Dexamethasone에 의한 RANKL 유도성 파골세포 분화 촉진 효과

We explored the effects of dexamethasone on osteoclast precursors using BMMs. Dexamethasone inhibited the proliferation of BMMs. Furthermore, it stimulated the osteoclast formation via NFATc1 activation in the presence of RANKL. Since dexamethasone targeted the early stage of osteoclast formation, we investigated its effect on mRNA expression of GR and $IFN-{\beta}$. Whereas dexamethasone had no effects on GR expression in the presence of RANKL, it reduced the expression of $IFN-{\beta}$, suggesting that dexamethasone increased RANKL-induced osteoclast formation by modulating $IFN-{\beta}$.

본 연구의 목적은 토픽 모델링 기법을 활용하여 특허 분석을 통해 블록체인 기술 동향을 탐색하여 우리나라의 블록체인 동향을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 한국 블록체인 특허 요약문을 수집하고 형태소 분석, 데이터 정제를 포함한 전처리 과정을 거쳤다. Perplexity와 coherence score에 기반하여 최적의 토픽 수를 결정하고 LDA 토픽모델링 방법으로 토픽을 추출하였다. 본 연구는 대용량 텍스트 문서분석의 자동화된 기법을 활용하여 분석을 효율적·객관적으로 수행하였다는 점에서 학술적 기여도가 있다. 또한, 실무적으로는 블록체인 기술 동향을 파악하여 실증된 기초 분석 자료를 기반으로 향후 정책의제 설정과 결정 과정의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study investigates Korea’s trends in blockchain technology. To do so, patents and news articles are analyzed and social interests identified via topic modelling technique; blockchain-related patent abstracts in Korea and full-text online news articles were collected and preprocessed via a morphological analysis and data refinement. According to the optimal number of topics determined based on perplexity and coherence scores, topics were extracted with latent Dirichlet allocation topic modeling. Thus, this study demonstrates the efficient and objective use of an automated technique for the analysis of large text documents. Additionally, it can be used as a basis for future policy agenda setting and decision-making process based on empirical analysis data that understands blockchain technology trends and social interests.

This research utilized Double Diamond Design Process Model among service design methodologies to analyze MBTI with the highest utilization rate among psychological test tools from service aspect. In Discover stage, the first stage in double diamond, process stage of overall MBTI examination service was confirmed through experts panel and survey, collection of basic data regarding examination service of MBTI. In Define stage, the second stage, qualitative data was collected through user interview, shadowing, a day in the life through survey targeting experienced people of MBTI examination. Customer journey map shows analysis result of overall satisfaction of MBTI examination service understanding potential problems through results of qualitative data and pain point exposed in quantitative data. As a result, pre-stage shows service availability matter, on-stage shows esotericism of questions, post-stage shows deficiency in provision of examination result information by stages of MBTI examination service stage. To improve these matters, pre-stage suggests service improvement of mobile application for service availability, on-stage suggests tool development and new examination method utilizing double coding theory of information to improve dullness and help the understanding about terms, while post-stage suggests need for service education that can encompass emotional counseling of counselors and retrieval of selective result information of clients to efficiently transfer the result interpretation. If MBTI examination service utilizing service design methodologies is improved, it is expected to draw response of clients with active attitude, moreover, increase the overall satisfaction of MBTI examination service if reliance on examination result increases.

지역화폐 앱 사용자 리뷰 분석을 통한 마케팅 전략 수립 – ‘동백전’과 ‘인천e음‘을 중심으로

본 연구는 우리나라 대표적인 지역화폐인 동백전과 인천e음 앱 사용자 리뷰를 분석하여 지역화폐 사용자의 긍정/부정 요인을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 마케팅 전략을 수립하였다. 앱 사용자 리뷰를 별점을 기준으로 하여 긍정과 부정으로 분류하고 각각 워드클라우드, 토픽모델링, 소셜 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 동백전과 인천e음 부정 리뷰에서는 공통적으로 앱 사용과 카드 발급에 대한 불만이 주로 나타났으며, 긍정 리뷰에서는 ‘캐시백’에 대한 만족감과 함께 ‘지역경제‘와 ‘소상공인’과 같은 키워드의 출현으로 지역화폐 사용자들은 자신의 소비가 지역경제 활성화에 도움이 된다고 인식하여 지역화폐를 사용하는 데 있어 만족감을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과로 파악된 만족/불만족 요인을 기반으로 개선해야 할 점과 더욱 강화해야할 점을 파악하고, 이에 적절한 마케팅 전략을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 활용한 텍스트 마이닝 방법과 연구 결과는 실질적으로 지역화폐 담당 공무원들과 마케터들에게 지역화폐에 대한 유의미한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있다. This study analyzed user reviews of Dongbaekjeon and Incheoneum app, which are representative local currencies in Korea, to identify the positive/negative factors of local currency users, and established a marketing strategy based on this. App user reviews were classified into positive and negative based on the star rating, and word cloud, topic modeling, and social network analysis were performed, respectively. As a result, in the negative reviews of Dongbaekjeon and Incheoneum, dissatisfaction with app use and card issuance appeared in common. In positive reviews, keywords such as ‘local economy and ’small business owners along with satisfaction with ‘cashback appeared. It means that local currency users perceived that their consumption support local economy, and they felt satisfaction in using local currency. Based on the satisfaction/dissatisfaction factors identified as a result of the analysis of this study, we identified what needs to be improved and to be strengthened, and appropriate marketing strategies were established. The text mining method used in this study and research results can provide meaningful information about local currencies to public officials and marketers in charge of local currencies.

온라인 리뷰 빅데이터 분석을 통한 흰여울문화마을 관광 활성화 방안 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate tourists' perceptions by analyzing tourism-related data among social big data, and to derive ideas for using social big data in tourism and promoting the tourism industry. To this end, 1162 tourists' online reviews were collected and analyzed by LDA, a representative topic modeling technique among text mining techniques, and extracted into 7 topics(sightseeing, emotional image 1, purpose of travel, parking discomfort, recommendation, architecture, emotional image 2). Topic 7 had the highest weight and consisted of keywords showing the emotional image of tourists. Topic 4 of the seven themes showed tourists' negative feelings about the parking problem. The meaning of this study is as follows. First, by analyzing the comments of tourists, authors suggest ideas for tourism based on the main issues. Second, text mining, which is one of the big data analysis technologies that can quantify reviews, which is unstructured data, is employed to analyze tourist opinions. Third, theoretical and practical implications are suggested based on the analysis results of tourist opinions.

This study investigated the effect of employees' perceptions on social value activities of the casino company on job performance through organizational emotions and affective commitment in a situation where the necessity of corporate social value activities is required by the times. The results found that the employees' perceptions of the social value activities of the casino company had a positive effect on the organizational emotions but did not on affective commitment and job performance. Organizational emotion had a positive effect on employees' affective commitment to the organization but did not on job performance. Affective commitment had a positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study suggest the necessity of social value activities for the casino company and can provide management strategies to achieve organizational goals through efficient human resource management.

Purpose: To investigate the incidence of pediatric thyroid associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) in Korean, compared diagnosed TAO group and non-diagnosed TAO group to evaluate clinical characteristics of pediatric TAO. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the medical records (ophthalmic examination, thyroid function test) 84 patients who visited ophthalmology outpatient clinic for evaluating TAO after diagnosed thyroid disease in pediatric department from July 2008 to July 2018. We compared thyroid function test diagnosed TAO group and non-diagnosed TAO group. Results: Among 84 patients, 28 patients (33.3%) were diagnosed with TAO. None of the patients diagnosed with TAO had severe ophthalmic complication including diplopia, vision loss, visual field defect, decreasing color vision. Compared thyroid function test in two group (TAO vs. non-TAO), TSH (p = 0.07), free T4 (p = 0.07), and Tg-Ab (p = 0.3) did not show statistically significant differences in two groups. But TAO group showed high levels of TRAb and showed meaningful differences in statistically (p = 0.01). Conclusions: The incidence rate of pediatric TAO in Korean was 33.3%. Require screening of TAO when diagnosing pediatric thyroid disease. TAO group showed high TRAb level compared with non-diagnosed TAO group. Children with high TRAb level needs attention and regular follow up.
