Vanadium-doped SiC crystals have been grown by using a porous graphite inner crucible filled with vanadium carbide (VC) and by using a porous graphite plate and SiC + VC powders, respectively. Semi-insulating SiC crystals were grown onto the 6H-SiC seed crystals by PVT (Physical Vapor Transport) method. The grown crystals were indicated to be 6H-SiC polytype by XRD. As result of SIMS analysis, vanadium-rich precipitates were observed when the vanadium concentration was relatively higher than the maximum solubility of vanadium ($3-5{\times}10^{17}cm^{-3}$) in vanadium-doped SiC crystals, which resulted in degradation of crystal quality.

Loss of continuity of the mandible destroys the balance and symmetry of mandibular function, leading to altered mandibular movements and deviation of the residual fragment towards the resected side. Apart from deviation, other dysfunctions include difficulty in swallowing, speech, mandibular movements, mastication, and respiration are accompanied. In general, surgical reconstruction is considered first then proceeds to the prosthetic restorations. However, patients with systemic disease such as BRONJ (Bisphosphonate related osteonecrosis of the Jaw), surgical reconstruction may be limited. Thus, the prosthetic restoration remains as the only resort. Numerous prosthetic methods are employed to minimize deviation and to improve masticatory efficiency, function and esthetics. If a removable partial denture is the selected treatment modality, maximum stability of the partial denture base may be accomplished with a functional impression procedure by means of eliminating lateral and horizontal forces caused by the functional movements of the lips, cheeks and tongue. Also, Twin occlusion is used to obtain a favorable occlusal relationship and check support for esthetics. The purpose of this case report is to demonstrate how neutral zone impression technique and twin occlusion scheme were applied to restore a hemi-mandiblectomy patient with BRONJ syndrome to achieve satisfactory results in functional and esthetic aspects.

Amid the recent rapid trend change, the change in design has a great impact on the sales of fashion companies, so it is inevitable to be careful in choosing new designs. With the recent development of the artificial intelligence field, various machine learning is being used a lot in the fashion market to increase consumers' preferences. To contribute to increasing reliability in the development of new products by quantifying abstract concepts such as preferences, we generate new images that do not exist through three adversarial generative neural networks (GANs) and numerically compare abstract concepts of preferences using pre-trained convolution neural networks (CNNs). Deep convolutional generative adversarial networks (DCGAN), Progressive growing adversarial networks (PGGAN), and Dual Discriminator generative adversarial networks (DANs), which were trained to produce comparative, high-level, and high-level images. The degree of similarity measured was considered as a preference, and the experimental results showed that D2GAN showed a relatively high similarity compared to DCGAN and PGGAN.
게이트심장혈액풀 스캔에서 Half-Time 획득 인자 적용에 따른 임상적 유용성 평가

Purpose: The scan time reduction helps to yield more accurate results and induce the minimization of patient's motion. Also we can expect that satisfaction of examination will increase. Nowdays medical equipment companies have developed various programs to reduce scan time. We used Onco. Flash (Pixon method, SIEMENS) that is an image processing technique gated cardiac blood pool scan and going to evaluate its clinical usefullness. Materials and Method: We analyzed the 50 patients who were examined by gated blood pool scan in nuclear medicine department of Asan Mediacal Center from June $20^{th}$ 2008 to August $14^{th}$ 2008. We acquired the Full-time (6000 Kcounts) and Half-time (3000 Kcounts) LAO image in same position. And we acquired LVEF values ten times from Full-time, Half-time images acquired by the image processing technique and analyzed its mean and standard deviation values. To estimate LVEF in same conditions, we set automatic location of the LV ROI and background ROI based on same X and Y-axis. Also we performed blinding tests to physician. Results: After making a quantitative analysis of the 50 patients EF values, each mean${\pm}$standard deviation is shown at Full-time image $68.12{\pm}7.84%$, Half- time (acquired by imaging processing technique) $68.49{\pm}8.73%$. In the 95% confidence limit, there was no statistically significant difference (p>0.05). After blinding test with a physician for making a qualitative analysis, there was no difference between Full-time image and Half-time image acquired by the image processing technique for observing LV myocardial wall motion. Conclusion: Gated cardiac blood pool scan has been reported its relatively exact EF measured results than ultrasound or CT. But gated cardiac blood pool scan takes relatively longer time than other exams and now it needs to improve time competitive power. If we adapt Half-time technique to gated cardiac blood pool scintigraphy based on this study, we expect to reduce possible artifacts and improve accessibility as well as flexibility to exam. Also we expect patient's satisfaction.

Developments toward a 'the end of the Cold War' are the main factor determining the situation in the Korean Peninsula. While all the combat resources of North Korea are systematically controlled and kept available for instant mobilization even in peacetime. South Korea is inferior to North Korea in terms of mobilization system and efficiency, exercise intensity and equipments. In sum, the South faces far greater restraints in wartime conversion capability than does the North. Mobilization refers to a nation's compulsory control, management and operation of its human and material resources for the purpose of national security. The total capability for safeguarding national security must be pursued by the continuous examination and complementation of our mobilization system and capability. This paper proposes an efficient management of national mobilization system that can be instantly operated on the whole in time of national emergency. Therefore, the actual operation of National Security Council is suggested to prepare operations against the emergencies and establish the foundation for national security.
핵자기공명 영상법과 핵자기공명 분광법을 위한 뒤집음-탐침의 개발에 대한 연구

RF (radio-frequency) probes of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance are one of the important factors and should be designed and built properly depending upon the geometry of the samples and the information. In general there are two kinds of rf probes : one encircles the sample while the other is placed on the surface of the sample. However, in case that the samples on human internal organs have a tube shape, the two kinds of rf probes, as specified above, are usually unsuitable for the internal imaging due to the degradation of signal-to-noise ratios (SNR's). In this case a probe should be positioned as close to the area as possible by putting the probe in the tubelike sample to improve filling factor In the present study inside-out probes have been constructed in the three different shapes such as an anti-solenoidal, a saddle and a dual surface types. RF-field distributions have also been calculated depending upon the geometrical changes of anti-solenoid probes. Moreover, the performance of the inside-out probes has been checked by measuring SNR's of the images acquired. The inside-out probes constructed in this study produced better SWR's and rf-field uniformity in the area close to the probes in comparing with any other commercial probes. There is a high feasibility that the constructed probes in the present study are applicable to the diagnosis of human bodies.
전산플랫폼을 이용한 비정형 초고층 건축물 성능기반 내진설계기술의 실무적용

비정형 초고층 구조물은 골조 직교성이 해제되고, 형상이 복잡해 기존 설계방식보다 많은 문제점이 발생된다. 비정형성으로 인한 문제점은 설계안을 지속적으로 변경시켜 프로젝트의 효율성을 저하시킨다. 또한 해외프로젝트의 경우 해당업체 간 혹은 해당국가 간 의견차로 국내보다 더욱 많은 변경상황이 발생되고 있다. 따라서 지속적인 변경상황에 전산플랫폼을 사용할 경우 효율적으로 설계변경업무에 대처할 수 있다. 파라메트릭 기반의 전산플랫폼인 StrAuto를 이용할 경우 최적의 구조설계대안을 신속히 선정할 수 있다. 특히 StrAuto는 비선형 내진성능평가를 위한 해석 툴 간의 신속한 모델링 연동도 효율적으로 가능하다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 지진하중 변경에 따른 전산플랫폼을 이용한 내진성능평가 프로세스를 현재 구조설계가 진행 중인 몽골지역 최고층 빌딩 프로젝트에 적용하고 검증하려 한다.
