        시설원예농가의 GAP 관리기준 이행에 관한 조사연구

        Good Agricultural Practice(GAP) is a standard which manages hazard factors possibly coming from production to harvest and package of agricultural products in order to secure the safety of agricultural products. GAP is expected to play a role in producing safe agricultural products and in controling damages to environment as well. GAP is also a food safety management system to supply safe and sanitary agricultural products to consumers. In this research, we survey farmers producing paprika and strawberry of which the consumption is growing and analyze their implementation of GAP. In addition we suggest the directions and long-term plans to improve the level of the farmers' implementation of GAP. 우수농산물관리제도(GAP)는 농산물의 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 농산물의 생산단계부터 수확 후 포장단계까지 위해요소를 관리하는 기준이며, 또한 GAP제도는 농산물을 안전하게 생산하는 제도일 뿐 아니라 환경에 미치는 위해요소를 관리하는 제도로도 그 기능을 수행할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 그리고 소비자에게 안전하고 위생적인 농산물을 공급할 수 있는 위해관리 시스템이다. 본고에서는 시설원예농산물 가운데서 특히 생식용으로 소비가 증가하고 있는 파프리카 및 딸기를 대상으로 재배농가의 GAP의 이행실태를 현장조사를 통하여 분석하고, 향후 시설원예 농가의 GAP 이행 수준을 제고시키기 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

        농업기계작업 임대료의 원가계산에 관한 연구

        농작업을 수탁 대행하는 경제주체에 있어서 사업운영상 가장 중요한 문제가 되는 것은 농작업수탁요금 즉, 농기계임작업요금의 설정이 문제이다. 그리고 농기계 수탁작업의 주체는 농협, 지방자치단체, 농업경영인 등으로 다양하며, 따라서 임작업료의 요금설정체계도 다양하다. 본 연구에서는 원가회계의 측면에서 농업기계임작업의 요금설정방식으로서 원가계산모형을 활용하는 경우의 유용성과 문제점을 분명히 하고, 원가계산 시스템과 원가정보를 이용한 요금설정방식의 이론적 타당성을 제시하고자 한다. How to determine rental rates of agricultural machinery operation is the most important factor for economic units which are consigned to practice agricultural operations. Economic units as consigner for agricultural operations include agricultural cooperatives, local government, and farm operators, and so on. Thus the methods to set a rental rate of agricultural machinery operation are different across these economic units. This study describes benefits and problems associated with the model of cost accounting which is used as a method to determine a rental rate of agricultural machinery operation, and suggests a theoretical desirability of the rental pricing method, based on an accounting system and information on costs.

        농산물 비용계산에 있어서 원가회계 도입을 위한 이론적 고찰

        Production cost in agricultural accounting has been utilized as an index for determining appropriate prices of agricultural products, establishing agricultural policies and providing extension services for farmers. However, it is necessary for the concept of cost accounting to introduce in establishing farm planning and consulting farmers' management. In this paper, I review problems associated with costing rules which are considered as criterion for accounting cost in agriculture and suggest directions for cost accounting in agricultural management. 농산물의 비용계산에서 생산비는 농산물의 적정가격 결정, 농업정책수립의 기초자료 및 농가지도의 중요한 지표로 활용되어 왔지만, 개별 농업경영체의 경영계획수립, 경영진단 등을 위해서는 원가개념의 도입이 필요하다. 그러나 농업부문의 비용계산에서 원가회계의 도입은 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 농산물생산비의 목적, 개념, 대상, 기간 등에서 농산물의 원가 산출의 기준이 되는 원가계산준칙과 관련된 문제점을 비판적으로 검토하여 농산물의 비용계산을 위한 원가회계의 기본방향을 제시하였다.

        A Study on the Mechanism of Immunomodulating Effects of Moxifloxacin in Oleic Acid-Induced Acute Lung Injury

        Background: It was hypothesized that the immunomodulating effects of moxifloxacin contribute to ameliorate oleic acid (OA)-induced acute lung injury (ALI) by suppression of cytosolic phospholipase A2 (cPLA2). This was based on observations from experiments on rats associated with neutrophilic respiratory burst, cPLA2 activity, and expressions of cPLA2, TNFα, and COX-II in the lung. Methods: ALI was induced by intravenous injection of OA in male Sprague-Dawley rats. Five hours after OA injection, protein content in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), lung myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity, and numbers of BAL neutrophils were measured. As an index of oxidative stress-induced lung injury, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in lung tissues was also determined. Lung histology, immunohistochemistry and determination of activity of cPLA2 in lung tissues were carried out. In addition, Western blotting of TNFα and COX-II in lung tissues was performed. Results: The accumulation of neutrophils in the lungs was observed after OA injection. BAL protein was increased along with neutrophilic infiltration and migration by OA. Moxifloxacin decreased all of these parameters of ALI and ameliorated ALI histologically. The increased malondialdehyde (MDA) in the lung by OA was also decreased by moxifloxacin. Moxifloxacin not only suppressed cPLA2 expression in the lungs and neutrophils but also decreased cPLA2 activity in lung tissues of rats given OA. The enhanced expressions of TNFα and COX-2 in the lung tissues of rats given OA were also suppressed by moxifloxacin. Conclusion: Moxifloxacin inhibited cPLA2 and down-regulated TNFα and COX-2 in the lungs of rats given OA, which resulted in the attenuation of inflammatory lung injury.

        Effect of Apocynin on Acute Lung Injury in Rats Given Interleukin-1α Intratracheally

        Background: Based on the assertion that apocynin diminishes acute lung injury (ALI) by inhibition of NADPH oxidase, the effect of apocynin was tested in interleukin-1α (IL-1)-induced ALI in rats. Methods: IL-1 was insufflated into the trachea of Sprague-Dawley rats to induce ALI, and apocynin (8 mg/kg) was given intravenously for inhibition of NADPH oxidase. In addition, we determined whether apocynin inhibited generation of superoxide anions from isolated human neutrophils. Five hours after IL-1 instillation, lung injury parameters, expression of cytosolic phospholipase A2 (cPLA2) by cells from bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), an index of oxidative stress in lung tissues (γ-glutamyltranspeptidase, activity), and ultrastructure of alveolar type II (AT II) cells were evaluated. Results: Apocynin decreased the generation of free radicals from phorbol myristate (PMA)-activated neutrophils in vitro, but did not ameliorate ALI. IL-1 induced enhancement of the expression of cPLA2 on neutrophils was not altered by apocynin. Conclusion: Apocynin induced suppression of the generation of superoxide anions from neutrophils by inhibition of NADPH oxidase does not attenuate IL-1-induced ALI in rats.       • E . de Bono의 CoRT 사고교육 프로그램의 전이효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the transfer effects of de Bono's CoRT Thinking Program. The subjects of this experimental study were the 1st grade girl students at middle school in Pusan. And the data about IQ, creativity, social problem-solving ability, and three subject matters (mathmetics, science, & social studies) were collected. After the experimental treatment, the post-test results were examined by the covariate analysis technique. And the findings of this study are as follows. 1. Independent of the IQ level, de Bono's CoRT Thinking Program had a significant ◎reasing effects on the creativity scores of the subjects. 2. de Bono's CoRT Thinking Program had the clear transfer effect on social problem-solving ability. 3. Except math, it was not clear that CoRT Thinking Program has a transfer effect on the school subjects.
