충북 영동군 광업노동요 <쌍맹이질소리>와 <목도소리> 연구

This article is based on mining laber folk song <ssangmaeng-ijil sol>, <mogdo soli> at Yeongdong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. <ssangmaeng-ijil sol> is a miner's folk song broke the fluorspar. <mogdo soli> is miner's folk song, work that carries fluorspar around the tunnel. The devotee who called mining labor is a resident who is engaged in mining industry and is made up of old people. that folk song is It has value as an intangible asset called mining labor, For the efficiency of labor and unity of workers, it has characteristics of simple private construction and monotone sound structure. Although the editorial has an aesthetic structure that can not be narrated, the contents of work specific to labor and worker 's behavior instruction are directly expressed in the editorial. Changes in rhythm and tone also constitute the characteristics of simple repetitive labor. The change of the sound is manifested by a high - rise structure for giving tension and a sense of crisis according to the working environment, and a bass - lowering structure for performing private formation and relaxation. Mining labor folk song should be considered as a rare resource to preserve traditional values. For this, musical research including ministry of mining labor is essential. In the future, research should be carried out in consideration of both the preservation of values and tradition. It is necessary to establish a long-term plan and conduct regular surveys of traders, expanding the work of uncollected women, mining folklore, and related objects. The research data should be converted into digital data in the form of bibliography, images, and images, and archives should be constructed and shared. The formation of the intimacy of the cultural masses of data sharing will function as part of the securing of the transcendent subject. 이 글은 충북 영동군 용산면 부상리에서 전승하는 광업노동요 <쌍맹이질소리>와 <목도소리>를 대상으로 한다. <쌍맹이질소리>는 광부가 갱도 안에서 쇠메로 형석을 깨며 부른 노동요이고, <목도소리>는 갱도 안팎에서 깬 형석을 목도로 나르며 부른 소리로, 2목도소리와 4목도소리가 채록되었다. 광업노동요를 부른 전승자는 광산업 에 종사한 주민으로 현재 고령층이다. <쌍맹이질소리>와 <목도소리>는 갱도 주변에서 광업노동을 하며 부른 무형자산으로서 가치를 지니며, 노동의 효율과 노동자의 단합 을 위해 단순한 사설 구성과 단선적 음 구조를 지닌 것이 특징이다. 사설은 서사를 이루지 못하는 미적 구조를 보이지만 노동요 특유의 작업 내용, 노동자의 행동 지시 등이 직접적으로 표현된다. 가락과 음의 변화 또한 단순 반복적 노동의 특성에 맞춰 구성한다. 음의 변화는 노동 환경에 따라 긴장감과 위기감을 주기 위한 고음 상승 구 조와 사설 맺음과 이완 작용을 하는 저음 하강 구조로 나타난다. 영동군 광업노동요는 희귀자료로서 가치 보존 방안을 강구해야 한다. 이를 위해 광업노동요의 음 채보를 비롯한 음악적 연구를 근간으로, 가치 보존과 전승 두 측면 을 고려한 연구까지 진행해야 한다. 광업노동요 전형을 정립하기 위한 방안은 전수 조사와 정기조사 방식이 적합하다. 장기 계획을 수립해 전승자의 정기적 전수조사와, 채록되지 못한 부녀자의 노동요, 광업생활민속 조사, 관련 기록물 조사까지 확대 실 시해야 한다. 조사한 자료는 서지, 이미지, 영상 등 디지털 자료로 전환해 항목별로 아카이브를 구축해 공유해야 한다. 자료 공유를 통한 문화대중성의 친밀감 형성은 전승 주체 확보를 위한 일환이 될 것이다.

The purposes of this study were 1) to identify gender differences of high school student`s uniform satisfaction, clothing interests, and self-concepts among high school students and 2) to examine the relationships among self-concepts, clothing interests, and school uniform satisfaction. The questionnaire was distributed to 832 high school students, male and female, in Kangwon Province. Data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study were as follows: There was no gender difference on self-concepts between male and female high school students. However there were gender differences on clothing interests and school uniform satisfaction between male and female students. Results provided implications for high school uniform and adolesent clothing.
양계산업 현황 및 당면과제 - 계란자조금사업 일환 연구용역사업

본 고는 지난 2023년 계란자조금사업의 일환으로 '산란계 사육면적 확대에 따른 산란계 농가 정책방향 제시' 연구용역사업으로 발표된 자료를 바탕으로 작성되었다. 연구용역을 맡은 필자는 2023년 9월 17일~10월 14일까지 유럽 3개국 스페인 독일 폴란드와 미국 일본을 방문하여 조사한 자료를 바탕으로 내 용을 정리했다.
치킨 브랜드의 CSR 활동이 소비자의 브랜드 인식과 소비자신뢰에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of CSR of chicken brand on brand perception and customer trust to provide preliminary data for successful chicken brand management. The Questionnaire was distributed from September 8th to 30th in 2015 and used 292 copies in the analysis of frequency, factor, reliability, pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis through SPSS ver 18.0. In this study, the factors of CSR were economic, legal, ethical, philanthropic. The findings are as followed; First, it appeared that philanthropic(t=6.009, p=.000) and ethical(t=4.278, p=.000) showed a positive significant effect on customers' brand perception in order. Second, philanthropic(t=2.778, p<.01), ethical(t=2.471, p<.05), economic(t=2.448, p<.05), legal(t=2.109, p<.05) in order showed a positive significant influence on customer trust. Third, the effect of customers' brand perception on customer trust was significant influence. It indicated that this study had significant outcomes because of being conducted from franchised chicken brand, required the franchiser to do co-work program with poultry farmhouse and to have good relationships with local community for getting customer trust and needed to support the individual businesses for their growth. That's the point of business success. Limitations of this study are needed to research the factors and variables for CSR in chicken-franchised restaurant.
지역축제의 서비스품질과 축제 충성도 관계에서 축제 만족도의 매개효과 -원주 다이내믹 페스티벌을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to find important factors of service quality and analyse the effects of perceived service quality of local festival for activating Old Downtown on loyalty to provide preliminary data for a successful local festival program. The questionnaire was distributed from September 17th to 21st in 2014, of the 300 distributed questionnaire 263 copies were used in the analysis. Data were analysed using frequency, factor, reliability, pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis and three-step mediated regression analysis through SPSS ver 18.0. In this study, the factors of service quality were reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The findings are as follows; First, it appeared that responsiveness(t=8.284, p=.000), empathy(t=8.159, p=.000), tangibles(t=8.096, p=.000), reliability(t=8.013, p=.000) and assurance(t=7.627, p=.000) showed a positive significant effect on festival satisfaction in order. Second, empathy(t=7.695, p=.000), reliability(t=7.549, p=.000), assurance(t=6.909, p=.000), tangibles(t=6.384, p=.000) and responsiveness(t=5.778, p=.000) also showed a positive significant effect on festival loyalty in order. Third, the effect of local festival service quality on festival loyalty showed significant influence by mediating effect of festival satisfaction. This study has limitations of small sample object from other cities and it is needed to survey samples of visitors by frequency.
