        일반인의 발목관절에 키네시오 테이핑 적용이 고유감각에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of the present study is to report the effect of proprioception of ankle after kinesiotaping application on ankle. Method : This study has conducted to target 30 average adult subjects with no damage to the ankle joint (16 males and 14 females). The group is divided into experimental group and sham groups in random way. The subjects in the experimental group are applied taping kinesiology on ankle joint. The subjects in the sham group are applied a sham taping on the ankle joint which is not actually affected for real ankle joint problem. Each subjects in both groups has tree trials in plantarflexion, dorsiflexion, inversion, and eversion before and after application of the kinesiotaping or sham taping of the bare footed ankle. The outcome were determined from the difference between the target angle and the trial angle produced by the subject. Results : These results from the experiment shows that the experimental group compared to the difference in kinesiotaping angle values were significantly different from each dorsiflexion (DF), eversion (EV) (p<.05). Otherwise, in the sham group did not produce significant differences in any joint movement. In addition, when we compared between two groups (the experimental and sham groups), it did not show that there was significant differences. Conclusion : First, there is no significant difference between the sham group and kinesiotaping group after proprioceptive tests. Second, even though there is no significant outcome in statistical analysis, there is actual differences in the experiment. This result might be ceiling effect, and if the kinesiotaping were applied to actual ankle injury patients, this taping treatment could be very effective for curing this patient.

        정보영재와 수학영재의 특성 및 통합운영에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 정보 분야가 수학에 뿌리를 두고 출발하였기 때문에 어느 정도의 부분적인 유사성과 연관성을 지닐 수 있다고 생각된다. 따라서 검사 도구를 통한 수학영재와 정보영재의 다중지능사이에서의 특성을 알아보고 수학영재와 정보영재의 관계있는 요인이 무엇이며 이를 바탕으로 하여 통합운영의 가능성을 알아보았다. The field of "information" is based on "mathematics" so they have similarity and association in many parts. I collected the characteristics of multiple intelligence in information gifted students and mathematics gifted students through questionnaires. I studied how much corelation they have and possibilities of combining training in "information and mathematics".

        For the purpose of finding out physical and character of rugby-football players, 50 players of highschool and 50 players of college have become the object of test standing height, body weight, 100m-running, 1500m-running, zigzag-run, kick, rugby-ball throwing through 1st, March, 1979 to 31th, March, 1979. According to the document of rugby-football association, trying-number of major goal-in of 19 years, from 1960 to 1978, and trying-number of all 228 games of spring-season-leagues and championship for list were accounted per 5 years. The physique of rugby-football players showed in average 174.0cm-standing height, 69.2kg-body weight and players of college are superior to them of highschool. Their record showed in average 13.3 seconds in 100m-running, 5 minutes and 57 seconds in 1500m-running and 10.3 seconds in zigzag-run with rugby-football. They marked 39.3m in kick, and threw rugby-football 7.7 times successfully, which show that there is no difference of highschool players and college players. But players of highschool and college marked a little superiority in test-record of 100m-running, zigzag-run, and kick. The trying-number did not change distinctively in 1960's, but, since 1970's, it has increased and trying-number of T.B. also has increased while it of F.W. decreased. The general trying-number is 258 in F.W. 57 in HB, and T.B-trying-number marked the highest record as marking the record 431.

        마우스, 랫트 및 토끼에서 paraquat 중독의 병리학적 관찰

        This study was carried out to investigate the pathological changes with paraquat(1.1'-dimethyl-4.4'-dipyrildiylium dichloride) administered by intraperitoneally, orally, skin applied in mice, rats and rabbits. Results were obtained as follows; In 2 days after paraquat administration clinical signs anorexia, depression, tachypnea, and tachycardia, respiratory failure, coma and death were observed in mice, rats and rabbits. Compared toxicity of paraquat with mouse were observed toward to paraquat that resistance was strong than rats and rabbits. Also, mortality of skin application were found the low than intraperitoneal and high than oral administration. In the case of gross observation were appear lips moisture in orally administered rats and rabbits by skin application. Lung of all laboratory animals were observed congestion and haemorrhage, swelling or atrophy. In the case of microscopic findings were severe congestion and haemorrhage, interstitial pneumonia of lung. Congestion and haemorrhage of liver, congestion and haemorrhage, renal tubule epithelium necrosis of kidney were observed in mice, rats and rabbits. Skin application group of mice, rats and rabbits showed infiltration of inflammatory cells and folliculitis of epidermis and dermis. Also, in oral administration group showed congestion and haemorrhage, tachment, necrosis of alimentary tract mucosa.

        수학.정보영재 통합운영 교수-학습모형에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 지금까지 국내 외에서 개발된 영재교육과정 모형 중 가장 대표적인 7가지 모형을 알아보고 통합 선발된 수학 정보영재 학생들에게 공통적으로 적용할 수 있는 통합된 교수-학습 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 교수-학습 모형은 렌줄리의 삼부심화 학습모형을 근거로 하여 개발하였다. The study shows the typical 7 models of gifted students teaching-learning developed at home and abroad so far and suggests on integrated teaching-learning model that we can commonly apply to mathematics-information gifted students. This teaching-learning model is developed, based on Renzulli Enrichment Triad Model.

        우리의 대학 교육도 이제는 글로벌 인력의 전문화·다양화를 확대, 추진하고 국가 인력수급 계획에 맞춰 정원을 대폭 축소해야 할 것으로 생각한다. 또한 정부는 국·공립, 사립대학간의 적절한 역할 분담을 할 수 있도록 조정 역할을 하여야 할 것이다.

        ZnO를 담지한 TMA-A 제올라이트 나노결정의 제조

        Nano-sized ZnO crystals were successfully incorporated using ion exchange method in TMA-A zeolite synthesized by the hydrothermal method. The optimal composition for the synthesis of TMA-A zeolite was resulted in a solution of $Al(i-pro)_3$:2.2 TEOS:2.4 TMAOH:0.3 NaOH:200 $H_2O$. 0.3g of TMA-A zeolite and 5mol of $ZnCl_2$ solution were employed for the preparation of ZnO incorporated TMA-A zeolite. The ZnO incorporated TMA-A zeolite precursors, prepared from the process of mixing, stirring, centrifugal separation and drying, were calcined at temperatures from 400 to $600^{\circ}C$ for 3 h. The crystallization process of ZnO incorporated TMA-A zeolite was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The Brunaur-Emett-Teller (BET) surface area of the ZnO incorporated TMA-A zeolite was measured. Subsequently, the morphology and the particle size depending on the temperature and time were observed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and particle size analyzer. 수열합성법으로 합성 제조한 TMA-A 제올라이트 내부에 이온교환법을 이용하여 나노사이즈의 ZnO 결정을 성공적으로 담지하였다. TMA-A 제올라이트의 최적 합성 조성비로는 $Al(i-pro)_3$:2.2 TEOS:2.4 TMAOH:0.3 NaOH:200 $H_2O$으로 된 용액이었다. ZnO를 담지시킨 TMA-A 제올라이트의 합성을 위하여 0.3g의 TMA-A 제올라이트와 5mol의 $ZnCl_2$ solution을 사용하였다. 각각의 시료를 혼합, 교반, 원심분리, 건조의 과정을 거쳐서 준비한 ZnO를 담지시킨 TMA-A 제올라이트 precursor를 $400{\sim}600^{\circ}C$에서 3시간 동안 열처리하였다. TMA-A 제올라이트의 결정화 과정을 X-ray diffraction (XRD)을 이용하여 분석하였으며, Brunaur-Emett-Teller(BET) 비표면적을 측정하였다. 또한, 온도와 시간에 따른 입자의 형상이나 크기를 scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) 및 입도분석을 통하여 관찰하였다.
