Graves 병 안구증에서 99mTc-DTPA 뇌신티그라피를 이용한 안구/뇌 방사능비에 관한 연구

In Graves' disease, changes in orbital tissue and structure are casued by inflammatory infiltation, which induces increase of capillary permeability and breakdown of blood-tissue barriers. Using the uptake of Tc-99m-DTPA in inflammatory lesion, Eye/Brain radioactivity ratios in brain scintigraphy were evaluated in 15 normal controls and 40 Graves' patients. The results were as follows; 1) Eye/Brain radioactivity ratio was significantly higher in Graves' ophthalmopthy group than in control group (p〈0.005). 2) In Graves' ophthalmopathy, Eye/Brain radioactivity ratio was significantly higher in active (progressive) group than in inactive (non-progressive) group (p〈0.05). 3) There was no correlation between class of ATA classification of Graves' ophthalmopathy and Eye/Brain radioactivity ratio. 4) There was no correlation between Eye/Brain radioactivity ratio and serum activity of TBII. In conclusion, Eye/Brain radioactivity ratio using Tc-99m-DTPA brain scintigraphy may be useful to determine the activity of Gves' ophthalmopathy and whether treatment of Graves' ophthalmopathy is necessary or not.

본 연구는 학생인식 중심의 교사 전문성 구성요소를 측정하여, 교원능력개발평가 정책이 정책 목적에 부합하는 전문성 신장효과가 있는지와, 초등교사에게 교원능력개발평가 정책 은 어떤 의미를 가지고 있는지에 대해 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달 성하기 위해 설정된 연구 문제는 ‘교원능력개발평가는 초등교사의 전문성 신장 효과가 있 는가?’로 설정하였다.

To assess the usefulness of myocardial SPECT imaging to detect post-myocardial infarction ventricular aneurysms, we analyzed the Technetium-99m MIBI myocardial SPECT images of 16 patients with anterior and/or apical infarction, 9 had the previously reported findings of failure of convergence of the left ventricular walls toward the apex on SPECT images and 8 of them also had ventricular aneurysms. The ventriculography of the 2 patients with mixed pattern revealed 1 case of ventricular aneurysm and 1 case without aneurysm. Among the remaining 5 patients with converging pattern, none had ventricular aneurysm. Of the other 11 patients with inferior and/or lateral wall infarction, 1 patient had ventricular aneurysm and the SPECT image couldn`t detect the aneurysm. Tc-99m-MIBI myocardial SPECT images for the detection of ventricular aneurysm had a sensitivity of 90%, a specificity of 88%, and an accuracy of 89%. Thus we could get the information about presence of ventricular aneurysm as well as the status of the myocardial perfusion from the Tc-99m MIBI myocardial SPECT images.
