For NiFe/IrMn/NiFe trilayer magnetic thin films fabricated by the DC magnetron sputtering method, ferromagnetic resonance(FMR) technique has been used to investigate the interlayer exchange coupling between the antiferromagnetic and the ferromagnetic layer. The thickness of antiferromagnetic layers were 100, 200 and 300 Å and that of ferromagnetic layer was 500 Å. The sputtering rate was about 1 Å/s. The microwave frequency and power were 9.43 GHz and 1 mW, respectively. The resonance spectra with two absorption signals were observed for all samples. The g factors, effective magnetizations and exchange coupling fields were calculated from the FMR spectra.

Computer simulation in a single domain multilayer model is used to investigate magnetoresistance in magnetic tunnel junctions biased exchange force by pinned synthetic antiferromagnets with the multilayer structure NiFe/A10x/Co(I)/Ru/Co(Ⅱ). In the model, the uniaxial induced anisotropy of permalloy layer and Co layer were respectively 5 Oe and 20 Oe. The ferromagnetic exchange coupling between permalloy and Co(Ⅰ) layer was 26 Oe. Co(Ⅱ) layer was pinned in the ^(+)x direction by 400 Oe. In order to examine aspect ratio effects, The magnetization curves and magnetoresistance curves of the multilayers were calculated with various aspect ratio. The computer simulations turned out that the disturbance of magnetization flop increased with decreasing the aspect ratio due to decreasing shape anisotropy.

기존의 사이버 공격은 특정 호스트나 서버를 목표로 하여 정보의 탈취 및 변경 등에 집중되었으나, 현재는 직접 혹은 간접적으로 과다 트래픽을 유발하여 네트워크 서비스를 마비시키는 방향으로 그 경향이 변하고 있다. 이런 사이버 공격을 방지하여 네트워크의 안정적인 서비스의 제공을 위해서는 해당 공격에 대한 적절한 대응을 수행하여야하며 이를 위해서는 관리 도메인 상에서 발생하는 보안 이벤트들을 분석하여 현재의 보안 상황에 대한 파악이 필수적으로 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 보안상황 분석을 위해 보안이벤트간 연관성 분석 기술에 대한 일반적 동향과 이벤트 연관성 분석의 특정 분야로써 현재 활발이 연구가 진행중인 이벤트의 시각화를 통한 보안상황 분석에 대한 연구 동향을 다루도록 한다.

In this paper, We modify the MUSIC algorithm when targets exist closely. The proposed algorithm obtains the null spectrum by using the signal subspace eigenvectors represented as linear combination of the direction mode vectors, and estimates the DOA's which minimize the proposed null spectrum. The proposed algorithm has better resolution capability to the root-MUSIC algorithm, and it requires far less time. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the improved performance achieved by the proposed algorithm for the closely-spaced targets.

Fe_(100-x)Zr_(x)(x=32, 40 at.%) thin films were fabricated by the DC magnetron sputtering method onto Si substrates. The thickness of thin films was 400 ㎚. It was found that all thin films were amorphous state by the x-ray diffraction methods. Ferromagnetic resonance experiments were performed on Fe_(100-x)Zr_(x)(x=32. 40 at.%) thin films at room temperature. The resonance absorption curves of Fe_(68)Zr_(32) and FE_(60)Zr_(40) thin films were observed two and three peaks respectively. The spectroscopic splitting factor g and effective magnetization were calculated by the Smith and Beljers theory.

As a way to overcome poverty, the international community pays a great deal of attention to Korea’s development experiences, especially Saemaul Undong. Korea is actually being required to share its experience of Saemaul Undong for the development of developing countries. To meet such needs, it is necessary to understand not only Saemaul Undong but the spirit of Saemaul Undong as its practical concept. It is because researching the spirit of Saemaul Undong is necessary, and drawing the characteristics of Saemaul Undong based on the research results is important most of all. Therefore, this study comparatively analyzed the traditional spirit of the Korean society and the analysis of the spirit of Saemaul Undong through literature reviews and empirical analyses on the base of the viewpoint of social integration theory out of all the social theories that analyze social phenomena. Besides, by comparing similarities and differences between these two kinds of spirits, this study drew the characteristics of Saemaul Undong, while providing implications for sharing of development experiences of Korea with the international community.

The thicknesses of IrMn layers were 100, 200 and 300 Å and the ferromagnetic layer was 1500 Å. The ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) experiments have been used to investigate the magnetic properties and spin waves of the ferromagnetic layer. The microwave frequency and power were 9.43 GHz and 1 mW, respectively. The resonance spectra with one or two absorption signals were observed for all the samples under the parallel magnetic fields. The several resonance signals of the standing spin waves were observed at the perpendicular configuration. The g factors, effective magnetizations and exchange stiffness constants were calculated from the resonance spectra.
