Alcohol exposure during development leads to significant long-term neurobehavior dysfunction and central nervous system alteration. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of enriched enviroment in developmental period through motor behavior test and expression of BDNF. Neonatal rat exposed to alcohol on postnatal days 4 through 10 were studied. Female Sprague-Dawley pups were assigned to two groups. Experimental group(EG) via 4.5 g kg-1day-1 of ethanol was housed in enriched enviornment for 9 weeks. The main result of this study were as follows: 1. There was significant difference in the mean of weight change between control and experimental group. 2. In motor behavior test, there was significant difference in the mean of weight change between control and experimental group. 3. Regarding the immunoreactivity of BDNF were higher appeared experimental group than control group. In conclusion, the present results reveals that enriched enviroment in developmental period is to be extremely useful in neuronal reprganization and motor behavior improvement after alcohol exposure.

This study was performed to investigate the effect of low power laser irradiation on epidermal growth factor(EGF) expression in the burned skin of the rats. Burns of about 3cm in diameter were created with 75'c water on the back of the rats, and the lesion of experimental group were irradiated on days 1, 2, and 3 postwounding. Control tensions were not irradiated. After burns, low power laser irradiation was applied by using 1000Hz, 830nm GaAlAs (Gallium-aluminum- arsenide) semiconductor diode laser. The expression of epidermal growth factor evaluated immunohistochemistry on mouse anti-EGF. The results of this study were as follows 1. In expression of EGF, the lesion of experimental group made EGF to more induce significantly than control tensions. 2. EGF immunoreactivity in burned skin were increased markedly 3 days after burns, and increased gradually from 1 day to 2 days in burns which is laser irradiation These data suggest that low power laser have wound healing effect in the burned skin of the rats.

Nineteen (50%) patients with high SCOPA-AUT scores above median value (12.5) were assigned into the PD-HSAS group and others were assigned to the PD-LSAS group. Compared with the PD-LSAS group, the PD-HSAS group exhibited slower gait, shorter stride, decreased cadence, increased double support phase, decreased swing phase, and increased variability in swing time. Total SCOPA-AUT score showed significantly positive correlations with gait variability and instability but a negative correlation with gait hypokinesia. In subdomain analysis, urinary dysautonomia was highly associated with impairment of gait dynamics. All significant results were found to be more remarkable in backward gait than in forward gait.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the physical environment and mental health of the adolescents in urban and rural areas. This study was performed using the questionnaire survey method. The research subjects were high school students in Seoul and Jeollabuk-do rural areas. The questionnaire inquired about the housing, neighborhood, and school environments, and these contents were depended on previous studies. The survey was conducted from August 27 to September 6, 2013, and 446 data were collected. They were analyzed with the SPSS 12.0 program. The main results are as follows. 1) The urban adolescents evaluated physical environment to be better than rural adolescents. Specifically, the urban adolescents evaluated 'facility/accommodation', 'security/health', 'amenity' of the housing environment, 'disorder', 'comfortability', 'nature awareness' of the neighborhood environment, and 'noise', 'overcrowding', and 'security' of the school environment to be higher. 2) The urban adolescents' self-esteem was significantly higher than rural ones. 3) The physical environment factors, which had effects on adolescents' mental health, are different depending on the areas, and so adolescents' physical environment would be designed by the local environment conditions.

In this paper, we analyzed the navigation error of TERCOM (TErrain COntour Matching), which is TRN (Terram Referenced Navigation) batch processing, caused by scale factor error of radar altimeter and proved the possibility of false position fix when we use the TERCOM’s feature matching algorithm. Based on these, we proposed the new TRN batch processing algorithm using the slope measurements of terrain. The proposed technique measures on periodic changes in the slope of the terrain elevation profile, and these measurements are used in the feature matching algorithm. By using the slope of terrain data, the impact of scale factor errors can be compensated. By simulation, we verified improved outcome using this approach compared to the result using the conventional method.

우리는 단일 모션 클립에서 매개 변수화된 모션 집단을 학습하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제시한다. 각 동작은 심층정책 네트워크로 표현되며, 연속적인 동작 공간을 탐색하여 사용자 입력 및 환경 상호 작용에 대응하여 물리 시뮬레이션 상에서 모션을 생성한다. 모션 매개 변수화와 동작 추적의 동시 학습은 학습된 모터 기술의 성능과 시각적 품질을 크게 향상시킨다. 우리는 매우 역동적인 동작들을 작업 목표, 신체 비율, 물리적 수치 및 환경 조건에 대해 매개 변수화하여서 알고리즘의 유연성을 입증했다.
Herzog & de Meuron 건축의 색채사용특징에 관한 연구

Herzog & Meuron은 재료의 본질적 속성에 다양한 가공기법으로 건축의 표피를 만들어내는 독창적인 건축을 하는 그룹으로 알려져 있다. 그들은 재료의 끊임없는 연구와 함께 색채의 다양하고 독창적인 기법을 긴밀하게 결부시켜 사용함으로서 효과를 극대화하고 있다. 이와 같은 색채사용 기법은 현대건축이 고정된 시각에서 시간의 기반으로 하는 동적시각으로 전환되면서, 건축색채의 다차원적 해석의 계기를 만들어내고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 HdM의 건축색채를 대상으로 비 물성, 가변성, 유연성으로 대표되는 건축 개념과 동적시각으로서 다차원적인 접근방식으로 색채사용특징을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 특징이 나타났다. 거의 모든 HdM 건축 외피는 재료 색으로서 시간에 따른 속성의 변화에 의해 자연스러운 색채변화를 나타내고 있었다. 그리고 재료의 가공을 통해 빛의 변화를 적극적으로 수용될 수 있도록 함으로서 빛과 작용하는 비 균질적인 색채를 볼 수 있었다. 또한 사이 공간을 두고 재료에 색채를 이입하거나 고밀도의 그래픽에 의한 복합적인 색채를 구현으로 지속적인 색채 변화를 유도하고 있었다. 특히 자연현상이나 빛의 변화에 민감하게 작용하는 현상적인 색채로서 특징을 강하게 드러내고 있었으며 시간이나 사건에 따라 색의 출현을 다르게 함으로서 가변적이고 유기적인 색채사용특징을 나타내고 있었다. Herzog & Meuron is known as the architect of the creative group that produces architectural surface of the skin by the intrinsic attribute of materials. They are closely tied to by using various techniques of color with constant research of materials to maximize the effect. Also it uses a unique approach in applying application of color, as it switches from a fixed vision to the building recognition by time-based dynamic visual, it has created an opportunity for analysis by a multidimensional perspective of architectural colors. So, in this study, being aimed at the architectural colors of HdM, with their architectural concepts represented by the immateriality, variability and flexibility with a multi-dimensional approach, therefore, analysis of the characteristics in color used had the following features: Almost every building surface of HdM was of the original material color, it denotes a natural color was changed by the change in properties over time. It could be seen the non-homogeneous color with light, to be actively receiving a change in the light through the processing of the material. In addition, with a space in-between space, it was appeared the continuous color change, by implementing the combination of the color by the high density of the graphic, or imported a color film on the material. In particular, a natural phenomenon or as sensitive to changes in light, it was characterized as a developer revealed a strong function of the color.
