1) It seems that teachers shrinlk from Unification by Anti-Communism When We look over the Process of unification Eduction. We can Say there is Problems in our unification- Education ther we don't have Little Knowledge and information about 'North Korea', which is not only our brother but also enemy. 2) The teachers in School are aware of the Sense national homogeneity. Some young teachers has the anti-Americanism, but Passive in expression of their sense. They became affirmative about North Korea a lot, but have allergy to NK still. They think that we should unify again. But it is Problem that they don't have objective Vision. The younger they are, the more skeptical view of government's will about unification they have. So they donut have Confidence in unification -Education. They hope activation of discussion about unification and they have negative Sense about the government's Policy which makes only one passage to unification of Korea. 3) The details of unification-education involved in the Text of Social Studies were described as what should be, and it Seems negative about NK. Therefore in needs Some training which accept and have Conversation With NK to upgrade the Quality of Democratic Citizens. Especially, the Content of Geography has the problem that describes as the days befoe Liberation and does that accept NK as our nation. 4) Thers is Little difference between unification-education of Social studies and that of Ethics and the of Education science, But find more imfortance in the fact History Education, Geography Education and politics education Contribute to one another Complementarily in German unification-Education, and that the German which implented education of national Homogeneity positively advance the date of unification. 5) The details of unification-Education in Social Studies are as follows. It is necessory to form of the Sense of National Homogeneity, to build up unified Culture, and to improve rational progress of proceedings of democratic Citizens. It is also necessary to show the practional Solution, The unification-Education Systematized the awarness of the South-north division, the understanding of reality of NㆍK and the National Security raising unification will. 6) The model of Moon yong Rin was translated as that of unification-Education, and it shows the Discussion Method, Inquiry studies method, and Comparative analysis method as the way of unification-Education method.

In recent years, the importance of logistics. especially logistics information system cannot be emphasised too much. As the competitiveness of a firm has a close relationship with the construction of integrated logistics information system, many domestic firms make an effort V to strengthen their competitiveness. In order to meet these requirements, many domestic firms should consider progressive investment in logistics information system, basic logistics technology, and logistics administration. But what is more important is that logistics performance can be different by the relationship among the firm's characteristics such as logistics strategic capacity. strengthening logistics organization, basic logistics technology level, and logistics administration ability. Therefore, the objective of this study was to examine the relationships among structural factors such as business characteristics, logistics management activities, logistics information technology, and application of logistics information system and performance. The survey was conducted on the Pusan and Kyungnam area listed & registered logistics and manufacturing firms to test this model and 174 samples were collected. After collecting data, T-test, correlation analysis. and multi-regression analysis were used for assessing the difference of applying logistics information system and performance, the relationship between logistics information system and performance, and the factor of logistics influencing information system application and performance. The results of this study were summarized as follows 1) There was difference in the application of logistics information system according to the business specific variable. 2) The application and performance of logistics information system between manufacturing and logistics firms in channel position did not seem to be of great difference. 3) It was found that the factors of logistics management capacity such as business managers had relation with the logistics information system application. 4) It was found that the application of logistics information system had affirmative relation with logistics performance and also found that the improved service to customer by top manager has the higer relationship than the logistics cost reduction. Here. I'd like to present some implications in reference to the results of this study. 1) The application of logistics information system can be raised by top and logistics manager's positive interests. As a result, logistics performance becomes efficient. 2) The technology of logistics information is still feeble. Each firm will be able to raise the technology level by introducing EDI from abroad. 3) There is a little difference in the application of logistics system according to the business scale. 4) One of the most apparent characteristics is the logistics performance. As a result of this study, firms think that the service to their customers is more important than the reduction of logistics cost. 5) The weak point in the logistics management activities is the shortage of specialists in the field of logistics. 6) The higher the firms apply logistics information system, the higher they perform logistics.

A Study on The Effect of PM Consultant Leadership Capability on Consulting Repurchase Intention

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of PM consultant leadership competence on consulting repurchase intention and the impact of SME CEO participation on consulting repurchase intention. The validity of the measurement model was secured through CFA (Confirmative Factor Analysis) for the questionnaire data, and consistency was secured through the same method convenience, and significant results were obtained. In other words, not only the ability of PM consultant in repurchase of consulting is important, but also confirms that repurchase intention differs according to the participation of manager. Therefore, the performance that manager feels depends on the degree of manager's interest in repurchase and plays an important role in repurchase. As a result, it is important for PM to report to manager and / or make the manager participate in consulting process so that manager can be interested. In this study, it is difficult to generalize the relationship between PM's leadership role and manager's involvement in the repurchase intention. However, it is meaningful that PM's competence as well as management's participation are very important, and that this study figured out which drection PM's leadership should focus on. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the variables on the repurchase intention.

This article object is to research the success factors and bottlenecks and suggests the activation of electronic commerce through case study of the foreign company like Amazon etc. So, we concluded it is necessary that the subsidy of taxation and finance, the development of internet infra and special manpower, the diffusion of perception of CEO, the low communication cost, the preparation of payment and security system for the activation of electronic commerce of Korea. Add to we suggests for the activation of electronic commerce that in the government aspects the regulation of the related law, the technology development of the related electronic commerce, the enlargement of taxation and support and the speedy of communication network, in the firm aspects the continued information, the alliances within company, logistics strategy, the re-arrangement of organization, the training and education, the strengthen of enterprise role and in the private aspects the corporation with industry, education and research, the deposit of special fund and the rationalization of logistics.
