        급성 중독에서 체외순환보조장치의 적용

        Purpose: Cardiovascular or respiratory complications of acute intoxication are the most common causes of mortality. Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or specific antidotes help manage these cardiac or respiratory complications in acute intoxication. On the other hand, some cases do not respond to ACLS or antidotes and they require some special treatment, such as extracorporeal life support (ECLS). ECLS will provide the chance of recovery from acute intoxication. This study examined the optimal timing of ECLS in acute intoxication cases. Methods: This paper is a brief report of a case series about ECLS in acute poisoning. The cases of ECLS were reviewed and the effects of ECLS on the blood pressure and serum lactate level of the patients were analyzed. Results: A total of four cases were reviewed; three of them were antihypertensive agent-induced shock, and one was respiratory failure after the inhalation of acid. The time range of ECLS application was 4.8-23.5 hours after toxic exposure. The causes of ECLS implementation were one for recurrent cardiac arrest, two for shock that did not respond to ACLS, and one for respiratory failure that did not respond to mechanical ventilator support. Three patients showed an improvement in blood pressure and serum lactate level and were discharged alive. In case 1, ECLS was stared at 23.5 hours post toxic exposure; the patient died due to refractory shock and multiple organ failure. Conclusion: The specific management of ECLS should be considered when a patient with acute intoxication does not recovery from shock or respiratory failure despite ACLS, antidote therapies, or mechanical ventilator support. ECLS improved the hemodynamic and ventilator condition in complicated poisoned patients. The early application of ECLS may improve the tissue perfusion state and outcomes of these patients before the toxic damage becomes irreversible.

        프로이덴슈타인 방정식을 이용한 하지보조기가 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 보행속도 및 동적 균형에 미치는 영향: 예비조사연구

        This study aimed to investigate the effects of different types of assistive devices using the Freudenstein‘s method on dynamic balances in stroke patients. All participants were measured immediate effects by measuring 10m walk test, timed up-and-go test, and Berg balance scale under three conditions in three stroke patients. 3 conditions: (1) Shoe (2) UD-flex (3) NOFM(new orthosis using Freudenstein’s metho). In the case of new Orthosis is a four-bar linkage.The Orthosis consists of one active connection and three passive connections, and is structured to form a chain by freely rotating around a central point fixed at each end.The length of each connection was calculated using the Freudenstein’s method. In addition, dorsiflexion of the ankle is created through the action of four chain devices. The results of the study showed that the 10m walk test, timed up-and-go test, and Berg balance scale of all three stroke patients were measured, and the new orthosis wearing condition showed improvements in all dynamic balance ability compared to the general brace wearing condition. Therefore, to prevent falls in stroke patients, new orthosis can be an alternative in terms of portability and cost-effectiveness, and it is believed that these results can be used as reference data when using orthosis for gait therapy in stroke patients in the future.

        마이크로에멀젼 방법에 의해 제조된 Ag/TiO<sub>2</sub>의 Reactive Orange 16 제거에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 장파장에서 감응하는 광촉매를 개발하기 위하여 상용화된 $TiO_2$에 Ag를 도핑하여 제조하였으며 광촉매 효율을 향상시키기 위하여 귀금속의 분산을 증대시키는 마이크로에멀젼 방법을 이용하였다. 제조된 $Ag/TiO_2$의 물리적 특성은 SEM(Scanning Electron Microscopy), FE-TEM(Field Emission Transmission Electron Microscopy), DRS(Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy)를 통해 분석하였다. RO 16(Reactive Orange 16)에 대한 광촉매의 제거 효율은 25ppm의 RO 16을 대상으로 UV-A 영역(365nm)에서 수행하였다. Ag의 도핑방법에 의한 광촉매 효율을 비교하기 위해 볼밀링 및 딥코팅 방법으로 제조하여 광촉매 효율을 분석하였으며 광촉매 효율에 대한 Ag 및 계면활성제 함량에 대한 최적화를 진행하였다. 도핑방법에 따른 RO 16 제거효율 분석 결과, 마이크로에멀젼 방법으로 제조한 $Ag/TiO_2$의 RO 16 제거효율이 가장 높았으며 Ag 함량 2wt%, 계면활성제 0.5g에서 가장 높은 제거효율을 보였다. For the development of long-wavelength responding photocatalyst, Ag was applied to commercial $TiO_2$ to produce $Ag/TiO_2$ photocatalyst. Moreover, micro-emulsion method was used in order to increase the efficiency of the photocatalyst by enhancing the dispersion of Ag. Physical properties of the manufactured catalyst were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), field emission transmission electron microscopy (FE-TEM) and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS). For the catalytic performance measurement, RO 16 (Reactive Orange 16) removal was performed with 25 ppm RO 16 under UV-A (365 nm) irradiation. In addition, ball milling and dip-coating method were used to synthesize the photocatalyst for the comparison of the outcomes of using different synthesis methods. In addition, catalytic performance was improved by varying the Ag content and surfactant content. The highest catalytic performance was shown at $Ag/TiO_2$ synthesized by micro-emulsion method with 2 wt% of Ag content, and 0.5 g of the surfactant.

      • 팀 애착도가 경기장시설요소에 대한 만족도와 재관람의도 간의 관계에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은, 경기장 시설요소가 프로야구 팬들의 재관람의도 미치는 영향을 분석 하고, 팀 애착도 등으로 분류된 집단 간의 차이를 밝히는 것에 있다. 이를 통해 최근 연 관중 600만 시대를 맞이한 한국프로야구연맹(KBO)의 각 구단들의 마케팅 실무자들에게 경기장 시설을 활용한 팬 확보 에 유용하게 사용 될 수 있는 실증적인 기초 자료를 제 공하는데 있다. 총 3개의 경기장(잠실, 인천, 목동장)을 직접 방문한 팬들을 대상으로한 설문조사를 통해, 팬들의 경기장 방문에 영향을 미치는 경기장 시설요소와 팀 애착도에 따른 영향의 차이를 분석하였다. 이러한 실증 결과를 바탕으로, 신규경기장 뿐만 아니라 기존의 경기장 시설요소를 활용하여 팬들의 재관람의도를 증대 및 유의미하게 분류된 집단에 차별화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 전략 수립의 시사점을 제시하였다. The Purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of stadium facility factors on fans' stadium intentions to re-spectating which are classified as team loyalty and the likes, investigate the differences between them, and provide practical and illustrative basic experimental data which would be used for establishing strategies to secure more fans by utilizing stadium facilities to the staff from marketing/communication of each team, a member of the Korea Baseball Organization(KBO). This survey was conducted on supporters who visited 서울 잠실야구장, 목동야구장 and 인천문 학야구장 in person during the regular season. And we discuss about the effects of team loyalty on the relation between satisfaction of stadium facilities and intentions to Re-spectating. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed and future research directions are presented.
