        인적자원체계 특성이 지식집중도에 미치는 영향에 관한 다층분석

        As the industrial society moves to the post industrial society, and then to the knowledge society, people pay attention to organizations with intangible assets. Therefore, in order to explicate a management system of organizations based on intangible assets, we pursue to HR system of knowledge intensive organizations, which is measured by empirically developed knowledge intensiveness of work in organizations. Empirical results are as follows: First, the HLM analysis shows that there was statistically significant variation in the mean of knowledge intensiveness, and in the slopes of collaboration of work across organizations when regressed on gender, age, education and career in each organization. Second, the next step in the HLM analysis shows that the impact of human resource system characteristics on the levels of work collaboration was stronger in organizations with flexible work system, organic compensation system and activity based development sytem. These results imply, first, it is necessary to focus on work collaboration in knowledge intensive work, in order to more parsimonious scale of knowledge intensity. Second, it must be supported by compensation strategy based Burns & Stalker(1961)’s organic theory, and organic compensation system must be supported by culture, HRM systems included on employee selection system, career development, and so on, in order to elevate knowledge intensiveness in organization. Therefore further research will be necessary to multi-level analysis of relationship among knowledge intensiveness, employee attitudes at individual focus and HR systems at organizational focus. 산업사회에서 지식중심사회로 바뀜에 따라 지식의 중요성에 대한 사회적 인식이 증대되고, 이와 동시에 조직과 작업수행에서도 지식의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 지식기반조직에 대한 관심도 본격화되었다. 본 연구는 작업자가 인식하는 작업의 지식집중성의 측정모형인 지식집중도(perceived knowledge intensiveness)와 지식기반조직의 HR체계에서 작업체계, 보상체계 그리고 개발체계 특성에 관해 검정하였다. 실증분석결과, 조직내 작업의 지식집중도 구성요인 중 이동진(2008, 2009), 이동진ㆍ이영면(2010)에서 강한 요인으로, 또는 외생변수(예측 변수)로 검정되고 있는 작업협동성이 유연한 작업체계, 유기적 보상체계 그리고 활동중심 개발체계 특성을 갖는 조직일수록 그렇지 않은 조직에 비해서 통계적으로 유의하게 더 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는, 첫째, 선행연구들에서 주장되고 있는 지식기반조직의 HR체계 특성이 본 연구의 표본을 토대로 실증적으로 발견됨으로써 지식집중도의 법칙론적 타당도 (nomological validity) 검정의 의의를 가지며, 따라서 지식집중도에 대한 타당도가 더 한 층확보된 것으로 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 선행연구에서 검토된 지식기반조직의 HR체계 특성에 준거할 때 본 연구의 분석결과는 지식기반조직의 경영체계는 구조적 상황이론가 Burns & Stalker(1961)가 제시하고 있는 유기적 조직이론(organic model)에 근거하고 있다는 점을 실증적으로 확인해주고 있다. 따라서 향후연구에서는 본 연구의 실증결과와 연계하여 보다 간명한 지식집중도 개발과 함께, 본 연구에서 고려되고 있지 않은 지식기반조직의 문화 및 구성원 태도를 고려하는 선발, 유기적 상호작용과 협동에 기초하는 충원, 경력개발, 인사고과 등이 포함되는 HR체계 특성과 지식집중도에 관해 다층분석함으로써 지식기반조직의 경영체계에 대한 연구가 보다 심도 있고 포괄적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

        Polyimide 기판을 이용한 ZnO:Al 박막 특성에 관한 연구

        Aluminuim doped zinc oxide(ZnO:AL)Films have been prepared on Polyimide(PI) and Coming 7059 glass substrates by r.f. magnetron sputtering method. The structural of the ZnO:Al films were studied in accordance with various deposition R.F power and working pressure by XRD, SEM. And The electrical and optical properties of ZnO:Al films were characterized by Hall effect and UN visible spectrophotometer measurements, ZnO:Al films had were hexagonal wurtzite structure and dominant c-axis orientation. The R.f power and working pressure for optimum condition to fabricate the transparent conductive films using a PI substrate were 2 mTorr and 100W, respectively. The resistivity of the ZnO:Al films prepared under this condition were $9.6{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$. The optical transmittance of 400nm thick films at 550nm is ${\sim}85 %$.

        대전입자형 디스플레이의 균등전계내 대전입자의 거동특성에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 균일한 전계내의 대전입자의 운동특성에 대하여 연구하였다. 패널을 제작하기 위하여 양전하를 띠는 검은색 대전입자(토너)와 음전하를 띠는 노란색 대전입자(토너)를 사용하였으며, 패널구동을 위하여 오버슈트 현상이 없는 power supply로 구형펄스를 인가하였다. 또한 RT-200을 이용하여 광학특성(대조비, 시야각)을 측정하였으며, 레이저와 포토다이오드를 사용하여 응답속도를 측정하였다. 그리고 응답속도와 대조비를 통하여 대전입자의 m/q 분포를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 대전입자의 구동전압, 대조비, 응답속도는 m/g에 의해 결정되며, 패널내부에 주입된 대전입자의 m/q 분포가 동일할수록 구동특성이 향상되었다. In this paper, we studied on a characteristic of movement of charged particle in equal electric field. In order to fabricate a panel, we used positive charged toner particles of black and negative one of yellow. Panel was biased rectangle pulse without any overshoot. Also, panel's optical characteristics with contrast ratio and viewing angle is measured with RT-200. Response time was measure by using incident laser and detective photodiode. The distribution of m/q of particles by driving in panel throughout the contrast ratio and response time. As a results, driving voltage, contrast ratio, and response time are decided by m/q of charged particles and when m/q of charged particles in panel have regular distribution, it is induce improvement driving characteristics.

        NO와 Pro-Inflammatory Cytokine의 억제를 통한 호라복(胡蘿蔔)의 항염증효과

        Objectives : Daucus carota sativa has been frequently used as food supplements in many of the Asian countries, and a nutritional medical drug in traditional medicine. This research investigated the effects of Daucus carota sativa extract (DCE) on acute phases of inflammation in Raw 264.7 cells treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in terms of the inhibition of nitric oxide (NO), prostaglandin $E_2$ ($PGE_2$) and pro-inflammatory cytokines production. Methods : NO, $PGE_2$, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-${\alpha}$, interleukin-$1{\beta}$ and interleukin-6 contents were assayed by ELISA, and expressions of inflammation-related proteins such as inducible NO synthase (iNOS) were determined by immunoblot analyses. Results : DCE treatment attenuated the LPS ability to increase the productions of NO and $PGE_2$ as well as the protein level of iNOS in a concentration-dependent manner. Consistently, treatment of the cells with DCE suppressed the production of TNF-${\alpha}$, interleukin-$1{\beta}$ and interleukin-6. DCE also caused decreases of inhibitor of ${\kappa}B{\alpha}$ phosphorylation induced by LPS in the cells, which means DCE inhibition of NF-${\kappa}B$ activity. Furthermore, DCE blocked LPS-induced phosphorylation of p38 and SAPK/JNK. Conclusion : This study showing here may be of help to understand the action mechanism of DCE, and provide the information for the medical use of Daucus carota sativa for the inflammatory disease.

        뇌졸중 환자의 균형, 기능적 보행, 시지각, 일상생활 평가도구의 상관성

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine correlations between the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Functional Reach Test (FRT), Timed Up & Go (TUG), Motor-Free Visual Perception Reach Test Vertical format (MVPT-V), Functional Independence Measure (FIM). Methods: The subjects used in this study were 35 stroke patients from Cheongju ST. Mary's hospital. Balance was measured by BBS, FRT. Functional mobility was measured by TUG. Visual perception was measured by MVPT-V. FIM was used to evaluate the activities of daily living. Data was analyzed using pearson product correlation. The TUG and MVPT-V index were analyzed by linear regression. Results: There was a statistically significant difference between FRT and BBS (r=0.89, p<0.01), FIM (r=0.74, p<0.05), MVPT-V (r=0.40, p<0.05), and TUG (r=-0.36, p<0.05). There was significant statistical differences between TUG and MVPT-V (r=-0.64, p<.01). However, statistically significant differences were observed between BBS and FIM (r=0.79, p<0.01). The visual close item of the MVPT-V showed the strongest variance in predicting TUG. Conclusion: The use of both quantitative and qualitive scales was shown to be a good measuring instrument for the classification of general clinical performances of stroke patients. In particular, the results suggest that the visual perception test may be able to predict functional locomotion in stroke patients.

        미취학 아동에 대한 집단시력검사 보고

        Objectives : This study reports a massive vision screening on preschool children of Yangsan city in Kyungnam Province. Methods : From March to July 2012, we conducted vision and color test on 1,409 preschool children aged from one to six and used Auto Kerato-Refractometer(KR-8900) on children with naked vision below 0.5 in order to detect the cause of poor vision. Written form of test result is filled and distributed to each parents. Uncooperative 195 children were excluded and the rest were statistically analyzed by using SPSS version 18.0 program. Results : 16 children(1.1%) had dyschromatopsia and the number of boys was threefold higher than that of girls. The average visual acuity was 0.8 to 0.9 regardless of age. 45 children(3.8%) showed myopia, 82 children showed hyperopia(6.8%), 4 children showed anisometropia(0.3%), among which 16 children were wearing glasses. Conclusions : This study has a great significance that a massive preschool vision screening was carried out by Korean medicine hospital for the first time.

        보그트-고야나기-하라다병 환자에서 한약 단독치료로 시신경유두 부종이 감소한 치험 1례

        Objectives : Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada(VKH) syndrome is a multisystem autoimmune disease characterized by its affects on pigmented tissues in the ocular, auditory, integumentary and central nervous system. This case is to report a decreased optical disc swelling in VKH patient treated only with herbal medication. Methods : A 56-year-old male patient with VKH experienced headache and numbness during 7 months of steroid treatment. He visited our clinic and was administered Haeulsoyo-san (解鬱逍遙散) three times a day for a month. No other oriental or western treatments were included. Result & Conclusions : Patient didn't complain any discomfort during the treatment. Significantly decreased optical disc swelling was confirmed by taking fundus photo. This is the first case of KVH to be reported in Korean medicine society.

        Effect of Geothermal Water on Germination, Seedling Growth and Development of Vascular Bundle in Rice

        필리핀은 화산지대에 위치해 있으며 44개 화산중 13개가 활화산으로 되어있는 상태이다. 전기발전을 위해 지하에 있는 고온의 온천수를 이용하고 있으며 그 후 시냇가에 방류한다. 이 온천수에는 독성이 강한 물질들이 많이 함유되어 있어 관개수로 이용하였을 경우 농작물에 지대한 악영향을 주고 있는 실정이다. 본 실험에서는 온천수를 이용하여 벼품종의 발아, 유묘생장유관속발달에 미치는 영향을 구명하여 작물 재배관리를 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 수해하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 온천수내에는 황, 칼리, 나트륨, 및 붕소 함량이 관개수에 비해 현저하게 높았다. 2. 최종발아율, 발아소요일수 및 발아속도는 온천수의 처리에 의해 크게 감소하였으며, 필리핀재래종인 Binato품종은 IR58 및 운봉7호보다 높은 발아율을 보였다. 3. 초장, 근장, 엽수 및 총건물중은 온천수의 농도가 증가될수록 뚜렷하게 감소하였다. Binato와 IR58품종은 처리 후 15일, 25% 온천수 농도에서 운봉 7호보다 건물중이 다소 높았다. 4. 유묘기 엽신의 유관속발달은 무처리에 비하여 온천수는 50%까지 농도를 높일수록 유관속수 및 크기 등 발달을 저하시켰다. 5. 온천수 처리에 따른 엽의 손상도는 농도가 높아질수수록 크게 나타났으며, Bitano와 IR58호는 운봉 7호보다 온천수에 대한 손상도가 작아서 다소 강한 것으로 판단되었다. Geothermal water contains toxic quantities of sulfur, potassium, sodium, boron, and other toxic elements. These toxic elements can substantially restrict germination and seedling growth in rice plant. Germination percentage, average days required for germination and germination velocity were drastically affected by geothermal water. Binato cultivar has higher germination rate compared to IR58 and Unbong 7. Plant height, root length, leaf number and total dry weight decreased with increased geothermal water concentration. Binato and IR58 showed higher total dry weight than Unbong 7 at 25 percent geothermal water at 15 days after treatment (DAT). Binato and IR58 were relatively more tolerant than Unbong 7 in terms of percentage of leaf damage at 25, 50 and 75% concentration of geothermal water at 10 DAT. The development of large and small vascular bundles decreased with increasing concentration of geothermal water from control to 50% in three rice cultivars.
