기업 업종에 따른 정보보안컨설팅 방법 연구

최근 기업의 해킹사고에 따라 보유하고 있는 개인정보의 노출은 심각한 수위에 이르게 되었다. 그리고 기업 업종에 따라 발생되는 보안위협요소도 달라지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업 업종에 따른 보안위협요소를 살펴보고 이에 적합한 정보보안컨설팅 방법을 제시하였다. 첫째, 금융 보험업은 내부 구성원의 인식 부족으로 인한 웜/바이러스 감염에 무방비 상태가 되지 말아야하며 조직의 내부 보안기준을 구성원에 동일하게 일괄 적용함으로써 고객정보 위험성이 높은 직군에 의해 보안사고가 발생하는 것을 사전에 대비해야한다. 그러므로 사람과 정보 중심의 정보보안컨설팅 방법이 적용되어야한다. 둘째, 개인기업의 경우 산업군의 속성에 따라 정보보안컨설팅이 이루어져야한다. 즉, 기업이나 기관에서 정보보안을 고려하게 되는 동기를 크게 Security Thread, Compliance, Biz-Requirement, Biz-Opportunities 로 나누어 각각의 동기에 따라 컨설팅이 이루어져야한다 Exposure of personal information that is held by hacking accident near the company has led to severe water level. And, it has changed security threat elements generated according to businessenterprise. Therefore, in this paper, I looked at security threat elements and proposed the way of appropriate information security consulting according type of company. First, In the financial and insurance industries, and should not have been compromised by a worm virus infection due to lack of awareness inside of members, by collectively apply in the same way the internal security standards of the organization to members, the risk of customer information. It shall be provided in advance that the security accident occurs due to a higher job group. Therefore, information security consulting method based on people and information is applied. Secondly, in industry of company, to perform consulting information security based on the attributes of the case industry groups.

일 종합병원 병동 간호단위의 간호효율성 평가-자료포락분석의 적용

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of nursing units in a hospital using DEA. Methods: Data were collected using the medical information system of a general hospital in a city. Input variables were number of nurses, number of nurse-aides, number of beds, and overhead costs. Output variables included number of admitted patients, rate of bed utilization, satisfaction of discharged patients, and prevention rate of safety accidents and sores. EMS Window version 3.1 was used to measure the efficiency score and descriptive statistics were applied to analyze the general characteristics of variables. Results: The average efficiency score of 18 general nursing units was approximately .99. Nine nursing units had a 1.00 efficiency score. Conclusion: Our findings reveal that nursing units operated very efficiently. To increase efficiency of inefficient nursing units, we recommend results of the DEA slack analysis as a benchmark of the most efficient nursing unit.

The general contractor business in South Korea settled in the railway construction during the Daehan Empire, but depending on the construction intention and circumstances of the railroad, relationship among employer-contractor-subcontractor and their roles under the system of the construction process had changed. At the time of laying the Gyeongin and Gyeongbu-rail, the Empire, which had no capital and technology, passed all the power and responsibility of the rail laying to the contractor, who was involved in most of the process. After this, the empire tried to lay Gyeongui-railroad without the help of other countries. Japan prepared for the Russo-Japanese War and decided to construct the railway rapidly, and completed the railway in parallel with direct management work and contract work. From that time on, the general contractor would only do the work. During the construction of railroad in Daehan empire, the general contract business system was established. The ambiguous process was sorted out and divided. At this time, subjects in charge of design and construction has been divided. The internal organization of the project owner and the contractor were organaized and specialized.

치료적 운동이 노인의 균형과 보행에 미치는 효과

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate whether therapeutic exercise has effectiveness on the balance and gait in older adults. Methods: 30 patients were participated in this study. To evaluate the effects of therapeutic exercise, patients were evaluated by using One leg stand test which was static balance test, Berge balance test, Functional reach test and Get up and go test which was dynamic balance test. Finally Gait pattern were assessed by using 3-dimensional gait analysis system. The assessment parameters were evaluated before and after treatment. And we received a consent form from all patients. The data were analyzed by paired t-test for compare pre and after therapeutic exercise. Results: One leg stand test was significantly increased after than before therapeutic exercise. Get Up and Go test was significantly decreased after than before therapeutic exercise. Functional Reach test was significantly increased after than before therapeutic exercise. Burge Balance test was significantly increased after than before therapeutic exercise. Stride length was significantly increased after than before therapeutic exercise. Cadence was significantly increased after than before therapeutic exercise. Velocity was significantly increased after than before therapeutic exercise. Conclusion: We thought that therapeutic exercise that is mat exercise has effectiveness on the balance and gait in older adults.

팥 껍질 추출물의 미백 기능성 활성 검증

본 연구는 한국, 중국 등 극동아시아의 온대지역에서 재배되고 우리나라에서는 콩 다음으로 수요가 많은 팥 껍질(Phaseolus angularis shell)의 미백 효과를 검증하여 화장품 소재로서의 가능성을 확인하고자 하였다. 팥 껍질의 효능을 screening 하기 위하여 효소 실험인 tyrosinase 저해활성을 측정한 결과 1,000 ㎍/ml의 농도에서 76.39%의 저해활성을 나타내었다. 이후 멜라노마 세포의 생존율을 측정하여 팥 껍질이 세포에 독성을 미치지 않는 생존율 90% 이상의 농도에서 세포 실험을 진행하였다. 팥 껍질 추출물이 멜라닌 합성에 영향을 미치는 인자인 MITF, TRP-1, TRP-2, tyrosinase 단백질 및 mRNA 발현 억제 효과를 측정한 결과 모든 인자에서 발현량이 감소하였으며 대조군으로 사용된 kojic acid와 비교하였을 때 발현 정도가 유의하거나 더 감소한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과, 팥 껍질 추출물의 미백 활성이 우수하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 이는 미백 기능성화장품 소재로서 활용 가능성이 있을 것으로 사료된다. Whitening effect of the extract of Phaseolus angularis (PA) shell was investigated for its potential application as a functional ingredient for cosmetic products. The tyrosinase inhibitory effect, which is related to whitening, was 76.4% at a concentration of 1,000 ㎍/ml. Cell viability of melanoma cells was measured to test toxicity of the PA shell extract at concentrations showing at least 90% viability. In addition, western blot and RT-PCR assays of the PA shell extract showed concentration-dependent decreases of MITF, TRP-1, TRP-2 and tyrosinase protein and inhibitory effect of mRNA expression. These findings suggested that extract from PA shell has great potential as a cosmeceutical ingredient with whitening effect.

Calculations of the Low-Lying Structures in the Even-Even Nd/Sm/Gd/Dy Isotopes

The nuclear structure of deformed nuclei has been studied using the interacting boson model (IBM). In this study, energy levels and E2 transition probabilities were determined for even nuclei in the Nd/Sm/Gd/Dy chains which have a transition characteristic between the rotational, SU(3) and vibrational, U(5) limits. The structure of the nuclei exhibits a slight breaking of the SU(3) symmetry in the direction of U(5), and therefore, we add the d-boson number operator nd, which is the main term of the U(5) symmetric Hamiltonian, to the SU(3) Hamiltonian of the IBM. The calculated results for low-lying energy levels and E2 transition rates in Nd/Sm/Gd/Dy isotopes are in reasonably good agreement with known experimental results.

메트와 필드운동이 노인의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향

65세 이상 노인 30명을 대상으로 매트 운동과 필드 운동을 6주간 실시한 후 운동전, 3주 후, 그리고 6주 후에 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 측정은 외다리 기립 검사, 버그 균형 검사, 그리고 3차원 동작분석기를 이용하여 보행 분석을 실시하였다. 반복측정자료 분산분석 결과, 시간과 그룹 간 상호작용 효과는 활보길이에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 외다리 기립, 버그 균형, 분속수, 속도는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 중재기간 별 효과크기를 검정해 본 결과 중재 전과 중재 6주 후, 중재 3주 후와 중재 6주 후에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. Finally Gait pattern was assessed by using 3-dimensional gait analysis system. The assessment parameters were evaluated before, after 3 weeks, and after 6 weeks treatments. And we received a consent form from all subjects. The results of repeated measures analysis of variance showed that One Leg Stand, Berg Balance, Stride length, Cadence, Velocity were significantly increased after than before exercise in both groups. So we conclude that therapeutic exercise that is mat and field exercise has effectiveness on the balance and gait in older adults.
