지형기후학적순간단위유량도를 이용한 미계측 소유역의 유출특성 분석

지형학적순간단위유량도 및 지형기후학적단위유량도를 이용하여 미계측 소유역의 특성을 분석하였다. 경북 감포지역 5㎢ 미만의 소유역을 중심으로 GIS 기법으로 수문특성인자를 도출하고, 지형학적순간단위유량도의 동역학적 매개 변수인 특성속도를 호우시상별로 추정하여 지형기후학적 순간단위유량도 및 기타 집중시간 경험식과 비교한 결과 Kerby 및 Brasby-Williams공식이 소유역의 특성속도 산정공식으로 제시될 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 확률 강우량으로부터 지형기후학적순간단위유량도의 첨두유량과 확률홍수량을 비교하는 방법과 여러 단위유량도 및 지형기후학적순간단위유량도에서 산정된 첨두유량을 실측자료와 비교한 결과 미계측 소유역의 적용 타당성이 확인되어 향후 돌발홍수 등 방재계획 수립 시 기준우량을 산정하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Runoff Characteristics has been Analysis Using geomorphologic Instantaneous Unit Hydrograph(GIUH) and geomorphoclimatic unit hydrograph(GCUH) on an un gaged vary small basin about 5㎢ scale in Kyungbuk gampo area. First, we estimated hydrology Factor using Geographic Information System(GIS) tool and then, calculated the characteristic velocity using the real rainfall-runoff data. It is compared with several velocities derived from GCUH theory and several other concentration time formulae. Kerby and Braby-Williams seems to be more applicable as characteristic velocity formula. Second, We compared the GCUH peak discharge with the probable flood, also compared the unit hydrograph as like the Clark, the Nakayasu and the S.C.S and GCUH with the observed discharge using the real rainfall events. The comparison results showed that GCUH could be aplicable on an ungaged vary small basin. We expected that the result can be used as for estimation of a flash flood standard rainfall as well as emergency management plan.

최근 빈번하게 발생하는 집중호우는 지표면의 침식을 가중시켜 막대한 양의 토사유출을 초래하고 있으며, 이렇게 유실된 토사는 하천의 통수단면을 감소시키고 탁수를 유발하는 등의 환경문제의 원인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유사저류지의 규모의 적정성을 검토하기 위하여 지형정보자료를 활용하여 범용토양유실공식을 적용한 후 소유역의 토사유실량(Soil Erosion)을 분석하고 저류지 용적규모와 비교?평가하여 유사저류지 규모의 적정성을 검토하였다. 분석결과 대상유역의 토사유실량 및 설계퇴적량은 각각 72.1㎥ 및 85.0 ㎥로 산정되어 유사저류지 규모는 적정한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 Hec-Ras모형을 이용하여 수위상승으로 인한 제내지의 침수피해를 방지하기 위한 제방고를 산정하여 유사저류지의 수리학적 안정성을 평가하였다. The recent frequent heavy rainfall has caused an increased in soil erosion and the soil drain which drained soil has caused decreased in channel radius and environmental problems by turbidity. In this study, the optimum size of the sediment basin was tested with soil erosion estimated from the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) in the basin using by GIS data. The results show that the estimated soil erosion and the designed soil deposit are 72.1 ㎥ and 85.0 ㎥ respectively and the size of sediment basin is proper. In this study the water depth was calculated from the Hec-Ras model to test the stability of the bank and to prove submersion of the inside fields from stream overflow.

In this study, spatial characteristics of rainfall in Imha basin were investigated by cross-correlation analysis among rainfall gaging stations and rainfall-runoff analysis used in HEC-HMS model for analysis of influence on observed rainfall. The Kriging technique was applied to rain(all analysis in Imha basin to reflect spatial characteristics of regional rainfall. Their results are compared to rainfall-runoff data with spatially distributed rainfall data as well as the classical thiessen method. The results by kriging technique approached by geostatistical method could reflect spatial characteristics of regional rainfall properly in Imha basin.

Estuary barrier is hydraulic structure to block natural exchange between stream water and sea water. The barrier bring about many problems related in hydraulic, water quality, ecology. But it os possible to reduce the problems brought from barrier with efficient gate operation. Enough fresh water supply is very important in the estuary ecosystem. This study was started for enough fresh water supply in the estuary and to low the loss by lockage. We tested estuary barrier effects in Nakdong river basin and obtained salinity concentration data for the case of durable flash water supply.
