        선천성 자궁기형 여성의 산과적 문제점에 관한 연구

        Objective: To evaluate the frequency and obstetric consequences of women with uterine anomalies and correlation between obstetric consequence and congenital uterine anomalies. Materials and Methods: A retrospective study was made on 65 patients with uterine anomalies in order to evaluate the obstetric consequence at department of obstetrics and gynecology, Soonchunhyang University Hospital from January 1994 to June 1997. The diagnosis of uterine anomalies was made with hysterosalpingogram or ultrasonogram, or at the time of cesarean section. The uterine anomalies were classified according to the classification of Buttram and Gibbons and compared the pregnancy outcome for each classification. The obstetric consequences were divided into preterm delivery, premature rupture of membranes, intrauterine growth restriction, and abnormal presentation of fetus. Statistical analysis was carried out using chi-square test, the significance was defined as P < 0.05. Results: 1. The incidence of uterine anomalies accounted for 1.04% (65/6,250 deliveries). 2. The most common uterine anomalies were class III (Uterine didelphys, 47.7%). 3. We noted preterm birth rate (16.9%), premature rupture of membranes rate (20%), intrauterine growth restriction rate (9.2%) in 65 patients. 4. The rate of breech presentation was 41.5% and the mean birth weight was 2,747 gram. 5. When uterine anormalies were present, the incidence of obstetric consequences was significantly increased. Conclusion: We concluded that congenital uterine anomalies were closely related to obstetric consequences, such as preterm, breech presentation, intrauterine growth retardation.

        한국인 임신부에서 Factor V 유전자 돌연변이와 중증 전자간증의 관계

        연구목적:단백 C는 활성화 단백 C(Activated protein C, APC)로 활성화되어 응고인자중 factor Va와 factor Ⅷa를 불활성화시키는 항응고 물질이다. 활성화 단백 C 내성이 유전성 혈전증의 중요한 원인이라는 사실이 밝혀졌으며, 이 대부분이 factor V 유전자의 돌연변이(factor V Leiden mutation)에 의한 것임이 알려졌다. 본 연구에서는 factor V 유전자 돌연변이로 야기되는 활성화 단백 C에 대한 내성이 중증 임신 전자간증의 임신부에서 관찰된 보고가 있고 병태 생리에 역할을 한다는 가설을 접하고 중증 전자간증 임신부에서의 factor V Leiden mutation의 빈도를 조사해 정상 임신부와 비교해 보고자 하였다. 방법:정상 혈압을 가진 403명의 임신부와 중증 전자간증으로 진단된 158명의 임신부의 혈청을 대상으로 factor V 유전자의 506번 아르기닌(arginin) 구간에 대한 중합 효소 연쇄 반응을 시행한 후 Mnl 1 제한 효소로 절단하여 절단 여부를 관찰하여 factor V Leiden mutation여부를 관찰하였다. 결과:정상 임신부 403명과 중증 전자간증 임신부 158명중 factor V Leiden mutation은 한 예에서도 관찰되지 않았다. 결론:본 연구결과 백인에서와는 달리 한국인에서는 활성화 단백 C 내성 및 factor V Leiden mutation이 발견되지 않았으며, 한국인에서의 중증 전자간증에 대한 위험요소중 유전자에 대한 다른 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Objective: A study showed that resistance to activated protein C may develope some cases of severe preeclampsia. A common missense mutation in the factor V gene, the Leiden mutation, is the most frequent genetic cause of resistance to activated protein C. Our objective was to determine whether this mutation is more prevalent in patients with severe preeclampsia than in normotensive controls. Method: Deoxyribonucleic acid was extracted from whole blood of 158 gravid women of severe preeclampsia and 403 normotensive gravid women. The polymerase chain reaction was used to amplify exon 10 of the factor V gene, followed by allele-specific restriction with Mnl 1 for mutation detection. Results: No patients were homozygous for the Leiden mutation. We could not find any positive case with FV: Q506 in the normal or patient group. Conclusion: We could not find that carriers of the factor V Leiden mutation are increased risk for severe preeclampsia. In contrast to the reports in Caucasian, the prevalence of APC resistance and FV: Q506 might be very low or absent in the Korean population. But, carriers of this common thrombophilic mutation may be identified so that other causes and risk factors for inherited thrombophilia should be investigated in the Korean population.

        천리안위성 해양탑재체 자료를 이용한 대기산란 효과가 제거된 컬러합성 영상 제작

        The Geostationary Ocean Color Imager (GOCI), the first geostationary ocean color observation instrument launched in 2010 on board the Communication, Ocean, and Meteorological Satellite (COMS), has been generating the operational level 1 data. This study describes a methodology for creating the GOCI true color image and data processing software, namely the GOCI RGB maker. The algorithm uses a generic atmospheric correction and reprojection technique to produce the color composite image. Especially, the program is designed for educational purpose in a way that the region of interest and image size can be determined by the user. By distributing software to public, it would maximize the understanding and utilizing the GOCI data. Moreover, images produced from the geostationary observations are expected to be an excellent tool for monitoring environmental changes.

        해색위성 원격탐사를 이용한 부유성 녹조 모니터링

        Recently, floating green algae (FGA) in open oceans and coastal waters have been reported over wide area, yet accurate detection of these using traditional ground based measurement and chemical analysis in the laboratory has been difficult or even impossible due to the lack of spatial resolution, coverage, and revisit frequency. In contrast, spectral reflectance measurement makes it possible to quickly assess the chlorophyll content in green algae. Our objectives are to investigate the spectral reflectance of the FGA observed in the Yellow Sea and to develop a new index to detect FGA from satellite imagery, namely floating green algae index (FGAI), which uses relatively simple reflectance ratio technique. The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) and Geostationary Ocean Color Imager (GOCI) satellite images at 500m spatial resolution were utilized to produce FGAI which is defined as the ratio between reflectance at 860nm and 660nm bands. Both FGAI results yielded reasonable green algae detection at the regional scale distribution. Especially houly GOCI observations can present more detaield information of FGAI than low-orbit satellite.

        동북아시아 지역의 바이오매스 연소 활동이 지역 대기 환경에 미치는 영향

        Biomass burning activities(BBA) are caused by both natural and anthropogenic origins. Due to emissions of greenhouse gases and atmospheric aerosols during the burning process, BBA has been known to be one of important sources of atmospheric pollution and the climate change. However, the monitoring of BBA and its effects on atmospheric environment are not simple. This study evaluates the trends of BBA and its impact on atmospheric environment by using earth observing satellite. The results show that the most BBA were found over ever green, green vegetation types, and irrigated land cover types in study region. The trends of BBA and aerosol optical thickness which represents relative aerosol loading in the atmosphere, show similar pattern. Aerosol increases caused by BBA highlight the effectiveness of these mechanisms and would affect the regional atmospheric environment and climate change.

        GMS - 5 인공위성 원격탐사 자료를 이용한 대기 에어러솔 모니터링

        Atmospheric aerosols interact with sunlight and affect the global radiation balance that can cause climate change through direct and indirect radiative forcing. Becasue of the spatial and temporal uncertainty of aerosols in atmosphere, aerosol characteristics are not considered through GCMs (General Circulation Model). Therefor it is important physical and optical characteristics should be evaluated to assess climate change and radiative effect by atmospheric aerosols. In this study GMS-5 satellite data and surface measurement data were analyzed using a radiative transfer model for the Yellow Sand event of April 7∼8, 2000 in order to investigate the atmospheric radiative effects of Yellow Sand aerosols, MODTRAN3 simulation results enable to inform the relation between satellite channel albedo and aerosol optical thickness(AOT). From this relation AOT was retreived from GMS-5 visible channel. The variance observations of satellite images enable remote sensing of the Yellow Sand particles. Back trajectory analysis was performed to track the air mass from the Gobi desert passing through Korean peninsular with high AOT value measured by ground based measurement. The comparison GMS-5 AOT to ground measured RSR aerosol optical depth(AOD) show that for Yellow Sand aerosols, the albedo measured over ocean surfaces can be used to obtain the aerosol optical thickness using appropriate aerosol model within an error of about 10%. In addition, LIDAR network measurements and backward trajectory model showed characteristics and appearance of Yellow Sand during Yellow Sand events. These data will be good supporting for monitoring of Yellow Sand aerosols.

        중국 경진기(京津冀) 광역경제권의 형성과 광역 거버넌스

        This thesis is mainly concerns about regional innovation system of metropolitan economic zones of inter-governmental governance of Jing-jin-ji in China. For that, I have studied the background of metropolitan economic zones of Jin-jin-ji in China, in terms of historical system, geography, and economy and pointed out the limitation and problems of present regional developing system. To get to know the regional innovation system of metropolitan economic zones of Jing-jin-ji, I have looked at how the discussions had proceeded about formation of inter-governmental governance in Jing-jin-ji, and what are the characteristics about it. Also, regarding the formation and operation of inter-governmental governance, I have mainly studied spatial category, policy issues, status of real operation, etc. All those kind of discussions about inter-governmental governance of China show lots of policy implications to Korean inter-governmental governance.

        Collection 4와 Collection 5 MODIS 에어러솔 분석 자료의 차이와 지상관측자료와의 비교

        인공위성 관측자료를 이용한 대기 에어러솔 원격탐사 기법은 단시간에 넓은 공간적 영역을 분석 할 수 있게 하며, 대상 지역에 존재하는 에어러솔의 분포 정보 및 광학적, 물리학적 특성을 제공 해준다. MODIS 위성자료는 현재까지 가장 진보된 에어러솔 분석자료를 생산하고 있으며, 가장 최근에 개선된 에어러솔 알고리즘(Collection 5 또는 C005)은 기존의 알고리즘(Collection 4 또는 C004)에 비해 많은 부분이 개선되었다. 본 연구는 동북아 지역에서 두 가지 MODIS 에어러솔 알고리즘에 의해 생산된 에어러솔 관측자료를 비교하였고, 각각의 정확도를 검증하기 위하여 AERONET sunphotometer 관측자료와 비교분석 하였다. 2005년 한해 동안의 MODIS 에어러솔 광학두께를 이용하여 에어러솔 광학 두께 (AOT)의 차이를 분석한 결과 에어러솔의 시공간적인 분포특징은 비슷하였으나, AOTc005가 AOTc004에 비하여 약 0.035(5%) 정도의 낮은 값을 보였다. MODIS AOT와 AERONET AOT와의 비교결과 C004가 상관계수 R=0.89 (기울기=0.86)를, C005는 R=0.95 (기울기=1.00)을 보였다. 더욱이 정확도 분석에서는 C005가 C004에 비해 약 40% 정도 개선이 된 것으로 나타났다. The aerosol retrieval algorithm for the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) measurements was updated recently. This paper reports on the comparison and validation of two latest versions (Collection 4 and 5, shortly C004 and C005) of the MODIS aerosol product over northeast Asian region. The differences between the aerosol optical thickness (AOT) from the C004 and C005 retrieval algorithms and the correlation with ground based AERONET sunphotometer observations are investigated. Over the study region, spatially averaged annual mean AOT retrieved from C005 algorithm (AOTcoo5) is about 0.035 AOT (5%) less than the C004 counterparts. The linear correlations between MODIS and AERONET AOT also are R=0.89 (slope=0.86) for the C004 and R=0.95 (slope=1.00) for the C005. Moreover, the magnitude of the mean error in AOTc005, difference between MODIS AOT and AERONET AOT, is 40% less than that in AOTc004.
