        스마트러닝을 위한 실시간 학습평가 및 상호작용 시스템 구현

        We developed a system which supports the functions of real-time evaluation and feedback for smart learning. The system is consisted of an application for tablet PC and smart phone and the server, and the client exchanges data with the server through wireless communication. Whereby, the proposed system enabled realtime interaction and feedback between learner and teacher or between learners. As a result, the instruction for each learner's level is available using the system, and then it could enhance the level of academic achievement and learning interest.

        암모니아 산화세균의 분리와 그 특성

        This study was carried out far isolation and characterization of ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB) from aquacultural place and sludges of waste water collected in Pusan. One autotrophic AOB, Nitrosomonas sp. and 8 heterotrophic AOB (2 strains of Bacillus sp., 2 strains of Acinetobacter sp., Xanthomonas sp., Alcaligenes sp., Pseudomonas sp., Sphingobacterium sp.) were isolated. and identified. Variation of total nmmonia nitrogen (TAN) and $NO_2-N$ in mineral salt media containing 10mg/ $\ell$ of NHCl for 15 days in differents 9 strains was measured in order to examine the ablitity of ammonia oxidation. TAN was started to reduce after 4 days incubation and ca. 2 mg/$\ell$ of TAN was decreased after 15 days incubation by Nitrosomonas sp., At that time, $NO_2-N$ was produced to 0.023$\~$0.036 mg/$\ell$. Heterotrophic AOB showed the low ability of ammonia oxidation, 0.02$\~$0,04 mg/$\ell$ of TAN was decreased and $NO_2-N$ was produced to 0.01$\~$0.51 mg/$\ell$ after 15 days. When each strain of 8 heterotrophs was incubated in mimeral salt media containing 10 mg/$\ell$ $NH_4Cl$ and 50 mg/$\ell$ glucose, and 50 mg/$\ell$ $NH_4Cl$ and 5 g/$\ell$ glucose, the diminution of TAN was 1.12$\~$3.38 mg/$\ell$ and 1$\~$20 mg/$\ell$, respectively.

        Listeria monocytogenes의 증식억제를 위한 살균제 'Sponge model'의 응용

        The antimicrobial effects of two disinfectants commonly used in food industry on Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 15313 were studied. The two disinfectants tested were commercial benzalkonium chloride (BAC) and sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl). Their effects were studied on cells suspended in disinfectants (in vitro) and in the sponge model with the disinfectants (in vivo). When cells were exposed to $0\~0.1\%$ BAC and $0\~150\;ppm$ NaOCL for 20 minutes, BAC and NaOCl concentration more than $0.25\%$ and 100 ppm showed the antimicrobial effects respectively. This organism decreased rapidly during the first $0.5\~1$ minute followed by a slower decrease during the rest of the exposure time. Fifteen ml of cell solution $(about\;10^7\;CFU/ml\;in\;the\;TSB)$ was mixed with 15 ml of disinfectants in the sponge $(6.0{\times}4.0{\times}4.0cm)$, BAC and NaOCl concentration more than $0.1\%$ and 300 ppm showed the antimicrobial effects, and at $0.25\%$ and 800 ppm diminished in cell numbers 3-log cycles during the first 20 minutes. In the case of sponge model, 15 ml of cell solution and 15 ml of disinfectants $(0.25\%\;of\;BAC,\;800\;ppm\;of\;NaOCl)$ were suspended in the sponge during 20 minutes, washing with 200 ml of sterilized distilled water, and this sponge was transfered in the 100 ml TBS, and then incubated at various temperature. The cells were increased about 1-log cycle during 24 hrs at $5\~15^{\circ}C$. And the others temperature, the cells growth was in proporation to storage tepmerature and the cells were about $10^9\;CFU/ml$ after $1\~3$ days incubations.

        Lactobacillus sp. GM7311에 의한 박테리오신의 생산 조건

        A lactic acid bacteria which showed antimicrobial activity was isolated from dairy products and identified as Lactobacillus sp. according to the morphological, physiological and biochemical properties, which was named Lactobacillus sp. SH 7311. The bacteriocin of Lactobacillus sp. GM 7311 showed a broad range of inhibitory spectrum against some gram positive and negative bacteria. Especially, Proteus mirabilis was highly sensitive to bacteriocin and used as indicator strain for further investigation. The optimal condition for the production of bacteriocin was showed on MRS broth at $37^{\circ}C$ and pM 6.0. Bacteriocin production of this strain cultured under optimal condition was increased late logarithmic phase to early stationary phase. This bacteriocin was fully active at the pH range $2.0\~5.0$, also was stable at $100^{\circ}C$ for 60 min. at pH 5.0, But about $40\%$ of bacteriocin activity was diminished by the treatment of acetone, ethanol, iso-butanol and ethyl ether during 2 hours at $4^{\circ}C$.

        정보윤리 교육의 방법론으로서 미디어리터러시를 적용한 L-SNS시스템 구현

        본 논문은 지속적으로 증가되고 있는 인터넷 역기능들을 미디어리터러시 기반의 소셜네트워크 서비스 스템을 통하여 미디어 접근능력, 비판적 이해능력, 창의적 표현능력, 참여와 소통능력을 향상 시켜 줄 수 있는 L-SNS시스템을 설계 및 구현 하였다. 구현된 L-SNS시스템은 학습자들의 원활한 소통의 매개체로 스마트폰을 사용하였으며, 실시간 상호작용과 상대방의 입장을 이해 할 수 있도록 간접적 체험을 경험 할 수 있게 하였다. 또한 다른 학습자들의 심도 있는 토론을 제3자의 입장에서 보는 과정을 통하여 객관적 판단을 할 수 있는 환경을 제공하고자 하였다. In this paper, we design and implement an L-SNS system to reduce ever-increasing adverse effects of the Internet through the strengths of social network service system based on media literacy, including critical comprehension, creative expression, participation, communication ability, etc. The L-SNS system we proposed here was used the Smartphone as a medium of communication for learners, and to let them have indirect experience and real-time interaction. In addition, it provides the environment to make objective decisions through the process examining an in-depth discussion among other learners in the aspect of a third party.

        항공사 직원의 이슈리더십이 집단응집력에 미치는 효과

        Recently coming to the aviation industry`s unkindness and disrespect of the workers, due to immaturity of mission workers is an urgent need to improve the service problems. Given the situation, airline management, aviation workers in customer service, forming a basic mind set so that you can feel the job satisfaction of workers is an effective program is essential for a successful airline business can be seen. In particular, the aviation industry are proud of the employees have a duty to work environment, and through them ultimately enhance the level of customer service that the current airline business manager is also facing the challenges of a pressing matter. Therefore, this study 21st century knowledge in this era of aviation organization`s performance can be maximized in the multiple factors of the leadership in the field of traditional leadership theory overcomes the limitations and issues leadership, group cohesion for any influence to study is. In addition, the management of airline companies or the administrator to consider in terms of management implications is derived through a variety of management efficiency is to establish measures that can be obtained. In conclusion the aviation industry the administrator should look for new techniques, procedures, and ideas to increase the company`s productivity and help his executives focus on their jobs.

        당뇨병 환자의 대체요법 경험실태에 대한 조사 연구

        In our country, patients with diabetes mellitus are searching for complementary treatments to recover from illness, while they received treatments from the doctor. However, have been evaluated or investigated systematically. This study was carried out to explore application of complementary treatments for patients with DM. For this survey, questionnaires were developed by researchers and the data was collected from July to October of 1999. Among the 223 subjects, there is one general hospital, one oriental hospital, 15 area C.H.P, ahd 2 area health centers. The results were as follows: 1. The total number of cases was 223 and the average age was 62.85 years old and average duration of DM was 8.1 years. The number of patients who had experience with alternative therapies was 145 (65%). The number of those who have not undergone treatments was 78 (35%). 2. The 43.5% of experienced CAM were advised family and relatives. Only 30.3% approved the effect of CAM and 52.5% said that If another a new CAM is introduced, they will try it. 4. Ninety three kinds of complementary treatments were used. Among the used items, 63.7% was various types of plants, 21.6% was animal material and 14.7% was the mixed group. As a single item, Bombyx Mori (Silkworm) was the most frequently used (10.5%) followed by the bean, mushroom, Morus bombycis (mulberry), Ginseng, Commelina Communis (Dalgaebi), Chinese medicine, root of Rosa rugosa (Haedangwha). 5. Among the used items, Trichosanthes kirilowii Max. Eucommia ulmoides Oliver, Commelina Communis, Aralia elata, pine needle, mulberry fruit, root of Rosa rugosa. Ginseng, Lycii Fructus, Dioscorea radix, Polygonatum odoratum, Cassia tora L, Bombyx Mori, loach, Crucian carp were based upon the pharmacological function of effect for control of diabetes mellitus symptom. 6. In the analysis of the relationships between the general characters of the patients with new complementary alternative medicine try and hospital treatment; 1) The shorter group suffered from DM (p=.038), poor Self-MBG (p=.037) and wanted to try new complementary alternative medicine. 2) The group of DM education experience were carried out hospital treatment well (p=.045). In conclusion, further study will be required for the patients experience using alternative therapies as the D-M in terms of holistic view of patients.

        스마트폰 사용자 패턴에 대한 인지 행동이 중독에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the patterns of unconsciousness smartphone use by using an app and a self-administered survey on smartphone addiction comparatively and examine differences between recognition and behavior about actual smartphone use and examine how smartphone addiction influences learning. With an app installed in smartphones, this author collected and analyzed data about users’ unconsciousness using patterns for a month. According to the results, there were significant differences found in users’ recognition and actual time for use and also frequency of turning on the display. Also, 22% of the subjects used their smartphone over 8 hours a day, and 76% more than 5 hours. Over 95% turned on the display more than 100 times a day, and in extreme cases, they did more than 300 times. In the meantime, users not only in the smartphone addiction high risk group and the potential risk group but also in the general user group are found to use their smartphone too long and too much and frequently turn on the display. The apps that the general user group is mainly using are entertaining apps, and their school records are rather good, so excessive use does not always lead to addiction or learning disorder. Therefore, if we develop more diverse contents for learning and provide digital literacy education, smartphone use will bring more positive effects instead. In follow-up research, the app should be corrected to collect more accurate information, and as variables in personal areas, this researcher will also measure depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and emotional control, and so on to see how they are associated with smartphone use.

        항공승무원의 직무만족과 고객지향성의 관계 : 성과보상방법의 조절효과를 중심으로

        This study intended to verify the relationship of job satisfaction perceived by airline crew with customer orientation. In addition, it aimed to verify the moderating effect of compensation methods on the relationship between airline crew’s job satisfaction and customer orientation. To achieve the purpose of this study, the experimental design was used with 326 undergraduates from B University and D University located in Busan in order to find out causal relationships among variables and to test hypotheses. The analysis of the data showed the following three characteristics. First, customer orientation was analyzed according to airline crew’s job satisfaction. As a result, it was found that there were significant differences in customer orientation according to job satisfaction, and that customer orientation was higher in case of high job satisfaction than in case of low job satisfaction. Second, customer orientation was analyzed according to the methods of compensating airline crew for their performance. As a result, it was found that there were significant differences in customer orientation according to compensation methods, and that customer orientation was higher with emotional reaction induction compensation than with cognitive reaction induction compensation. Third, customer orientation was analyzed according to airline crew’s job satisfaction and compensation methods. As a result, in the event of low job satisfaction, customer orientation was found to be higher with emotional reaction induction compensation than with cognitive reaction induction compensation, and thus it could be expected that the higher the airline crew’s dissatisfaction with job environment, the more effective the emotion reaction induction compensation. It may be said that the findings of this study have academic values in that it verified, by means of the between-subjects factorial design and the scenario technique, the relationships among the condition of job satisfaction (satisfaction or dissatisfaction) perceived by airline crew, customer orientation, and compensation methods (emotional reaction induction compensation or cognitive reaction induction compensation).
