MPLS(Multiprotocol Label Switching)를 이용한 네트워크 기반 VPN(Virtual Private Network)은 PE(Provider Edge router) 기반 MPLS VPN으로도 불리우며, 고수익을 원하는 사업자와 저비용을 요구하는 고객 모두에게 인트라넷(Intranet)과 익스트라넷(Extranet)을 위한 해결 방안으로서 도입되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 BGP-E(BGP multiprotocol Extension)를 이용한 PE 기반 MPLS VPN을 대상으로, VPN 사이트 내에 속한 단말이 다른 사이트로 이동하더라도 계속 VPN 서비스를 받을 수 있게 하는 MPLS VPN 구성 방안과 QoS를 지 속적으로 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. MPLS VPN 서비스와 Mobile IP에 의한 이동서비스를 지원하기 위한 메커니즘을 백본 네트워크 내의 PE(Provider Edge) 라우터 상에 설계한다. VPN 사이트 내에 속하는 어떤 노드가 기존의 통신을 유지한 상태로 다른 사이트로 이동할 때, 이동 노드와 통신하고자 하는 대응 노드가 속한 VPN 사이트와 연결된 PE 라우터는 이동을 통보 받고 단말이 이동한 곳으로 새로운 MPLS 경로를 설정한다. PE 라우터 에 Mobile IP 프로토콜과 연동하는 VPN 관리 방식 및 라우터 제어 기능의 성능 분석을 위해 COVER 도구를 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하고 결과를 분석한다. Network based VPN(Virtual Private Network) using MPLS(Multiprotocol Label Switching) technology, called PE(Provider Edge router) based MPLS VPN, is regarded as a good solution for intranets or ext3nets because of the low cost and the flexibility of the service provision. In this paper, we describe a mechanism that allows the VPN users to move from one site to another site of the VPN network based on the BGP-E MPLS technology. This mechanism is designed for PE(Provider Edge) routers of the backbone network. PE routers connected to the VPN sites establish a new MPLS path to the mobile node after they detect movement of the mobile VPN node. The new location may belong to the same VPN or to different VPN. We desisted VPN management and control functions of the PE routers in order to interface with the Mobile IP protocol and support the QoS mechanism. The pilot implementation and performance measurement were carried out on a simulation using COVERS tool.
치주치료를 받은(1981-1995) 환자들의 연령과 치료술식에 대한 조사 연구

The aim of this study was to recommend the optimal age for prevention of periodontal disease and to investigate the trend of treatment modality according to different period. From the chart recordings of the patients who had been treated periodontally from Jan. 1981 to Dec. 1995 in the dept .of periodontics, Chosun University Dental Hospital, those of the periodontally treated patients on more than 4 sixtants were selected for the present study. The distribution of the patients was counted according to the age group and the gender. And they were divided into 3 groups(group 1: 1987-1958, group 2: 1985-1990, group 3: 1991-1995) by 5 year interval according to the treated year. The periodontal treatment modalities were classified into non-surgical therapy, pocket elimination surgery, regenerative periodontal surgery, mucoginigival surgery, clinical crown lengthening, and others. The results were as follows; 1.In the distribution of the periodontally treated patients according to the age group, 40's age group was the highest, and 30's, 40's, and 50's age groups occupied more than two thirds(73%). 2.The sexual distribution of the periodontally treated patients showed that males(53.4%) were a little more than females(46.6%). Within 20's group female was higher, but within 40's male was higher. 3.Regardless of the age group and the gender, pocket elimination surgery was the most frequent treatment modality. 4.In group 1 and 2(1987-1990) the main treatment modality was pocket elimination surgery and non-surgical therapy, but in group 3(1991-1995) it was regenerative periodontal surgery and pocket elimination surgery. The above results suggest that the prevention of periodontal disease should be initiated from early twenties, and the most frequent treatment modality may be closely related with development of new material and method.
무기인산염이 골재생에 미치는 효과에 대한 조직계측학적인 연구

In this study, author examined the effect of the concentration of the inorganic polyphosphate on the process of the bone regeneration by using the 6 weeks old rabbit with the weight of 2.0kg in average. we performed the experiment by using TR-eITFE membrane filled with collagen immersed with 1%, 2%, and 4% of inorganic polyphosphate, respectively, after removing the proper sized cort-ical bones from the calvaria of rabbit. The experimental results were compared with the one of the following four groups: The control group for membrane only, experimental group I for membrane filled with collagen im-mersed with 1% of inorganic polyphosphate, experimental group II for membrane filled with collagen immerse with 2% of inorganic polyphosphate, experimental group III for membrane filled with colla-gen immersed with 4% of inorganic polyphosphate. The fragments of the tissue with membrane were obtained from each group of the sacrificed rab-bits for 4 or 8 weeks sustained after surgery, were then prestained and coated. New bone formation was assessed by histomorphometric and statistical analysis. We may draw the conclusions from these experiments as following: 1. Collagen was an excellent carrier with a minimal inflammatory reaction and sustaining the form. 2. The sample of the 8th week group has shown the best bone regeneration compared with the cases of all groups including the control group. 3. The samples of collagen immersed with 2% and 4% of inorganic polyphosphate have shown more bone regeneration relative to the sample of the 1% inorganic polyphosphate. 4. The new bone regeneration was shown actively in the group for membrane filled with collagen immersed with 4% of inorganic polyphosphate. With above results, it is strongly suggested the use of inorganic polyphosphate with vehicle under TR-eITFE membrane.

본 고는 IMS 기반 NGN 기술동향에 대해 기술하고 IMS기반 NGN의 기본 구조 및 현재 진행상황을 정리한다. 3GPP IMS는 SIP 시그널링을 기반으로 IP 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위해 Release 5(R5)에서 제안되었으며 현재 Relase 7(R7)을 진행 중에 있다. 이와 함께 ITU-T, ETSI 등에서도 VoIP 기술을 기반으로 차세대네트워크의 구조에 대한 다양한 연구를 수행하고 있으며 공통적으로 3GPP의 IMS 기반을 활용한 독자적인 망 구조를 설계하고 있다. 본 고에서는 3GPP IMS의 기반 구조 및 R6, R7등의 진행상황, 국제 NGN 표준화 진행상황, ITU-T에서의 IMS기반 NGN, TISPAN에서의 IMS기반 구조를 설명한다.
