이 논문은 디지탈 필터를 구성하는 기법과 측정 결과를 고찰한 것이다. 필터는 PL 방식에 따라 구성하였으며 DMA와 μp의 연산제어 프로그램을 이용하였다. 이로써 PL 방식의 단점인 플렉시빌리티 (flexibility)의 문제를 일부 보완할 수 있었고, 일반용 μp에 의한 필터 구성보다 고속연산수행이 가능하였다. 구성결과 15 KHz의 셈플링주파수( )를 리얼타임으로 처리할 수 있었으며 이는 DMA 제어신호 실행시간 58 μsec에 의하여 제한됨을 알았다. 측정결과 fs =14 KHz 일때 버터워스 (Butterworth)인 경우 1665 Hz, 체비세프(Tchebichef)에서는 1455Hz의 저지주파수(fsp)까지 설계조건과 근사한 필터특성을 얻을 수 있었다. 측정값에 대한 오차는 버터워스인 경우 fc = 500Hz에서 +0.2dB, fsp =1000Hz 애서 -1.1 dB 이었으며 체비세프인 경우 fc =500Hz에서 +0.ldB, fsp =750Hz에서 + 0.2dB 이었다. This paper describes realization of digital filter using $\mu$p controler and discusses measured characteristics of this filter, The idea of P. L. implementation[1] is used in realization, and in this system we utilize a DMA and arithmatic control program of $\mu$p. In this way, we can get more flexible capability than the basic PL method, and higher speed than a filter using general purpose $\mu$p in hardware, Furthermore, we get a 15 KHz sampling frequency(fs) as speed limit in real time processing, and know that this limitation is restricted by execution time (58$\mu$ sec) of DMA control statement. As for filter charateristics, maximum stop band frequencies (fsp) are 1665 Hz, 1445 Hz in Butterworth and Tchebichef approximation, respectively, when fs = 14 KHz. Measured errors between the design specification and the actual result are 0.2dB, 0.1 dB in pass band (when cufoff frequency is 500Hz),-1.1dB (when fsp is 1000Hz), 0.4dB(when fsp is 750 Hz) in stop band frequency of Butterworth and Tchebichef, respectively.

Contamination particles in a hard disk drive can cause serious problems including slider crash and thermal asperities. A recirculation filter is typically installed in the hard disk drive to remove the particles. Measurements and theoretical predictions of particle concentration decay with the filter are carried out for a commercially available HDD. Especially, the effect of disk rotational speed on the particle capture efficiency is investigated. Results show that filter efficiency is higher for higher disk rotational speed.

A theoretical analysis was performed on the heat transfer by laminar oscillating flow in a simplified heat exchanger of a Stirling cycle machine and the results were compared with the experiment of Hwang. In the analysis the general solution to the temperature field obtained by Lee et. al was applied and extended to a more realistic situation. The results show that the heat transfer is influenced by the ratio of the swept distance of the fluid to the length of the heat exchanger as well as the oscillation frequency. This is well consistent with the result of Hwang's experiment. It is also revealed that there exist three distinct regimes having different heat transfer mechanisms. Through the scale analysis the main parameters governing the heat transfer in each regime are reduced and the dependency of the heat transfer on the parameters are examined.

Purpose: This study investigates the current state of and future trends in the field of cataract surgery in Korea. Methods: Since 1995, the members of the Korean Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (KSCRS) have made annual surveys on cataract and refractive surgery. The 2005 annual survey, consisting of 76 multiple-choice questions, was mailed in February 2005 to 300 KSCRS members. Sixty-six (22.0%) members answered the questions. Current data were compared with those of previous annual surveys and with those of surveys in the United States. Results: Forty-six percent of the respondents were in the fifth decade. The duration of hospital stay has decreased annually and the use of topical anesthesia (44%) did not change. Self sealing wound construction was the main wound closure technique in phacoemulsification (63%). The implantation of phakic IOL was performed by 38% of the respondents and the most preferred intraocular lenses for small incision cataract surgery were acrylic (79%). Interest in the value added IOL has increased annually. Conclusions: This survey summarized current trends and changes in cataract surgery in Korea.

Sparassis crispa fruits were extracted in 80 % MeOH, and the concentrated extract was partitioned into EtOAc, n-butyl alcohol, and water fractions. The repeated octadecyl SiO<sub>2</sub> and silica gel (SiO<sub>2</sub>) column chromatographies for the EtOAc and nbutyl alcohol fractions led to isolation of two ergosterol peroxides. There chemical structures were determined as (3β,5α,8α,22E)- 5,8-Epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3-ol (ergosterol peroxide) (1) and 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ergosterol peroxide (2) based on spectroscopic data analyses including nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectrometry, and mass spectrometry (MS). Compounds 1 and 2 were for the first time isolated from S. crispa in this study.
