      • 지렁이 중장에서 발현되는 Endo-$\beta$-1,4-glucanase의 동정 및 특성에 관한 연구

        지렁이 (Eisenia andrei)의 중장에서 내생의 endoglucanase 유전자의 전체 염기 서열을 동정하였다. ORF의 길이는 1,371 bp이며, 456개의 아미노산으로 번역된다. NCBI에 등록된 가재와 흰개미의 cellulase 및 endo-$\beta$-1, 4-glucanase와 50-51%의 유사성을 보이며, 활성 부위가 잘 보존되어 있었다. 계통수 분석에서는 다른 동물 분류군에서 밝혀진 GHF9 그룹의 cellulase와 근연관계가 없음이 확인되었다. Endogeneous endoglucanase (EC 3.2.1.4) cDNA was cloned from a representative species (Eisenia anderi) of the earthworm family Lumbricidae. Endoglucanase from the midgut of the earthworm is composed of 456 amino acids and belongs to glycosyl hydrolase family 9 (GHF9), sharing high homologies (50-51 %) with those of selected termite and crayfish. This endoglucanase consists of three consensus catalytic domains found in most microbial cellulases. A phylogenetic tree was constructed using the amino acid squence data matched through the BLASTX program and showed that GHF9 families could be divided into four groups of arthropoda, bacteria, plant and annelida.

        It might be at the age of Queen Chinseong that the present 5eongju District began to be freed from the rule of the Central Government. And then, it might be inferred, when Later Packjae attacked and occupied 10 castles or so south of II-sung Commencery at the 11th year of King Hyogong, that Seongju began to be influenced by Later Packjae. At that time, however, Later Packjae was unable to keep on holding the territory which it took from Sillla, so the present Seongju District was ruled by the lord who extended his power and called himself a General. After that, it is obvious that Seongju District was influenced againby Later Packjae from about 4th year of King Kyoungmyoung(920 A.D.), equal to the period when Koryeo and Later Packjae was in the rivals each other. But Seongju became to be under the rule of Korea, aftert Ryangmun, General of Pyuckjin Comrnendery, yielded to Koryung in the ?th year of King Kyoungmyoung(924). In the first year of King, Kyoungae(924), Koryeo and Later Packjae committed a battle for a long period at Jomoo Castle, and General Lee in Later Packjae, local gentry in Seongju District, yielded to Koryeo, which turned the battle favorable to Koryeo. After the Battle of Gongsan, offering a route of retreat to King, Wang Keon who lost in the battle, he contributed much to King, Wang Keon, On one hand, when Lee Chong-eon, General of Pyuckjin Commendery, fought against Koryeo at the Battle of Chomul Castle, his son, Lee Young joined in the battle and served greatly to gain victory for Koryeo. King, Wang Keon rewarded him far his distinguished services at the battle, and appointed him as General Boneup and as Samjungdaekwang. What Lee Neung-il had achieved, can be revealed from a lot off history books written at the middle period of Lee Dynasty, but his name, life and achievements are not written in the Samgaoksaki and Koryeosa which are the basic historical materials. Therefore, the writer concluded that Lee Neung-il might be considered as Lee Neung-mun who can be traced and identified from the basic historical documents, who yielded to Koryeo in the second year of King Kyoungae(925) and was appointed as Seangsangun and ruled Kyaungsan Commendery.

        서비스 접점에서 고객과 서비스 제공자의 상호작용이 서비스 가치에 미치는 영향

        패러다임이 변화하면서 서비스 마케팅의 비중은 크게 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 상황하에서 품질있는 서비스를 제공하는 것은 기업성공의 필수과제가 되어 가고 있다. 특히, 서비스 접점에서 발생하고 있는 고객과 서비스 제공자의 상호작용은 고객이 인식하고 있는 서비스 품질에 상당한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서비스 접점에서 고객들이 어떠한 형태로 서비스 제공에 참여하게 되고, 서비스 제공자는 그 고객들을 어떻게 통제할 수 있는지를 다루고 있는 서비스 제공모델(Service Delivery Model)을 기본으로 해서 서비스 품질이 어떠한 형태로 서비스 가치에 영향을 주는지를 체계적으로 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 서비스 접점에서 서비스 제공자의 통제가 높거나 낮은 경우 모두 고객의 참여도가 높을수록 고객이 느끼는 서비스 가치가 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 통제가 낮은 경우보다는 높은 경우에 고객의 참여도가 서비스 가치중대에 미치는 효과가 더욱 큰 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 서비스 제공모델에 따라 서비스 품질차원 및 희생차원은 서비스가치에 서로 다르게 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나, 서비스마케터 입장에서는 서비스 제공시 자사의 서비스가 어느 유형에 포함되는지를 판단하여 그 유형에서 서비스 가치제고에 중요한 역할을 하는 서비스 품질차원 및 희생차원에 자사의 자원을 집중투자하여 보다 경쟁력있는 마케팅 전략을 수립할 수 있게 되었다. As the quality movement is beginning to take shape in the service sector, the shift to a quality focus becomes essential to the competitive survival of service business. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of interaction between customer and service provider on perceived service value in service encounter using service delivery model, which is based on two key factors such as customer participation and service provider's control. Support is found for a number of the hypothesized structural relations. Some implications for service marketing practice are discussed briefly.

        로열티 프로그램의 설계가 브랜드 커뮤니티 및 서비스 로열티에 미치는 영향

        There is a countless number of loyalty programs in the market. In the past few years, all kinds of companies have tried to design loyalty programs to attract many customers possible, but most of them don`t accomplish their objectives much. In spite of perceived importance of loyalty program in service marketing, it is not likely to work effectively as expected and few have studied the causal effect of loyalty program on brand community and customer loyalty using service-specific concept of loyalty. The current research examines empirically above-mentioned causal effects and moderating role of consumer`s usage level on these relationships. Focusing on design characteristics, loyalty program is conceptualized using participating requirements, point structure, and rewards. Brand community is conceptualized only by reinforcing factors such as consciousness of kind, ritual and tradition, and moral responsibility. The conceptual domain of service loyalty consists of cognitive loyalty, attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty. Purchase frequency is used as a moderating variable. Support is found for a number of hypothesized structural relations. The results indicate that (1) loyalty program design has significantly positive effect only on cognitive loyalty though brand community, (2) cognitive loyalty influences positively on behavioral loyalty through attitudinal loyalty, and (3) consumer`s usage level has moderating effect only on a causal relationship between brand community and cognitive loyalty. Other hypothesized structural relations are not supported. Further theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

        인터넷 쇼핑 시 발생하는 서비스실패유형과 효과적인 서비스복구의 관계분석: 소비자특성의 조절효과를 중심으로

        This study investigates the causal relationships among types of service failure, service recovery, customer satisfaction, and loyalty intentions as well as moderating effect of consumer characteristics such as gender using structural equation model in the context of internet shopping. Support is found for a number of hypothesized structural relations. The findings show that most types of service failure negatively on service recovery, and most factors of service recovery influence positively on customer satisfaction as well as customer satisfaction affects positively loyalty intentions. Also, consumer gender mostly moderates the relationship between service recovery and customer satisfaction and the relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty intentions. Some implications for enhancing the effect of service recovery in internet shopping service are briefly discussed.
