Purpose: This study aimed to explore the adolescent child-rearing experiences of nurses and describe the meaning and structure of child-rearing experiences from their perspectives. Methods: A phenomenological methodology with a qualitative approach was used for the study design. The participants were 7 nurses with adolescent children. In-depth individual interviews were conducted from December 2023 to April 2024 and analyzed using the Giorgi phenomenological method. Results: Five constituents and 16 subconstituents were identified. The 5 constituents were “difficulties in balancing work and family,” “a supportive family,” “pride as a nurse,” “adolescent child who does not seem like my own,” and “changing parenting attitudes.” Conclusion: This study revealed the practical significance of nurses’ experiences in raising adolescent children. The results of this study provide basic data for nurses to implement various programs to raise adolescent children. This program enables nurses to better understand adolescent children and provide parenting assistance based on their changes.
오일링 저널 베어링에서의 오일이송 메커니즘에 관한 연구

The oil ring journal bearing is one of the simplest lubrication systems. Because of its simplicity in oil feed and transport mechanism. it has been widely used in the industrial machinery especially in electrical rotating machinery. However not much research works are reported or published yet about the analytic model of the bearing except some experimental test results which can be readily used in the design and manufacture. In this study oil transport mechanism of oil ring driven bearing is analyzed. simulated and tested. Main efforts of the analyses are focused on the behavior of the oil ring including equation of motion, hydrodynamic interaction with the oil fluid in the reservoir lank. oil transport through the ring surface in the air region. and driving friction force by the rotating shaft. The oil behaviors in the tank and in the air are analyzed by basic fluid mechanics and the frictional model between the ring and shaft are based on the 2D Reynolds lubrication model. Shaft speed, oil ring and shaft diameters, oil viscosity and free surface level of the oil in the tank are main input variables and oil ring speed and transport oil quantity are the main outputs of the simulation. The analytic results are compared with experimental results and they were found fairly coincident supporting the validity of the analytic model.
