The main problem, which RTK have to vercome, is thenecessary to have a reference station(RS) when using RTK should be generally no more than10km on average, which is ignificantly diferent from DGPS, where distances to RS canexceed several hundred kilometers. The accuracy of today's RTK is limited by the distancedependent erors from orbit, ionosphere and troposphere as wel as station dependent influenceslike multipath and antena phase center variations.For these reasons, the author proposes Network based GPS Carrier Phase DiferentialPositioning using Multiple RS which is detached from user eceiver about 30km. An importantpart of the proposed system is algorithm and software development, named DAUNet. Themain proces is corrections computation, corrections interpolation and searching for the integerambiguity. Corrections computation of satellite by satellite and epoch by epoch at eachreference station are calculated by a Functional model and Stochastic model based on a linearcombination algorithm and corrections interpolation at user eceiver are used by area correctionparameters. As results, the users can obtain the cm-level positioning.
Penicillium citrinum 의 생육과 citrinin 생성에 미치는 젖산균의 영향에 관한 연구

This study was performed to investigate the possible effect of Lactobacillus spp. on the growth and citrinin production by Penicillium citrirtum. Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Lactobacillus casei were grown with Pen. citrinum in modified APT broth containing 7% of glucose and incubated at 30℃ for 15 days. Four inoculation procedures were used; (a) Lactobacillus spp. and Pen. citrinum were grown alone(Pc, Lb, and Lc), (b) both organisms were added simultaneously(ST; Pc+Lb and Pc+Lc), (c) Lactobacillus spp. was grown 3 days, then conidia of Pen. citrinum were added(LbPc and LcPc), and (d) Pen. citrinum was grown 3 days, then Lactbacillus spp. was added (PcLb and PcLc). At 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 days of incubation, the growth of each organism, pH and total acidity of broth, and content of citrinin were determined. Lactobacillus app. and Pen. citrinum, when grown associatively, influenced the growth of each other. It was observed that slower growth of Pen. citrinum when in the presence of Lactobacillus app. than when the mold grew alone. Production of citrinin by Pen, citrinum was markedly less in the mixed culture. No apparent growth and toxin production was observed when the Lactobacillus app. was grown 3 days, then conidis of Pen. citrinum were sdded(LbPc and LcPc). The above results indicate that another microorganism or rnmpeting microtlora in the culture can affect the behavior of Pen. citriaum.

과거 30년간(1959~1988년) 국내에서 연구·발표된 식중독과 관련된 보문을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 32개의 학술지 및 기타 자료로부터 원저, 종설, 특간등 총 353편을 발췌하였고 연도별, 내용별, 주제별로 분류하였다. 1960년대 중반 이후부터 발표건수가 뚜렷이 증가되었고. 1960년대 말부터 환경오염과 관련된 저요인들에 대한 연구가 시작되어 식중독 연구의 폭이 넓어지는 경향이었다. 1970년대부터는 주요한 원인균을 포함하여 기타 희귀 원인에 대한 검색도 이루어졌으며 , 1980년대에 들면서부터 보다 많은 논문들이 각 학술지별로 다양하게 보고되고 있으며, 특히 식품위생 전문 학술지의 출현으로 그 빈도가 높아지는 경향이었다. 가장 많은 편수가 게재된 것은 국립보건원보였고, 가장 꾸준히 그리고 가장 많이 다루어졌던 주제는 Salmonella 식중독이었다.. We reviewed studies on food poisoning in Korea from 1959-1988. Three hundred fifty three papers including original articles, review articles, and special editions were selected from thirty two journals and others. In the late 196Os, sujects related with environmental pollution were found. After the middle 1980s, the number of papers abruptly increased owing mainly to publishing the Korean Journal of Food Hygiene. The most frequently studied subject matter was Salmonellosis.
