        정공주입층에 따른 OLED 소자의 발광 특성

        In this paper, the hole injection layer(HIL) materials have been synthesized and analyzed. Their HOMO levels are $4.93{\sim}5.22\;eV$, and their energy band gaps are $2.74{\sim}3.19\;eV$. Their glass transition temperatures($T_g$) are all above $114^{\circ}C$, which implies that they are highly thermal-stable. The green OLED devices with a structure of ITO(150 nm)/NEW_HIL(50 nm)/NPB(30 nm)/$Alq_3$(50 nm)/Al:Li(100 nm) were fabricated and tested, incorporating these newly synthesized HIL materials. According to the test results of OLED devices, the I-V-L performances of these devices increase in the following sequence: ELM307 > ELM200 > ELM321 > ELM327 > ELM325. In addition, the OLED device with ELM307 as a HIL has the highest brightness and efficiency at the same driving voltage. These experimental results have shown that ELM307 can be used as one of the most promising candidates for HIL materials.

        플라즈마 EGR 조합시스템 터보 인터쿨러 ECU 커먼레일 디젤기관의 성능 및 NO<SUB>x</SUB>ㆍTHC 배출물 특성에 관한 연구

        The aim in this study is to develop the combined EGR system with a non-thermal plasma reactor for reducing<br/> exhaust emissions and improving fuel economy in turbo intercooler ECU common-rail diesel engines. At the first step, in this paper, the characteristics of performance and NO<SUB>x</SUB>ㆍTHC emissions under four kinds of engine loads are experimentally investigated by using a four-cycle, four-cylinder, direct injection type, water-cooled turbo intercooler ECU common-rail diesel engine with a combined plasma exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) system operating at three kinds of engine speeds. The EGR system is used to reduce NO<SUB>x</SUB> emissions, and the non-thermal plasma reactor and turbo intercooler system are used to reduce THC emissions. The plasma system is a flat-to-flat type reactor operated by a plasma power supply. The fuel is sprayed by pilot and main injections at the variable injection timing between BTDC 15° and ATDC 1° according to experimental conditions. It is found that the specific fuel consumption rate with EGR is increased, but the fuel economy is better than that of mechanical injection type diesel engine as compared with the same output. Results show that NO<SUB>x</SUB> emissions are decreased, but THC emissions are increased, as the EGR rate is elevated. NO<SUB>x</SUB> and THC emissions are also slightly decreased as the applied electrical voltage of the non-thermal plasma reactor is elevated. Thus one can conclude that the influence of EGR in NO<SUB>x</SUB> and THC emissions is larger than that of the non-thermal plasma reactor, but THC emissions are greatly influenced by the non-thermal plasma reactor as the EGR rate is elevated.

        OLED 소자의 특성에 미치는 밀봉 버퍼용 고분자박막의 영향

        In this paper, the LiF and polymer thin film as passivation layer have been evaporated on green OLED devices. HDPE, polyacenaphthylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-pheneylene oxide), polysulfone and poly(dimer-acid-co-alkyl poly-amine) have been used as polymer materials. The optical transmittance of evaporated polymer thin film was very good as an above 90% in visible range. The morphology of polymer thin film was measured by AFM. As a result of the measurement average roughness(Ra) value of the polysulfone was very low as 2.2 ㎚. The green OLED devices with a structure of ITO/HIL/HTL/EML/Buffer/Al in series of various passivation films were fabricated and analyzed. It was observed that an OLED device with LiF as first passivation film has shown the good electrical and optical property, and all kind of polymer films did not influence on the I-V-L characteristics and the life time of OLED devices. Therefore, we found that polymer layer played a key role as a buffer layer between the inorganic passivation layers to relieve the stress of the inorganic layers.

        비접촉 전원장치에 적용한 직ㆍ병렬 공진 DC/DC 컨버터에 관한 연구

        최근 FPD 산업에서 물류이송장비의 전원장치로 비접촉 전원장치에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 양산 라인에 적용되고 있는 물류장비의 비접촉 전원장치는 주로 직선구간을 왕복하고, 이송대차가 한 대인 경우에 적용하고 있다. 그러나 곡선 구간과 이송대차가 다수인 경우의 물류이송장비에는 적합하지 않다. 따라서 본 논문은 직ㆍ곡선 구간이 혼용되어진 구조이고, 이송대차가 한 대 이상으로 구동되는 물류이송장비의 비접촉 전원장치 시작품에 적용하였고, 적용된 비접촉 전원장치의 회로 구조는 풀 브릿지 구조를 갖는 직ㆍ병렬 공진 DC/DC 컨버터 회로로 하여 회로해석, 제어방법, 특성평가, 실험을 통한 적용ㆍ가능성에 대한 연구를 행하였다. 또한 비접촉 전원장치의 전체 제어는 1차측 전원공급장치에 일정한 공진전류를 제어하기 위해 듀티 제어를 사용하였고, 2차측 전원공급장치의 출력전압을 일정하게 유지하기 위해 다수의 이송대차가 자체 제어를 하도록 구성하였다. 실제 2대의 이송대차를 제작하여 직ㆍ곡선 구간을 구성하고, 물류이송장비를 운용하여 양호한 특성으로 적용 가능함을 알 수 있었다. Recently, Contactless Power Supply(CPS) system has been broadly studied as a power supply system for flat Panel Display(FPD) material transfer equipments, In mass production line, CPS systems on material transfer equipment are applied only in the straight sections with single operating vehicle. The formal CPS system was not adequate for curved section nor multiple operating vehicles. Therefore, this paper presents CPS system that consists of straight and curved section with multiple operation vehicles. The circuit topology of CPS system consists of full bridge configured serial-parallel resonant DC/DC converter. The control method for CPS system consists of duty control method on the primary power supply system to maintain constant resonant current. And the secondary power supply systems of multiple vehicles are self controled to maintain constant output voltage. Practically, the test result of dual vehicles on straight and curved section of material transfer equipments were satisfactory, and proved it's applicability on commercial use.

        긴급 구난차량의 발전시스템에 관한 연구

        Recently, the electric device has been launching owing to the development of industry. That development also can maximize the efficiency of generator. The emergency rescue vehicle operation differs from ordinary vehicles in engine life and usage distances. For the application of this system, this research proposes the ways to operate the emergency rescue vehicle operations more efficiently. Currently, many power systems, especially motors, developed with a large output of power. It is possible to produce electricity in the engine room with enough space and to operate all equipment within the rating load capacity.

        계속전문교육(CPE) 관점에서의 S보험사의 전문직 교육프로그램 변천(1957년~2007년)

        보험시장의 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 경제 환경의 변화에 대처하기 위해 생명보험회사는 전문직 양성을 위한 교육훈련을 확대하여 실시하고 있다. 그러나 보험전문직 교육은 전문성을 활용한 조직성과 측면만을 강조한 나머지 개인 전문성의 지속적인 향상을 위한 계속전문교육의 학습적 관점에 대한 연구가 부족하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 S보험사의 태동기부터 2007년까지 주요 사회경제적 환경변화와 보험교육 프로그램의 시대별 특징 분석을 통해 전문가 지향적인 보험교육 패러다임이 어떻게 발전해왔는가를 파악하고자 시도하였다. S사의 보험교육 프로그램의 변천사례를 중심으로 분석한 결과, 1960년대는 기본 직무지식 중심의 교육, 1970~85년은 양적 확대를 위한 마케팅 중심 교육, 1986~97년은 질 중심의 보험전문성 교육, 1998년 이후 금융전문가 교육의 형태로 변화되면서 전문성의 폭과 깊이가 점차 증대된 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 계속전문교육 관점의 보험교육은 질중심의 전략적 HRD가 도입되면서 시작되었고, 본격적인 전문자격제도와 역량개발제도가 수립되면서 확산되었다. 이는 격변하는 사회경제적 환경에 대처하기 위해 전문성 강화를 위한 HRD 전략과 계속전문교육에 대한 관심이 꾸준히 확대되어 가고 있음을 시사하는 것이다. This research is based on the observation of S life insurance company (from its beginning to Year 2007) and the evolution of its Continuing Professional Education(CPE) programs during the past five decades in the midst of various changes in Korea`s socio-economic fabric as well as the periodic revamping of professional insurance training programs prevalent in Korea`s insurance industry. Based on an analysis of past changes in S company`s insurance training programs, the following chronology of events can be summarized by distinct periods: 1957-70: Primary educational focus was on improving the basic vocational knowledge of employees 1971-85: Educational focus shifted to a more sales-oriented training for business expansion 1986-97: Company`s educational programs strived to provide expertise-level knowledge of insurance business to employees 1998-2007: Company wants its employees to become total financial service professionals, and provides programs that expand the depth and breadth of knowledge material covering the entire financial services industry. Company`s HRD and CPE programs are expanded for this purpose. This latest shift in S company`s educational focus towards HRD and CPE is seen as a response to the fast-changing business environment in Korea`s financial industries.

      • 선형 구동 시스템에 적용한 비접촉 전원장치에 관한 연구

        최근 반도체 및 FPD 산업에서 Glass의 사이즈, 무게의 증가함에 따라 물류 이송 장비의 전원장치인 비접촉 전원장치의 크기와 용량이 증가하는 추세이며, 또한, 클린룸의 규모가 커짐에 따라 물류 이송 장비 시스템의 길이가 길어지고 Vehicle의 수가 증가하는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 여러 대의 Vehicle간 독립제어가 가능하고, 물류 이송 장비의 구조가 직선 부분과 곡선부분이 혼용되어진 구조에서도 사용 가능한 정전류 비접촉 전원장치의 주요 전력변환 토플로지 별 해로해석, 제어방법을 제시하였고, 특히 직 · 병렬 공진 컨버터의 회로해석, 특성평가를 행하였다. 이 특성평가를 바탕으로 정전류 비접촉 전원장치의 시제품을 제작하여 저항성 부하와 선형 구동 시스템에 적용한 Vehicle 2대를 부하로 사용하여 실험을 행하여 실제 적용, 가능함을 보이고자 한다.

        The aim in this study is to develop the combined turbo intercooler EGR system with a non-thermal plasma reactor for reducing exhaust emissions and improving fuel economy in ECU common-rail diesel engines. In this study, the characteristics of soot, CO and CO₂emissions under four kinds of engine loads are experimentally investigated by using a four-cycle, fourcylinder, direct injection type, water-cooled ECU common-rail diesel engine with a combined turbo intercooler plasma exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) system operating at three kinds of engine speeds. The EGR and non-thermal plasma reactor system are used to reduce NOx emissions, and the non-thermal plasma reactor and turbo intercooler system are used to reduce soot and THC emissions. The plasma system is a flat-to-flat type reactor operated by a plasma power supply. The fuel is sprayed by pilot and main injections at the variable injection timing between BTDC 15˚ and ATDC 1˚ according to experimental conditions. It is found that soot emissions with increasing EGR rate are increased, but are decreased as the applied electrical voltage of the nonthermal plasma reactor is elevated at the same engine speed and load. Results also show that CO and CO₂emissions are increased as EGR rate is elevated, and CO emissions are increased, but CO₂emissions are decreased as the applied electrical voltage of the non-thermal plasma reactor is elevated at the same engine speed and load.
