Purpose: The aim of this systematic literature review was to synthesize and investigate the effects of shift workers' sleep in Korea. Methods: A search was conducted through three electronic databases using keywords such as "shift work" or "rotation work" and "sleep", with sleep as the independent variable, and 17 papers were reviewed. Results: The design of those 17 studies was analyzed in a cross-sectional analysis. The most commonly measured characteristic was quality of sleep, whereas the others were sleep disturbance, sleep efficiency, and sleepiness. The study outcome variables were job-related factors, mental health, wellness, stress, fatigue, and metabolic syndrome. Conclusion: The results inform sleep and health-promoting behaviors and improvement in shift workers' working condition.

This study is focused on the brand equity of the hotel and the impact of the hotel image. In hotel, as the need of studies of brand equity increases, brand equity research between factors have studied. But the relationship of the hotel brand equity and hotel image is not under active discussion. Accordingly, as this study of the factors in the hotel brand equity, brand awareness, brand image, brand quality, brand loyalty studies the relationship between hotel image, brand equity through a hotel company tries to have a differentiated image. As a result, the relationship of hotel brand equity and hotel image was identified and except for the brand image the hotel brand equity, brand awareness, brand quality, brand loyalty has been analyzed as a significant influence on.

제주지역 여성장애인의 온라인 직업교육 참여의사에 영향을 미치는 요인

This study explores the factors that affect the willingness to participate in online vocational education for women with disabilities in Jeju.<BR/> According to the results of the analysis in this study, unlike previous studies, factors that are highly related to online vocational education participation of women with disabilities in Jeju are found to be such factors as age, income activity, previous experience in smart device education and experience of online vocational education. It was found that the degree of disability and being the recipient of National basic livelihood security program was not related to the participation in online vocational education of women with disabilities in Jeju.<BR/> Based on the findings, this study suggests that for an increased participation of women with disabilities in online vocational education, more tailored policy support is needed considering various factors such as age, current economic activity, experience and competence of smart device.

『박씨전』에 나타난 여성의식 고찰

<박씨전>은 여성의 활동이 극히 제한되었던 조선시대에 여성의식을 통해 현대사회 문학 담론의 핵심인 화합과 조화를 나타내고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 현대에 이르러 활발하게 논의 되고 있는 여성 문학의 문학적 뿌리로서 <박씨전>에 나타난 화합과 조화의 이상적 인간상에 대하여 논의 하였다. ``박씨``는 당시 수동적 존재였던 여성으로써 자신의 능력을 남편에게 인정 받고, 나아가 국난의 위기상황에서 자신의 능력을 적극적으로 발휘함으로써 여성의 가치를 새롭게 인정받는다. 아내를 외적인 미로 판단하여 모진 학대와 구박을 하는 남편을 인내하면서, 내조를 다하는 현부의 모습을 통해 남존을 치겨세우고 여비를 자랑하던 이조사회의 제도적 모순을 나타낸다. 갈등은 가정에서 그치지 않고 국가로 공간이 확대되는데 이러한 갈등구조는 남자/여자, 지배/피지배의 권력구조로 나타난다. 그리하여 남성의 여성 억압에서 나아가 당대 사회의 신분적 상하질서에 대한 모순으로까지 확대된다. 결과적으로 <박씨전>은 ``무능한 남성과 유능한 여성``의 대립을 넘어 사회 그리고 인간으로서의 화합과 조화의 모습을 극대화 한다. 또한 <박씨전>은 갈등 해결방법이 관념에 그치지 않고 적극적인 해결의지를 나타냄으로써 주체적인 여성성을 획득한다. 사회 체제 안에 여성과 백성의 기본적인 권리마저도 인정 받을 수 없는 현실의 모순을 자각하고 극복하려는 주체적인 여성상은 이로써 근대성을 지닌다. 그런데 <박씨전>은 남성 중심의 지배 논리로써 이성을 중시하는 근대성의 모순, 즉 여성, 감성과 같은 여성성과, 동양의 상호보완적 성격을 배제하는 모순까지도 내재하고 있다. 다른 영웅소설이 지니는 무력투쟁으로서가 아닌 여성 특유의 지혜와 지략으로 문제를 해결한다. 소외되었던 타자, 즉 여성을 주체의 자리로 끌어들여 인간 존재로서의 가치를 찾고자 한다. 남성중심 사회에서의 폭력과 파괴를 벗어난 따뜻함, 포용력, 지혜와 같은 여성적 가치를 새롭게 인식하려는 현대사회의 이념을 이미 고전소설 <박씨전>에서 여성의식을 통해 형상화 하고 있다. 그리하여 <박씨전>에 나타난 여성의식은 가부장제에서 도외시되었던 여성적 관점과 능력을 부각시키고 실천하고자 하는 에코페미니즘 비평의 가능성을 지닌다. 이처럼 <박씨전>에 나타난 여성의식은 근대가 만들어낸 많은 갈등과 차별의 문제를 담고 있다. 그리고 그 대안으로 조화와 화합의 현대 문화적 실천적 움직임을 내재하고 있다는데서 문학적 의의를 지닌다고 할 수 있다. Paksi-jeon talks about union and harmony, which are part of the core discourse of modern social literature, through women``s consciousness in Joseon, where women``s activities were extremely restricted. The work embodies the ideal human image of union and harmony and claims its significance as the root of female literature, which has been subject to active discussions in modern times. In the work, the heroine is recognized by her husband for her own abilities even though she was a passive being. Furthermore, she actively exerts her abilities in the situations of national crisis and renews the recognition of women``s value. She also points the readers`` attention towards the institutional contradictions of Joseon society, which advocated for men``s dignity and boasted the subjection of women, by being a wise wife who endures the brutal abuse and maltreatment of her husband, who belittles her for her lack of beauty, and helps her husband. Those conflicts do not stop at the family level but expand to the national level. The conflict structure starts with between man and woman and extends to between the ruling and the ruled, revealing man``s suppression of woman and further the contradictions involved with the social status hierarchy of the times. Paksi-jeon maximizes the aspects of union and harmony as a whole society and mankind beyond the confrontations between "incapable man" and "competent woman." Paksi-jeon also presents independent femininity through active determination to solve problems beyond just an idea. It presents the image of woman that realizes the contradictions of the reality, in which women and common people cannot have their basic rights recognized in the social regime, and tries to overcome them. It is through the image of independent woman that the novel claims its modernity. However, the novel itself is contradictory as it values reason as the male-centric dominance logic and excludes feminine elements such as woman and sentiment and the mutually complementary nature of the Orient. Unlike other heroic novels, it resorts to women``s unique wisdom and resourcefulness to solve problems rather than armed struggle. It thus attempts to embrace others that have been neglected or women within the realm of subjects and restore their value as human beings. A classical novel Paksi-jeon already embodied the ideology of modern society, which tries to renew its perception of women``s values such as warmness, tolerance, and wisdom by growing out of the violence and destruction of male-dominated society, through women``s consciousness hundreds of years ago. Thus its women``s consciousness has the potential of ecofeminist criticism, which sets out to highlight and practice women``s perspectives and abilities that have been neglected in a patriarchical system. Thus the novel claims its own literary significance in that its women``s consciousness has an intrinsic motivation for the modern literature-based practice of union and harmony, which are part of the alternatives to many conflicts and discriminations in modern times.

선원가족부인의 가정생활경험연구 -부산지역을 중심으로-

The aim of this qualitative study is to research trouble problems in Family Life stories of Korean marine families` wife. Deep Interview Data from 14 woman by snowball sampling who have lived in busan was used for analysis. This study had done from 9 month in 2011 to 2 month in 2012. The conclusion is following; the life risks is a debt, non-communication with husband and wife, non-familiarity with father and son and daughter, husband`s control about wife`s sexuality, exclude in a husband`s relative, the instability of husband`s feeling, social discrimination and biased about marine and marine families` wife. From the above research, it can be concluded that should carry into the solution-counseling of financial problem, the consultation of family, changed social discrimination and biased to marine families` wife.

This study is focused on experience marketing of festival and brand attitude. As the festivals grow, experiential marketing which can be differentiate is becoming important Experience marketing makes differentiation in the festival, which was soon to affect the brand attitudes. Accordingly, this study is conducted by marketing the festival experience to form a positive attitude toward and to present in the strategic an to have significance. The findings, except for relationship, the festival experience marketing factors-sensory, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral factors-showed positive effects.

생태도시이론에서 본 울산 태화강 복원사업

This paper is to examine Taehwa River Restoration Project of the Ulsan metropolitan city from the view-point of the Eco-city Theory. The results of the study can be summarizes as follows. First, the Ulsan metropolitan city was not successful in meeting the desired expectation in terms of circularity, diversity, and stability of the urban function, and failed to create a new eco-urban structure for the environment protection. Furthermore, it turned out to overlook the self-reliance function of a city. Second, the city did not seem to be successful in helping citizens to establish the ecological life-style; (1) in socioeconomic perspective, the eco-commercialization became influential, (2) in political perspective, the city failed to establish the eco-governance system by integrating a variety of civic groups, and (3) in cultural perspective, the city seemed to regard Taehwa River Restoration Project just as a means to showing the success of the city, rather than a useful way to form a local identity and to restore spirit of community.

자연물을 활용한 실외놀이 활동이 유아의 자아개념과 창의성에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to examine the effects of outdoor play activities using natural materials on young children's self-concept and creativity. The subjects were 40 five-year-old children in B childcare center located in G city. The experimental group carried out outdoor play activities using natural materials. The results of this study were as follows. First, the experimental group showed a higher self-concept than the comparative group. Second, the experimental group exhibited a higher creativity level than the comparative group. Consequently, the outdoor play activities using natural materials were shown to promote young children’s self-concept and creativity. Moreover, the results of this study suggest that outdoor play activities using natural materials is worth utilizing as a proper and meaningful method to improve young children's self-concept and creativity.

국내ㆍ외 계통연계 신청처리 절차 및 기술지침 비교

1997년 교토의정서 발효이후로 정부의 신ㆍ재생 에너지 관련 정책으로 인해 앞으로 국내에서 대체에너지전원은 급증할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 대체에너지발전시스템 특성상 독립형 보다는 계통연계 형태로 운전되어야만 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다. 이에 대체에너지전원의 기술지침이 작성되어 보급 활성화에 노력을 기울여야 한다. 우리나라 경우, 아직까지 제대로 기술지침이 정립되어 있지 않았다. 따라서 본 논문에서 국내ㆍ외 대체 에너지를 계통에 연결할 때 신청처리 절차와 기술기준을 비교ㆍ분석하여 정리하였다.
