고구려(高句麗) 유민(遺民) 이타인(李他仁)의 족원(族源)과 책성(柵城) 욕살(褥薩) 수여(授與) 배경에 대한 고찰

李他仁은 高句麗 말기 柵城 褥薩이었다. 그동안 그의 族源에 대해서는 다양한 견해들이 제시되었다. 본고에서는 이타인의 족원을 고찰하고자, 고구려의 李氏姓 존재여부에 대해 검토하였다. 그 과정에서 600년 ?陽王의 명령으로 『新集』을 편찬한 李文眞의 존재와 渤海의 李氏들에 주목하여 고구려에 이씨성이 존재하였음을 입증하였다. 그리고 唐의 `賜姓李氏` 사례와 唐에서 활동한 李氏姓 고구려 遺民들의 특징을 비교한 결과 고구려에서 독자적인 `賜姓李氏`가 있던 것으로 파악하였다. 이를 기반으로 「李他仁墓誌銘」에 기재된 문구 및 고구려와 말갈의 관계를 분석하여 이타인은 고구려로부터 `사성이씨` 된 고구려인임을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 이타인이 책성 욕살에 수여된 배경에 대해 642년에 발발했던 淵蓋蘇文의 정변에 주목하였다. 여기에 高質 一家와의 비교를 통해 이타인 일가가 연개소문의 정변에 공적을 세운 까닭에 柵城 褥薩이 될 수 있던 것으로 추론하였다. Lee Ta-in was the Chaek Castle castellan at the end of the Goguryeo. In the meantime, various opinions have been raised about his ethnic origin. In this article I examine the existence of the Lee family in the Goguryeo to investigate the ethnic origin of the Lee Ta-in. In the process, I prove that there existed last name Lee in Goguryeo by paying attention to the existence of Lee Moon-jin who made a 『Sinjip』 by the King Yeongyang order in the 600th year and last name Lee in Balhae. And a comparison of the characteristics of Tang`s "give last name Lee" and displaced people of Goguryeo of last name Lee who were active in the Tang proved that there existed a unique "give last name Lee" in Goguryeo. Based on this analysis, I analyzed the phrases written in 「Lee Ta-in`s Epitaph」 and analyzed the relationship between Goguryeo and Malgal, and confirmed that Lee Ta-inwas an Goguryeon who was "give last name Lee" from Goguryeo Finally it paid attention to revolution of Yeon Gaesomun which originated in 642 about the Background awarded to Chaek Castle castellan of Lee Ta-in. In comparison with the Go Jil family, I could deduce that Lee Ta-in family was able to receive the last name Lee because the Lee Ta-in family established considerable achievements in the revolution of the Yeon Gaesomun. 공학적방벽 현장실증 시스템 (IN-DEBS) 개발을 위한 해외 실증연구 현황 분석

본 연구에서는 한국원자력연구원 부지 내 KURT 연구시설에 심지층 처분실증시험을 수행할 목적으로 사전 해외현황조사를 실시하였다. 고준위폐기물 심지층 처분을 목적으로 지하연구시설을 구축한 나라들을 대상으로 현재 수행되었거나, 수행이 진행 중인 공학적방벽 성능평가 시험들을 조사하였다. 주요 실증시험으로는, 스웨덴/프랑스 TBT, 스웨덴 LOT, 스위스 HEE, 벨기에 PRACLAY, 스페인 FEBEX, 일본 HORONOBE, 및 캐나다 BCE 등이었다. 각 실증시험에 대하여 시험의 목적, 시험체의 구성, 시험조건, 세부 구성도, 측정 항목, 측정기기, 및 도출된 결과 등을 구체적으로 조사하였으며, 시험결과보다는 시험목적 및 시험물의 구축방법 파악에 더 집중하였다. 왜냐하면, 각국의 공학적방벽 성능시험방법의 검토를 통해 향후 KURT에서 추진하게 될 공학적방벽 실증시설의 설계에 도움을 얻고, 다양한 성능시험을 동시에 수행할 수 있도록 하기 위해서였다. 향후 KURT 확장을 통해 공학적방벽 성능시험 터널을 확보하고, 중규모의 성능 시험시연을 추진하게 될 예정이다. 본 기술검토를 통해 이 때 추진할 시험내역과 시험체의 구성 및 크기 등의 상세 설계에 필요한 기초적인 지식을 얻고자 하였다. The worldwide Status-of-Art survey for the in-situ experiments of the engineered barrier system for HLW underground disposal was performed as a preliminary action for the design of the in-situ demonstration at KURT. Some nations, which have executed or is ongoing the in-situ experiments at their underground research facilities, were summarized in this review. The demonstration projects reviewed were TBT/Sweden-France, LOT/Sweden, HE-E/Switzerland, PRACLAY/Belgium, FEBEX/Spain, HORONOBE/Japan, and BCE/Canada. The investigated items for the projects were mainly their purposes, constitutional structures, test conditions, monitoring parameters and the measuring tools, and test results. In this review, the hardware design and the assembling of the test system were more concentrated rather than their experimental results, because the purpose of this review is to achieve the necessary information for the practical design of the in-situ experiment to be installed at KURT. A mid scale in-situ demonstration of EBS at KURT, that is called IN-DBES, will be launched right after the completion the expanding project of KURT in 2015. It is hoped that the structural design, installing methods, hardware equipments required in the establishment of IN-DEBS will be referred on this review.

XQuery에서의 XML 데이터 특성을 고려한 group by 지원을 위한 질의 표현 기법에 대한 연구

현재 널리 채택되고 있는 XML은 플랫폼에 의존하지 않는 데이터 표현 형식으로 B2B 응용 프로그램이나 워크플로우 상황에서처럼 느슨하게 연결된(loosely coupled) 이기종 시스템 간에 정보를 교환하는 데 매우 유용하게 사용되고 있다. XML의 이러한 장점 때문에 점차 증가하는 XML에 대한 관리 및 검색에 대한 요구 사항에 대처할 수 있도록 강력한 질의 언어인 XQuery가 만들어졌다. 문서의 검색을 위한 질의 언어인 XQuery는 다양한 데이터 소스로부터 가져온 XML 데이터를 고유한 구조를 가진 질의 결과로 구성할 수 있도록 설계되었으며 현재 XML 질의 언어의 표준이다. XQuery는 반복문 등을 포함하는 강력한 검색 기능을 지원하나 데이터를 그룹화 하는 경우에는 질의 표현이 상대적으로 어렵고, 복잡한 형태를 취한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 XQuery에 그룹화 처리를 위한 명시적인 groupby절을 도입한 질의 표현 기법을 모색함으로써 XML 데이터의 재구성과 집계 함수 처리를 위한 그룹화를 보다 효율적으로 처리할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 위해서 XQuery에 groupby절을 도입하기 위한 EBNF(Extended Backus-Naur Form)를 제안하고, 네이티브 XML 데이터베이스인 eXist 기반의 XQuery 그룹화 질의 처리 시스템을 구현하였다. XML is the most popular platform-independent data expression which is used to communicate between loosely coupled heterogeneous systems such as B2B Applications or Workflow systems. The powerful query language XQuery has been developed to support diverse needs for querying XML documents. XQuery is designed to configure results from diverse data sources into a uniquely structured query result. Therefore, it became the standard for the XML query language. Although the latest XQuery supports heavy search functions including iterations, the grouping mechanism for data is too primitive and makes the query expression difficult and complex. Therefore, this work is focused on supporting the groupby clause in the query expression to process XQuery grouping. We suggest it to be a more efficient way to process grouping for restructuring and aggregation functions on XML data. We propose an XQuery EBNF that includes the groupby clause and implemented an XQuery processing system with grouping functions based on the eXist Native XML Database.

As the clinical practice of using more than one drug at a time increase, the clinician is faced with ever-increasing number of potential drug interactions. Although many interactions have little clinical significances, some may interfere with treatment or even be life-threatening. This review provides a better understanding of drug-drug interactions often encountered in pharmacotherapy of depression. Drug interactions can be grouped into two principal subdivisions : pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic. These subgroups serve to focus attention on possible sites of interaction as a drug moves from the site of administration and absorption to its site of action. Pharmacokinetic processes are those that include transport to and from the receptor site and consist of absorption, distribution on body tissue, plasma protein binding, metabolism, and excretion. Pharmacodynamic interactions occur at biologically active sites. In this review, emphasis is placed on antidepressant medications, how they are metabolized by the P450 system, and how they alter the metabolism of other drugs. When prescribing antidepressant medications, the clinician must consider the drug-drug interactions that are potentially problematic.

Purpose: To investigate the comparison of retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness and optic disc parameters measured by optical coherence tomography (Cirrus HD-OCT<sup>®) in dominant and non-dominant eyes. Methods: Seventy-one subjects without underlying ocular disease were recruited for the present study. Ocular dominance was determined using the hole-in-the-card test. Comprehensive standardized eye examinations were performed. Scans of the optic disc and RNFL were performed using OCT. Results: The mean intraocular pressure (IOP) of the dominant eye was higher than its counterpart (p = 0.025). No significant differences were observed in uncorrected visual acuity, refractive error and axial length between dominant and non-dominant eyes (p = 0.235, 0.180, 0.850). No RNFL and optic disc features were identified in the dominant from non-dominant eyes. Conclusions: Although dominant eyes tended to have higher IOP than non-dominant eyes, no consistent ocular structural differences between dominant and non-dominant eyes with the use of OCT were found.

폐렴사슬알균 수막염 환자에서 발생한 양안 내인성 안내염 1예

Purpose: To report a case of bilateral endogenous endophthalmitis in a Streptococcus pneumoniae meningitis patient. Case summary: A 45-year-old woman with bacterial meningitis was referred to the ophthalmologic clinic with acute visual impairment in both eyes. The patient`s visual acuities were hand motion in both eyes. Ophthalmoscopy revealed inflammation in the anterior chamber and vitreous opacities in both eyes. Streptococcus pneumoniae was isolated in the cerebrospinal fluid sample, but not in vitreal, blood samples. Vision improved to 70/100 in the right eye and 2/100 in the left eye after 8 days of treatment. Conclusions: Endogenous endophthalmitis constitutes a rare complication of Streptococcus pneumoniae meningitis, and a prompt diagnosis and administration of empirical intravitreal antibiotics can lead to a more favorable visual prognosis.

This study aimed to compare and analyze librarian teacher evaluation index from evaluation of teachers' competency development with the the topics of information utilization education. To this end, LDA topic modeling was conducted by collecting papers related to information utilization education published in four major journals in the field of literature and information from 1995 to May 2022. As a result of topic modeling, it can be seen that information utilization education (T10) was the most actively discussed at 12.0% of the 20 topics, followed by library utilization classes (T2) 10.4% and user service (T3) 8.8%.On the other hand, 3.3% of reading discussion (T7), 2.9% of reading education (T19), 2.1% of manpower management (T13), and 2.1% of librarian teacher job satisfaction (T17) showed the lowest distributions 3.3%, 2.9%, 2.1%, and 2.1%, respectively. In addition, although librarian teacher's class model development (T1) and curriculum development (T20) are essential processes for collaborative classes and information utilization education, they were not reflected in the current teacher competency development evaluation index. Therefore, this study proposed that 'instructional model and curriculum development' indicator should be added on 'training and support classes' factors in the Librarian Teacher Evaluation Index in Teachers' Competency Development Evaluation for further evaluation.
