Al 박막의 힐록 형성에 미치는 Mo 하부층의 영향에 관한 실시간 분석

The in-situ scanning electron microscopy observation of real-time hillock evolution in pure hi thin films on glass substrate during Isothermal annealing was analyzed quantitatively to understand the compressive stress relaxation mechanism by focusing on the effect of Mo interlayer between Al film and glass substrate. There is a good correlation between the hillock-induced stress relaxation by in-situ scanning electron microscopy observation ana the measured stress relaxation by wafer curvature method. It is also clearly shown that the existence of Mo interlayer plays an important role in hillock formation probably due to the large difference in interfacial diffusivity of Al films.

The present study proposes a new structure for a flat plate heat pipe which could embody a thin thickness,<br/> any shapes and high heat density a unit area. It is on the structure for the formation of vapor passages and the<br/> support of the case of the flat plate heat pipe. A screen mesh is used as the one. To verify the validity of the<br/> one, the flat plate heat pipe of 1.08mm thickness was made with a layer of the screen mesh with 14 and 100<br/> mesh number respectively and tested. Here the screen mesh with 14 mesh number plays a role of the vapor<br/> passage and the support of the case and the screen mesh with 100 mesh number functions as the wick<br/> structure. The results show that the screen mesh excellently carries out the function of the vapor passage and<br/> the support of the case.
히트 스프레더의 증발부와 응축부 높이 차에 따른 열전달 성능 연구

It is on the structure for the formation of vapor passages and the support of the case of the heat spreader. A screen mesh is us ed as the one. To verify the validity of the one, the heat spreader of 1.5㎜ thickness was made with 14 mesh and 100 mesh number. In this paper, Thermal performance test of heat spreader conducted in order to compare with the heat transfer performance of verifying height of the heat spreader between evaporation and condensation. As the results, The heat spreader has excellent cooling and heat transfer performance.
각도 변화에 따른 판형 히트 스프레더의 열전달 특성 연구

The present study analyzed heat transfer characteristic of a plate heat spreader according to change of angle and amount of working fluid. The heat spreader manufactured with copper and its size was 50×120×1.5㎜. The angle was 0° (horizon), 30° , 60° , 90° (vertical) and amount of working fluid was 85%, 100% and 115% of standard amount. Thermal resistance was estimated at each case when input power was 10W, 20W, 30W, 40W, 50W. When angle was 0° and input power was 10W, thermal resistance was decreased as amount of working fluid was decreased. But when angle and amount was increased thermal resistance was decreased as amount of working fluid was increased.

This paper presents the characteristics of heat spreading in a flat heat spreader. Two states of natural and forced convections are tested experimentally. A flat heat spreader consists of a wick structure, vapor passage, working fluid and cases. To fabricate a flat heat spreader with 1.5mm in thickness, two 200 screen mesh layers, one 14 screen mesh layer and cases made of a copper are used. Water is used as a working fluid. The thermal characteristics of a flat heat spreader are studied according to various input power in the natural and forced convections. In addition, the thermal characteristics of a flat heat spreader are compared with that of a copper plate. The results indicate that thermal characteristics of a flat heat spreader are much better than that of a copper plate in the natural and forced convection.
승용 씨암말의 생식기 유래 세균의 분포 및 항생제 감수성 양상

This study was carried out to investigate the genital tract bacterial flora of riding mare in Jangsu stud farm during March to September, 2014. The specimens were collected from vaginal and uterus using a swab from 104 riding mares. Colonies were selected on blood and MacConkey agar plates, and identified as standard biochemical properties and Maldi-Tof MS. From this study, we isolated 148 strains including Escherichia (E.) coli (14.19%), Streptococcus (S.) equi subsp. zooepidemicus (2.7%), Streptococcus (S.) dysgalactiae subsp. equisimilis (2.03%), Klebsiella (K.) pneumonia (1.35%) and other strains from riding mares. In antimicrobial agents susceptibility test, it showed a high sensibility to the antibiotics of the most. E. coli and S. zooepidemicus were visible to have a high sensibility to almost antibiotics used in this study. However, K. pnemoniae showed a high antibiotic resistance patterns. These results may provide the basic information to establish strategies for the treatment and prevention of reproductive diseases in riding mares in Korea.
증발부와 응축부의 면적 변화에 따른 히트 스프레더의 열전달 성능에 관한 연구

The purpose of the present study is to investigate thermal performance of the heat spreader which was made with screen meshes for wicks and vapor passages. Particularly, in order to investigate thermal performance of the heat spreader according to varying an area of evaporator and condenser section, the temperature of the surface of the heat spreader was measured. Finally, as a result of comparing the thermal resistance of the heat spreader in each case, it is shown that the heat spreader has excellent cooling and heat trans fer performance.
