중국 쇼트클립 동영상 사례 연구 : 틱톡을 중심으로

본 연구는 최근 인기를 끌고 있는 쇼트클립 동영상을 주제로 삼고 있으며, 쇼트클립 동영상의 개념과 특징, 그리고 발전과정 등을 분석하고 있다. 또한, 이들 플랫폼 중에서 가장 큰 인기를 끌고 있는 틱톡을 사례로 SWOT 분석과 STP 전략을 분석했다. 중국에서 발현된 틱톡은 전 세계에 선풍적인 인기를 끌고 있고, 한국도 예외는 아니다. 특히, 10~20대를 중심으로 큰 인기를 끈다는 점에 세대별 특성이 있고, 30대 등 다른 세대로 확대되고 있다. This study focuses on short clip videos, which have recently become popular, and analyzes the concept, characteristics, and development process of short clip videos. In addition, SWOT analysis and STP strategy were analyzed using TikTok, which is the most popular platform among these platforms. TikTok, which emerged in China, is gaining sensational popularity around the world, and Korea is no exception. In particular, it has generational characteristics in that is very popular in their teens and 20s, and is expanding to other generations such as their 30s.

중국의 출판산업과 독서진흥 정책

이 연구는 중국의 출판산업의 발전 현황과 정부의 독서 진흥 정책을 총체적으로 담고 있다. 첫 번째 팬데믹 기간을 포함해 중국 출판산업의 성장 추세를 살펴보았고, 특히, 디지털출판의 부상과 함께 전통적인 출판 방식이 어떻게 변화하는지 살펴보았다. 두 번째는 중국 정부의 독서 진흥 정책에 대해 분석했다. 문맹과 문해력, 그리고 독서율의 상관관계와 중국 정부의 정책을 살펴보았다. 정부는 독서 문화를 장려하기 위해 다양한 프로그램과 캠페인을 시행하고 있으며, 공공 도서관의 확충, 독서 행사 개최, 그리고 학교 교육 과정에 독서 교육을 포함하는 등의 노력을 기울이고 있다. 마지막으로 출판산업과 독서 진흥 정책이 중국 사회에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 독서의 증가는 개인의 지식수준 향상뿐만 아니라 사회 전반의 문화적 발전에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한, 미래 세대인 아동정책에 많은 영향을 미치며, 출판산업의 성장과 독서 진흥 정책은 경제적 측면에서도 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 또한 콘텐츠 산업과 연계해 미래 변화에 적극 대응하고 있다. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the development of China’s publishing industry and the government’s policies to promote reading. First, it examines the growth trend of China’s publishing industry, including during the first pandemic, and how traditional publishing methods are changing with the rise of digital publishing. The second analyzes the Chinese government’s reading promotion policies. We looked at the relationship between illiteracy, literacy, and reading rates and the Chinese government’s policies. The government has implemented various programs and campaigns to promote a reading culture, including expanding public libraries, holding reading events, and including reading education in the school curriculum. Finally, we analyzed the impact of the publishing industry and reading promotion policies on Chinese society. The increase in reading has a positive impact not only on the knowledge level of individuals, but also on the cultural development of society as a whole. The growth of the publishing industry and reading promotion policies also play an important role in the economy, as they have a significant impact on the future generation of children. It is also actively responding to future changes by linking with the content industry.

섬 어촌 풍도의 지역재생과 어민역량 강화 사례 연구

섬 어촌 풍도는 경기도 안산에 소재한 섬으로 인구소멸이 진행 중인 대표적인 섬이다. 풍도는 돌산으로 구성되어있고, 자갈과 바위로 돼 해변이 없으며 어장자원이 빈곤해 어업이 불가능한 섬이다. 2월에서 4월까지 야생화가 빼어나지만, 기간이 짧아 야생화 마니아를 중심으로 한 관광자원도 빈곤한 한계가 있다. 반면에 지역 어민이 많지 않고 외부관광객이 적어 다른 섬에 비해 자원 훼손이 적고 한적하다는 장점이 있다. 이 연구는 문헌연구와 어민을 상대로 심층 인터뷰를 통해 다양한 의견을 청취한 내용 등을 기반으로 하고 있다. 또한, 풍도의 인문지리 특성과 SWOT 분석을 통해 풍도의 강점과 약점, 기회와 위협을 분석하고 나아갈 방향을 제시했다. 또한, 풍도의 어민역량 강화를 위한 다섯 가지 제안을 통해 풍도의 지속가능성을 제시하고 있다. 풍도는 저출산과 고령화로 대변되는 우리나라 섬 어촌계의 전형적인 사례로 이를 통해 섬 어촌의 사례를 분석해 콘텐츠가 있는 풍족한 섬 어촌이될 수 있도록 대안과 방안을 제시해 본다. Pungdo, an island fishing village located in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, is a representative island that is undergoing population extinction. Pungdo is an island composed of stony mountains, made of pebbles and rocks, and has no beach, and fishing is not possible due to poor fishery resources. Wildflowers are outstanding from February to April, but due to the short period, tourism resources centered on wildflower enthusiasts are also poor. On the other hand, there are not many local fishermen and there are few outside tourists, so it has the advantage of less damage to resources and quietness compared to other islands. This study is based on literature research and the contents of listening to various opinions through in-depth interviews with fishermen. In addition, the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Pungdo were analyzed through the human geography characteristics and SWOT analysis of Pungdo, and directions were presented. The sustainability of Pungdo is presented through five proposals to strengthen the fishermen's competency of Pungdo. Pungdo is a typical case of Korean island fishing villages represented by low fertility and aging population, and through this, we will analyze the case of island fishing villages and suggest alternatives and measures to make it a prosperous island fishing village with contents.

전력거래소의 차기 전력IT시스템 구축 계획

전력시장운영시스템 시뮬레이터 설계

전력산업에 당초 도입 예정되었던 도매경쟁시장을 운영지원하기 위하여 전력거래소는 지난 2002년 도매경쟁 전력시장 운영시스템(Two Way Bidding Pool Market Operation System; TWBP MOS, 이하 전력시장운영시스템)을 구축하였다. 그러나 이후 매전분할 잠정 중단정책에 따라 구축 완료된 시스템은 실 업무에 적용해보지도 못한 채 폐기될 수도 있는 상황이 발생하였다. 하지만 전력거래소는 배전분할 잠정 중단에 따른 발전 경쟁시장(CBP; Cost-Based Pool) 장기화에 대비, 운영상의 효율성을 개선하고 기 개발된 전력시장운영시스템을 활용하여 급전체계를 개선하는데 성공하였다. 실시간 급선 운영을 위해 기존 EMS에 전력시장운영시스템을 연계하여 전력시장운영시스템의 5분 단위 수요 예측량을 기반으로 송전망 제약과 예비력 요구량 등을 고려한 발전기별 경제부하 배분량 및 예비력 배 분량을 결정하고, 추가적으로 EMS에서 수요예측 오차 및 주파수 보정량을 실시간으로 계산하여 발전기별로 배분하도록 함으로써, 1일 전 시행하던 급전계획을 취득 자료를 기반으로 5분 단위로 실시간 계산할 수 있도록 급전 개선하였다. 이를 통해 실시간으로 에너지와 예비력을 동시에 최적화함으로써 진력시장 및 전력계통 운영을 한층 선진화 할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였으며 또한 저비용 발전기 사용을 극대화함으로 발전비용의 절감에도 기여 하는 효과를 가져왔다. 이러한 긍정적인 효과에도 불구하고, 전력시장운영 시스템은 구축된 모든 설비 및 프로그램을 당초 목적에 맞게 활용하지 못한다는 이유 등으로 시스템의 최적화 및 성능 개선에 대한 투자가 망설여지는 현실이다. 특히 온라인 실시간 시스템과 별도로 전력시장운영을 모의 힐 수 있는 시뮬레이터가 구축되지 않아 시장의 흐름을 사전 예측하거나, 시스템 오류 등을 재현하여 재발 대책 등을 마련하기가 매우 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 그동안 쌓아온 전력거래소의 전력시장운영시스템 운영관리에 대한 다양한 경험을 바탕으로 구축비용을 획기적으로 절감할 수 있는 전력시장운영시스템 시뮬레이터의 구축방안을 세시하고자 한다.

정전분무를 이용한 패턴화된 생물현탁액 액적의 유량에 따른 변화 연구

An electrospray patterning method has been considered as a new and effective way for controlling very fine droplets. Drop-on-demand patterning for unstained nutrient broth on wafers was newly conducted with an electrospray pulsed jet. The patterns had been made under varying experimental conditions including flow rate, vibration frequency, and translational speed of the electrospray patterning system. In this experiment, especially, variation of nutrient broth droplet was measured under varying flow rate conditions. This new technique has a potential to be applied in biology experiments and hormone medical industry.

콘텐츠산업의 인재양성과 일자리 창출

본 연구는 콘텐츠산업의 전반적인 현황과 인재양성과 일자리 창출을 다루고 있다. 콘텐츠산업은 전 세계 7위 규모로 문화강국의 면모를 갖추고 있으나, 여전히 산업은 영세하고, 프리랜서가 많아 불공정한 시스템이 여전해 콘텐츠산업의 발전에 저해 요소로 지적되고 있다. 정부와 민간이 힘을 합쳐 콘텐츠산업을 견인하지만 여전히 난제가 산적해 있지만 이를 극복하고, 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고, 우수한 인재 양성과 일자리 창출을 위한 디딤돌을 만들어 나아가 2030년을 목표로 최고의 문화강국으로 성장하기 위한 로드맵을 제시해 본다. This study deals with the overall status of the content industry, human resource training and job creation. The content industry is the 7th largest in the world and has the aspect of a cultural powerhouse, but the industry is still small and there are many freelancers, and the unfair system is still pointed out as an impediment to the development of the content industry. The government and the private sector join forces to lead the content industry, but there are still many challenges, but overcome them, propose a new paradigm, create a stepping stone for cultivating excellent talent and creating jobs, and grow into the best cultural powerhouse with the goal of 2030 We present a roadmap for doing so.
