        아동의 컴퓨터게임이용 실태에 따른 게임몰입 경향에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 저학년 아동의 게임이용 실태를 살펴보고, 학년에 따라 게임몰입에 차이가 있는지, 그리고 게임이용 실태가 게임몰입에 영향을 주는지 알아봄으로서 아동의 컴퓨터게임관련 연구의 기초자료로 활용하는데 있다. 연구대상은 부산에 소재한 한 초등학교 1학년부터 3학년 아동 총 239명으로, 컴퓨터 게임 사용 실태 조사 설문지와 컴퓨터게임 몰입 검사지를 배부하여 자료처리를 하였다. 게임이용 실태를 살펴보면, 1학년 아동의 게임 경력, 게임시간, 주간게임 횟수 등에서 3학년 아동과 비슷하거나 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 게임몰입경향의 학년별 차이는 나타나지 않았으나 성별차이는 나타났다. 또한 컴퓨터게임 실태조사 항목인 게임경력, 주당 게임횟수, 1회당 게임시간, 게임 이유 등이 게임몰입에 모두 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 연구결과에 대한 논의와 후속연구가 제안되었다. The purpose of this study were to investigate 1) present condition of children's usage of computer game, 2) difference in extent of immersing in computer game according to grade, and 3) difference in extent of immersing in computer game according to conditions of computer game usage. A total of 239 children from 1st to 3rd grade in an elementary school in Busan were surveyed with two kinds of questionnaires about usage of and immersion in computer game. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 program. It was revealed that the 1st graders showed higher scores on experience of computer game, frequency of computer game per week, and amount of time for each computer game than the 3rd graders. However, there were no significant differences in extent of immersing in computer game according to grade and to conditions of computer game usage. The findings of this study implies that the age of using computer game is going down rapidly. Discussions and suggestions for further study were provided.

        예비유아교사의 실습기관에서의 수업계획과정 및 실습지도교사의 지원 탐색

        The purposes of this study were to explore the nature of the discussions between student teachers and their cooperating teachers’support in teaching practice of ll day class. To accomplish this goal, practicum students were asked to response questionnaire after teaching practice for two years. Data analysis was conducted using 159 responses of questionnaire about process of instructional plan and cooperating teachers’support. The results of analysis were as follows: First, selection of topic and contents for teaching demonstrations was decided through discussion with cooperating teachers. Second, student teachers considered topic, understanding infants and children’s development, and motivation as important factor for instructional plan. Third, student teachers taught art, talking, music and fairy tale in order. Fourth, cooperating teachers gave guidance about writing lesson plans, daily operation, and understanding infants and children’s development. Implications for future research were discussed.

        영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 양육스타일 관련 변인 연구

        The purposes of this study were to explore variables related to parental style of infant`s mother based on an ecological approach. Specifically, infants variables, mother`s variables, family variables, community variables were utilized for the analysis. Data analysis was conducted using responses of 1,033 families whose infant`s age was below 1-year-old from a nationally collected data set, 1st Panel Study of Korean Children of KICCE(Korea Institute of Child Care & Education). For analyzing the collected data, frequencies, percentages, stepwise multiple regressions were computed using SPSS package. The results of analysis were as follows. First, in terms of birth order and breast-feeding by mother, mothers who have lower birth order and breast-feeding had a positive parental style. Second, among the mother`s variables, parenting stress, self-esteem, economic activities, emotional children`s value, and academic background were found statistically significant in explaining parental style of infant`s mother. Third, the significant factors among family variables were father`s participating in raising their infants, marital satisfaction. Fourth, it was found that social support were signigicant among local community variables.

        컴퓨터를 활용한 유아 미술 교육과정 활동이 유아의 그리기 표상능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a computer-based art-curriculum on children`s representative drawing ability. To achieve the purpose, 40 five-year-old children attending a preschool in Busan were selected and randomly assigned into either an experimental or a control group. The children in the experimental group participated in 12 40?0-minutes sessions of computer-based art program which is made by the researchers using the Kid Pix graphic software. On the other hands, children in the control group took part in the same sessions of art program. They were engaged in art activities with traditional art materials. All children were tested twice. Before and after the treatment on the 『Scale for Evaluation of Representative Drawing Ability』 (Ji, Sung-ae, 2001) individually. The data were analyzed in 2(program)×2(gender) ANOVAs using SPSS/PC. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, significant differences were found in representative drawing ability between the experimental and the control group. Specifically, the children in the computer-based art curriculum showed better improvements in `detailed illustration`, `various expressions` and `representations associated with themes` than those in the traditional art program. Second, gender did not make any significant difference on general representative drawing ability. However, from follow-up ANOVAs for sub-category of the ability scale, it was found that girls achieved significantly higher scores on `composition of basic figures and lines` and `epresentation associated with themes` han boys.

        유아의 사교육비 지출에 대한 가구특성별 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze private tutoring expenses for young children by family characteristics. Specifically, family variables(children`s age, number of children, annual income, living place) were utilized for the analysis. In addition, it was also examined whether the ratio of private tutoring expenses to monthly living cost varied by income level. Data analysis was conducted using responses of 660 families whose children`s age was below 6-year-old from a nationally collected data set, Korean Welfare Panel Study(KWPS) 2007. The results of analysis were as followed. First, in terms of children`s age and number of children by family, families who have older children and less number of children spend more money for private tutoring. When it comes to the expenses by number of children, families who have higher number of children showed low ratio of participation in private tutoring. Second, private tutoring expenses by family characteristics showed that family holders` educational background(except graduate-level) and annual income were strongly associated with the ratio of participation in private tutoring. However, the expenses didn`t differ by their living place. Finally, the ratio of private tutoring expenses to annual income was not statistically significant by family income level.

        보육교사 관심사 발달단계에 따른 직무만족도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze job satisfactions based on the developmental stages of concerns among caregivers. For this purpose, survey data measuring developmental stages of concerns and job satisfactions were collected from 232 day-care teachers in Busan. For analysing the collected data, frequency percentage, ANOVA, and t-test were computed using SPSS package. The results of the study were as follows: First, it was found that day-care teachers` age, position, children`s age and children number of her class were significant. Second, the statistically significant factors were day-care teachers` position, types of day care center, working hours, and the number of children. Third, job satisfactions according to the developmental stages of concerns was significant. It was revealed that the reinforcement concerns stage showed highest scores on job satisfactions. With these findings, limitations and suggestions for the future studies were also discussed.

        아버지의 공동양육행동(coparenting) 관련 변인: 결혼생활의 질과 정서적 특성

        아버지의 양육행동에 영향을 주는 생태학적 맥락은 다양하다. 그러나 아버지의 공동양육행동에 영향을 줄 수 있는 변인에 대한 탐색은 어머니의 연구에 비해 상대적으로 찾아보기 어렵다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 아버지의 공동양육행동에 영향을 주는 결혼생활의 질과 개인의 정서적 특성 변인들 즉, 결혼만족도, 부부갈등, 우울, 자아존중감, 행복감 등은 무엇인지 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 한국아동패널(7차)자료를 활용하여 평균 75.12개월의 유아가 있는 아버지 908명을 최종분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아버지의 공동양육행동과 결혼만족도 부부갈등, 우울, 자아존중감, 행복감은 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 결혼생활의 질 관련 변인과 아버지의 정서적 특성 변인들은 공동양육행동의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 갈등적 양육행동유형은 결혼갈등과 자아존증감의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 후속연구로는 아버지의 결혼생활의 질과 정서적 특성에 근거하여 구체적으로 지원할 수 있는 부모교육프로그램 개발을 제언한다. Despite the coparenting role of fathers has been increasingly emphasized in South Korea, little research has focused on fathers coparenting and exploring variables influencing it. This study aimed to answer two major questions. First, what kind of relationship does exist between fathers coparenting types and theirs psychological variables, marital satisfaction, marital conflict, depression, self-esteem and happiness. Second, how fathers psychological factors influence their coparenting types. Data analysis was conducted using responses of 908 fathers from 7th Panel Study on Korean Children. Data analysis used in this study are frequencies, Pearson s R and stepwise multiple regression. The major findings of this research were as follows. First, fathers coparenting and five psychological variables generally showed a very close relationship. Second, fathers psychological factors influenced their coparenting types. Specifically, the variables influencing conflict coparenting type were marital conflict and self-esteem. The variables influencing affection coparenting type were happiness, marital satisfaction, depression and marital conflict. And the variables influencing integrated coparenting type were happiness, marital satisfaction, and marital conflict. These findings revealed that fathers coparenting have related with his emotional state. So psychologically positive state of father is very important to supportive coparenting and parent relationship quality in his family.

        어머니의 양육행동 및 부모-자녀 상호작용 수준이 초등학교 학업수행능력에 미치는 영향: 유아의 학습준비도 및 사회적 유능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between mother’s child-rearing behaviors and parent-child interaction on academic abilities at primary school after considering two mediators (school readiness and social skills). Methods: To this end, a path analysis was conducted by utilizing longitudinal data of 866 children from Panel Study on Korean Children. Results: The results of the analyses were as follows. First, the proposed model showed a good model fit showing a valid relationship among the selected variables. Specifically, the effects of parent-child interaction on social skills were found to be positive. Also, mother’s child-rearing behaviors showed a significant effect on social skills and school readiness. However, parent-child interaction and mother’s child-rearing behaviors did not show significant direct effects on academic abilities. Besides, school readiness was found to be a significant predictor of academic abilities. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study imply the importance of the indirect effects of parent-related variables. In other words, although parents’ contribution to young children’s development is significant, that does not mean that parents’ behaviors and interactions with young children directly impact children’s academic achievement at primary school.
