우리나라의 도서 판권기 기술요소 변천 고찰

판권기는 당해 도서와 관련된 서지사항을 한곳에 모아 표기한 것으로 도서의 말미나 표제지 이면에 위치한다. 판권기는 목록작성에 필요한 서지사항의 정보원, 저작권과 관련해서 필요한 사항, 독자에게 제공하는 유용한 정보원 등의 기능을 한다. 우리나라에서 고서가 아닌 신서의 출판은 1900년대 초부터 시작한다. 그리고 도서의 판권기 기재요소는 사회문화적 환경의 변화에 따라 변하였다. 판권기 기재요소 중에서 1900년대 초부터 지금까지 변함없이 표기되는 요소는 표제 및 책임표시사항, 발행지, 발행처, 발행년, 가격 등이며, 사회 제도적 변화에 따라 추가로 표기되는 요소는 판표시, ISBN, 발행처 등록, 출판사 연락처, 저자약력 등이다. 반면에 생략되는 요소는 저자주소, 계좌번호, 검인지 등이다. 향후에 판권기 요소에 도서의 크기가 표기되길 바란다. Colophon means an element to describe bibliographic areas of the concerned book on the specific space like a back of the title page or the last page of a book. Colophon functioned as an information source when cataloging in a library, an area concerning the copyright and as an useful information to readers. The publication of a new book has begun since early 1900s in Korea. And the element of the colophon is dependent on changes in the social and cultural environment. Among the element of the colophon early 1900s until now, the elements consistently appear on the title and the author, a place of publication, a publisher, the date of publication and the price. Additional the elements according to the change of social environment are the edition, ISBN, the registration of publisher, the address of publisher and an author career. On the other hand, omitted elements are the address of author, the account number and the seal. In the future, the size of the book is additionally wanted to describe in the colophon.

수종의 청열약물의 미백 및 항알러지 효과에 대한 실험적 연구

Objective : In this study, herbal medicine(GJE, Gardenia jasminoides Ellis; HCT, Houttuynia cordata Thunb.; CIL, Chrysanthemum indicum Linne; PMS,Paeonia moutan Sims, P. subfruticosa Makino; APL, Agrimonia pilosa Ledebour) were screened for their inhibitory activities against Tyrosinase and PMA plus A23187-induced $TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-6, IL-8 productions in HMC-1 cells to reveal their skin -whitening and anti-allergic effect. Method : To investigate Tyrosinase inhibition we treated Mushroom Tyrosinase(Fluka, 93898) $10{\mu}{\ell}$ and 7.5mM Tyrosine (Sigma, T3754) $20{\mu}{\ell}$ with 80% ethanol medicine extracts. Then we observed 96well micro plate extinction at 490nm. In the next experiment, to investigate Anti-allergic effect we blended cultured Human Mast Cells(HMC-1) with medicine extracts. We treated the blended solution with Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate(PMA) and A23187, then observed $TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-6, IL-8 by ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) at 450nm. Results : In inhibiting Tyrosinase the results are as follows. 1. We observed 22% inhibition of Mushroom Tyrosinase at $500{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ concentration of GJE extracts. 2. We also could observe that the decreased Mushroom Tyrosinase activities in HCT, CIL extracts. In inhibiing $TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-6, IL-8 productions in HMC-1 cells the results are as follows. 1. Of the extracts examined, HCT, PMS, APL extracts showed over 50% inhibitions of Cytokines at $200{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ concentration. 2. In particular, APL extracts showed the best inhibitory effect on Cytokine productions in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion : These results suggest that GJE extracts contributes to the anti melanin activities and represent a potential source of whitening agent. Thus these herbal medicines suggest novel drugs on anti-allergic effects.

중국 조선족 한글정보자원 생산과 출판물에 대한 연구

정보자원의 생성과 축적은 문자를 통해서 이루어진다. 문자는 과거의 문화를 계승하고 이를 기반으로 한 새로운 문화를 창조하고 확충하는 도구이다. 이러한 연속적인 지적 정보자원의 전달과 이용, 새로운 정보자원의 창조과정 속에서 우리의 민족정보자원을 발굴하고 이를 정리 보존하는 것은 한민족의 문화적 동질성과 정체성을 계승 발전시키는 일이며 민족적 당위성의 표출이다 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 중국 내에 산재한 한민족 정보자원으로서 한글정보자원 생산과 출판현황을 살펴보고 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 조선족 형성과정과 한글, 그리고 민족출판의 생성과 그 현황을 시대별 변천서와 더불어 그 특징을 조사하였다. Information resources production and accumulation are composed of the characters. It is succeeded to the cultural of the past, to create them and to the vehicle of the cultural. This paper shows that the construction is consisted of 4 steps ' setting up a goal of construction defining and developing information resources as HANGEUL by chosun people in china, being status and analysing information resources produced and publications by it and a conclusion and suggestion. Therefore, this study aims to investigate and analyse the information resources productions and publications of HANGEUL based on the research results of the case study of them.

우리나라의 도서 판권기 기술서지 요소 고찰

판권기는 당해 도서의 서지요소를 특정한 곳, 즉 표제지 이면이나 도서의 말미에 모아서 기재한 것을 의미하며, 도서관에서 목록을 작성할 때 유용한 정보원으로 활용된다. 그런데 판권기의 정의와 기능에 대한 설명이 분명하지 않아, 이를 재정립하여 보면, 당해 도서의 특정한 지면(표제지 이면, 마지막 페이지)에 도서관련 서지요소를 기술해 놓은 것을 판권지(Colophon)라고 하고, 표제지와 판권지에 발행지, 발행처, 발행년 등의 발행사항을 기술해 놓은 것을 간기(Imprint)라고 명명한다. 그리고 출판물을 간행할 때 제도적으로 간행물에 반드시 표시해야 하는 기록사항은 저자, 발행인, 발행일, 출판사, 국제표준자료번호, 정가 등이다. 이러한 요소를 포함하여 판권기에 기록할 서지요소는 서명, 저자명, 발행지, 발행인, 발행년월일, 인쇄지, 인쇄자명, 인쇄년월일, 판차, 쇄차, 발행자 주소 및 연락처, 정가, 국제표준도서번호, 저작권, 출판시도서목록, 저자약력 등이다. 이 판권기에 기술되는 서지요소는 출판기술의 발전과 출판환경의 변화에 따라 필요한 서지요소들이 추가로 기재되고 있다. In addition, institutionally required elements to describe on a book are an author, a publisher, a date of publication, a publishing company, ISBN, and a price when printing publications. The bibliographic elements to describe on colophon are a title, an author, a place of publication, a publisher, the date of publication, a place of printing, a printer, the date of printing, edition, impression, the address and contact point of a publisher, a price, ISBN, a copyright, CIP, and the profile of an author, etc. The necessary bibliographic elements according to the development of publishing technology and changes of publishing environments are additionally described in this colophon.

중국의 도서 판권기 기술요소 고찰

이 연구는 판권기의 기능과 역할을 정리하고 중국에서 발행하는 도서의 판권기 변천사, 관련 법률, 기재요소 등을 살펴보았다. 중국의 도서 판권기를 살펴보면, 판권기에 공통적으로 들어가는 내용은 판권보호와 판본기록을 기재하고 있는 것이다. 판권기는 당해 도서의 서지사항을 특정한 곳, 즉 표제지 이면에 모아서 기재한 것이다. 그런데 이 판권기에 기술되는 서지사항은 출판기술의 발전과 출판환경의 변화에 따라 필요한 서지사항들이 추가로 기재되고 있다. 이 판권기는 도서관에서 목록을 작성할 때 유용한 정보원으로 제공되고 있다. This study arranged the function and role of colophon and looked around the history, relevant laws, and description elements of books issued in China. According to the colophon of books issued from China, all colophon have copyrights and description elements in common. Colophon is that we recorded the bibliographic area of the proper book in special place, namely the inside of the cover. Besides, the colophon additionally includes necessary bibliographic areas depending on the development of publishing technology and transition of publishing environment. This colophon is offered as useful sources of information when librarians want to make up the catalog in the library.

인터넷 자원의 서지레코드 기술에 관한 연구

인터넷 자원에 효율적으로 접근하기 위해서는 그 정보를 체계적으로 조직화할 필요성이 있으며, 이러한 자원을 편목하는 기술은 발전하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 AACR2의 기술과 절차를 응용한 OCLC 매뉴얼과 인터넷 자원을 편목하는데 사용되는 더블린 코어를 비교분석하여, MARC 포맷으로의 매핑을 살펴보았다. 더블린 코어 형태로 제공되는 메타데이터 요소는 MARC포맷의 각 필드로 변환 할 수 있어야 한다. 또한, 여러 유형의 메타데이터 통합에 대한 방법으로 MARC에 대한 수정 및 새로운 필드의 마련이 필요하다. 특히 이러한 기술법을 정통한 인터넷자원 편목전문가들의 등장이 필요할 것이다. For an efficient access to Internet resources, these resources need to be organized systematically for accessibility. and their cataloging technique has been developing. Consequently, after I compared and analyzed OCLC manual applying AACR2 techniques and procedures, with Dublin core metadata used for cataloging Internet resources, I examined their mapping into MARC format. Dublin core metadata elements should be transformed to MARC format fields. In methodology of integration into different types of the metadata, an update of MARC format and its new field should be provided. Especially, Internet resources cataloging experts familiar with these technology will be really wanted nowadays.

아시아문화정보원의 문화자원 분류체계 연구

이 연구는 국립아시아문화전당 아시아문화정보원의 수집대상 문화자원을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 분류체계를 제시하기 위하여 시도되었다. 아시아문화정보원의 목적과 수집정책 방향을 알아보고 문화자원의 특성과 범주를 파악하였다. 그리고 현재 실제로 사용하고 있는 HRAF 분류체계, UNESCO 문화지표, 민속아카이브의 분류검색, 한국향토문화전자대전의 콘텐츠목차 등 4개의 분류체계를 비교분석하였다. 이를 토대로 아시아정보원의 문화자원 분류체계의 원칙과 기준을 제시하고, 분류체계의 주제 전개는 문화적, 사회적, 자연적 영역 순으로 전개하였고, 주류는 16개의 항목으로 설정되었다. The purpose of this study is to provide a plan of classification scheme to efficiently manage the collected cultural resource in Asian Culture Information Agency (ACIA) of Asian Culture Complex. The characteristic and category of the cultural resources are identified after studying objectives and acquisition policies of ACIA. This paper in here compares classification schemes such as HRAF scheme, UNESCO cultural framework, Folklore Archive scheme, and classification scheme of Academy of Korean Studies. On the basis of it, this study proposes the principle and criterion of the new classification scheme in ACIA. The new classification scheme is classified as the cultural, social, and natural area in sequence. The number of main classes is set up 16 items.

공동주택의 하자갈등 해소방안에 관한 연구

공동주택의 하자보증금 반환청구소송과 관련한 하자 소송을 진행함에 있어서, 구체적 기준의 미 정립으로 인하여 유사 사건임에도 불구하고 소송결과에 편차가 발생하고 있는 점은 시급히 보완될 사항이라고 하겠다. 공동주택 하자소송의 소모적인 분쟁을 줄이기 위해서는 첫째, 공동주택의 시공단계 및 유지관리상의 특성에 대한 소송관계자의 이해가 우선되어야 하며 둘째, 공동주택 하자소송관련의 공법과 사법에 대한 전반적이고 조화로운 판단기준이 설정되어야 하고 셋째, 사용검사 전ㆍ후 및 연차별 하자 항목의 구분과 관련근거에 대한 구체적이고 합리적인 기준설정이 필요하다. 본 연구는 건설소송의 특성상 복잡하게 얽혀있는 사항에 대하여 쟁점항목별로 관련법 전반에 대하여 종합적으로 분석한 결과에 따라 판단의 우선순위를 도출함으로써 감정결과의 편차를 줄이는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 공동주택 하자분쟁과 관련한 공법 및 사법의 전반에 대하여 분석 하였으며, 하자소송사례(2005년∼2009년에 발생한 10개 사건)를 선정하여 비교법 적으로 분석함으로써, 합리적인 항목의 특정 및 분류 방안과 관련근거의 적용분포도를 분석함으로서 문제점의 도출과 개선방안을 제안하였으며, 부족한 점에 대하여는 차후 공동주택 하자에 대한 판정기준과 그에 따른 보완연구대상으로 남겼다. When it comes to law suit on retrocession for defects of apartment house, there are no crystal-clear criteria. Therefore, there have been different judgments on even similar cases and we should take care of this problem. In order to reduce unnecessary law suits, Firstly, litigants should have priority to understand traits of the steps of constructing and maintain a apartment house. Secondly, it’s required to generally understand a public law and judicial on a law suit regarding tenement house defects. Thirdly, it demands to establish explicit criteria about perfection of construction and yearly defects lists. This study aims at diminishing the deviation of results of assessments by drawing priority of estimation with research of complicated law suits concerning construction. To attain the object of this study, I have scrutinized 10 cases of submitted law suits from 2005 to 2006 on assessments. And I suggested reasonable way by comparing perfection of construction on things which don’t have warrant with defects on things which have warrant and grounds which prove deficiencies in those cases.
