루어진 간단한 인터페이스 방식의 게임 콘텐츠를 새롭게 제시한다. Mobile game have an advantage of mobility, portability, and simple interface. These advantages are useful for gesture recognition based game which should not have much content quantity and complex interface. This paper suggests gesture recognition based mobile game content with user movement could be applied directly to the mobile game wherever recognition system is equipped. Gesture is recognized by obtaining user area in image from the depth image of TOF camera and going through SVM(Support Vectorn Machine) using EOH(Edge Of Histogram) features of user area. And we confirmed that gesture recognition can be utilized to user input of mobile game content. Proposed technique can be applied to a variety of content, but this paper shows a simple way of game contents which is consisted of moving and jumping newly.

평안북도 선천지역 3 · 1운동의 전개와 성격

본 논문은 평안북도 선천지역의 3·1운동을 살펴본 것이다. 선천은 3·1운동의 계획단계부터 운동이 준비된 지역이었고, 실제 전국에서 가장 먼저 운동이 시작된 곳이었으나 지금까지 개별연구조차 제대로 나오지 못했다. 선천군은 교통의 요지였고, 그로 인해 대한제국기 이래 일제의 극심한 침탈에 시달려야 했다. 이 같은 배경에서 선천지역 주민들은 일찍이 국권회복운동에 대해 관심을 가졌으며, 이는 실제 국채보상운동과 교육구국운동 같은 여러 활동으로 이어지고 있었다. 한편 선천지역은 ‘기독교의 왕국’이란 호칭이 있을 정도로 기독교 교세가 막강한 곳이었고, 기독교보다는 비교적 덜하지만 천도교세 역시 상당했다. 특히 기독교는 양전백 및 신성학교의 사례에서 알 수 있듯이 선천지역 3·1운동과 대단히 밀접한 관련성을 갖고 있으며, 실제 기독교도들은 「선언서」의 전파 및 확산, 운동의 계획과 전개에 있어 핵심적인 역할을 수행하고 있었다. 선천의 3·1운동은 3월 1일부터 3월 8일까지 연인원 1만 명 이상이 참여할 정도로 운동이 대단히 빨리 확산되었으며, 운동의 주도층은 신성학교의 교사와 학생으로 10~20대였다. 이는 일제에 대한 침탈로 인해 지역민의 독립의식이 고조된 가운데 기독교와 천도교 같은 종교조직이 이들을 조직해낸 결과였다. 하지만 선천지역의 3·1운동은 대단히 빨리 약화되었다. 실질적인 만세운동은 3월 8일을 기점으로 사실상 종료되는 것으로 보이는데, 이는 일제의 혹독한 감시와 탄압으로 운동을 주도하던 기독교와 천도교계 조직이 큰 타격을 받고, 일제의 봉쇄로 운동이 불가능하게 된 것과 관계가 있는 것이었다. 본 논문은 지금까지 연구가 미진했던 한강 이북의 3·1운동을 다루었다는 점에서 연구사적 의의를 갖는다. 하지만 한계도 있었다. 지방법원 및 복심법원 판결문이 발굴된다면 선천지역 3·1운동을 좀 더 구체적으로 밝힐 수 있을 것이다. This study investigates the March First Independence Movement that took place in the Seoncheon region of Pyeonganbukdo Province in Korea. The region was included from the early planning stage of the movement, and there the first movement took place. However, research has not been properly conducted on the region. The Seoncheon-gun was a transportation hub at the time, and as such, suffered from severe exploitation of the Japanese force ever since the era of Korean Empire. Against this background, people of the Seoncheon region took interest in efforts to restore national rights, leading to a movement to repay national debts and save the nation with education. Meanwhile, the influence of Christianity was exceptionally strong in the Seoncheon region as to being called ‘Kingdom of Christianity.’ The influence of Cheondogyo was also strong, although not as much as Christianity. Christianity in the region was closely tied to the March First Independence Movement as manifested by activities of minister Yang Jeonbaek and Shinseong School; in fact, Christians played a pivotal role in preaching and spreading the ‘Statement’ as well as in planning and deploying the independence movement. The March First Independence Movement in the Seoncheon region grew fast as more than 10,000 people took part in between March first through eighth, led by teachers and students of Shinseong School who were in their teens and 20s. This was an outcome of organizing religious entities for Christianity and Cheondogyo, amid heightened yearning for national independence among local residents. However, the March First Independence Movement in the Seoncheon region dissipated equally quickly. The actual protest is deemed to have ended on March 8, as Christian and Cheondogyo organizations were hit hard by severe watch and oppression by the Japanese force, and their blockade efforts made further gatherings impossible. This study has historical significance for investigating the March First Independence Movement north of the Han River, which has been neglected before. However, there are limitations as well. The March First Independence Movement in the Seoncheon region may be investigated further if related court rulings by regional courts and courts of review can be found.

프로야구 스포츠해설자 속성이 미디어 인게이지먼트와 지속시청의도에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study is conducted to investigate the relationships among sports commentators’ attributes, media engagement, and continuous watching intention in consideration of the new media platform era. Method: The survey was conducted on 350 viewers who watched the KBO league online more than once using the Google questionnaire. Of the 350 questionnaires collected, 26 inappropriate questionnaires were excluded, and 324 copies were selected as the final valid sample and used for data processing. Results: First, as a result of examining the relationship between sports commentators’ attributes and media engagement, it was found that among the sub-factors of commentators’attributes, professionalism had a negative effect on media engagement, and reliability had a positive effect. Moreover, attractiveness and technology & smart did not appear to affect media engagement. Second, media engagement was found to have a positive effect on the intention of continuing watching. Conclusion: It is necessary to find a way to make viewers more immersed in sports commentators’ commentary, and ultimately, it is reasonable to think that how to elicit a high level of immersion and empathy for viewers affects actual ratings.

일본불교 세계화의 사례 연구 -신뇨엔의 교리, 종교활동, 사회공헌활동을 중심으로-

이 글은 일본의 대표적인 재가불교교단인 신뇨엔(眞如苑)의 교리, 종교활동, 사회공헌활동의 특성을 살펴보고, 그것과 세계화의 연관성을 고찰한 것이다. 신뇨엔은 1936년에 창립되어 올해로 80주년을 맞이했다. 교단의 세계화는 1966년부터 시작되어 현재 교단의 해외정사 및 포교소는 18개국에 40여개소로 늘어났고, 집회는 51개국의 930여개 지역에서 열리고 있다. 그리고 다양한 교서와 정기간행물이 영어, 한국어 등 9개 언어로 번역되고 있다. 신뇨엔의 교리의 특징은 대승이타의 실천과 원친평등, 섭수와 융화의 이법을 강조하는 곳에 있다. 이것이 교단의 해외교화 및 국제사회공헌활동을 이념적으로 지탱하고, 나아가 타종교 및 문화에 대한 개방적인 태도를 가져왔다. 그리고 종교활동의 특징은, 재가생활 속에서 세 가지 실천행과 접심수행, 호마 및 회향 법요를 중시하는 것인데, 이것이 각각 교단의 세계화에 순기능적으로 작용하였다. 마지막으로 국제사회공헌활동은 교단의 신도에 의한 직접적인 활동, 설립 재단에 의한 전문적인 활동, 국제기관에 대한 기부 및 협동을 통한 활동이라는 세 형태로 전개되고 있다. 이는 국제사회에서 교단의 도덕적 위상을 높여왔다. This article examines the characteristics of doctrine, religious life, philanthropic activity of Shinnyo-en in the context of globalization. Shinnyo-en is a typical lay Buddhism in Japan. It was founded in 1936, and marked the 80th anniversary this year. It has globalized itself since 1966 to have 40 foreign temples and centers in 18 countries. Regular district meetings are being held at 930 places in 51 countries. Also various kinds of its sacred books and periodicals have been translated into 9 foreign languages including English and Korean. Shinnyo-en``s doctrines characteristically stress the law of altruistic practices, equality without distinction of friend or foe, embracement and spiritual harmony, which have ideologically supported the overseas missions and philanthropic activities, and brought on the open attitudes toward other religions or cultures. Characteristics of religious life lie in its emphasis on the Three Practices in everyday life, Sesshin training(meditative practice), and the rite of Homa or Merit Transfer, which have affirmatively worked for its globalization. Finally international philanthropic activities have been generally carried out through three forms; direct involvement by Shinnyo-en itself, specialized works of Shinnyo-en affiliated Foundations, financial support to the international organizations. These activities have contributed to the improvement of its moral position in international societies.

알루미나 세라믹스 ELID연삭면의 자기연마 가공 특성

This study has focused on the application of magnetic assisted polishing for ELID ground surface of aluminum oxide ceramics. Aluminum oxide ceramics has been widely used as advanced materials for electric, optic, mechanic, chemical usage and so on. In this study, ELID grinding and magnetic assisted polishing technology was adopted for high-effective manufacturing and high quality surface of ceramic parts. The characteristic of MAP machining have been evaluated by the value of surface roughness and surface profile before and after magnetic assisted polishing. As the results of experiments, the surface roughness after magnetic assisted polishing has shown a significant improvement and the surface roughness was more improved when the feed rate of tool became slow.
