본 연구는 유아교사의 음악교수 효능감 관련 변인들의 효과크기를 검증하기 위해 지난 8년 간 국내 석·박사 학위논문과 학술지논문 중 최종 21편을 선정하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 효과크기는 CMA3 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 검증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음악교수 효능감의 전체효과크기는 큰 효과크기를 보였다. 둘째, 관련변인 군은 음악적 능력, 개인적 특성 순으로 효과크기를 보였으며, 셋째, 하위차원은 인지적 요인, 실행적 요인, 태도적 요인, 심리·정서적 요인 순서로 효과크기를 보였다. 본 연구는 유아교사의 음악교수 효능감과 관련된 선행된 연구들을 통합적으로 정리하고, 수량적 통합을 시도했다는데 의의가 있으며, 유아교사의 음악교수 효능감 증진을 위해 교사 교육의 방향성에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다. Objective: In this study, A total of 21 studies were selected and meta-analysis was conducted to verify the effect size of related variables, focusing on master's and doctoral degree papers and academic journal papers studied in Korea over the past eight years. Methods: The effect size was analyzed using the CMA3 program, and the verification results are as follows. Results: First, the overall effect size of music teaching efficacy was large. Second, the group of related variables showed a large effect size in the order of musical ability and personal characteristics. Third, for each sub factor of the related variable, the effect size was shown in the order of cognitive factors, executive factors, attitude factors, and psychological and emotional factors. Conclusion/Implications: This study is meaningful in that it attempted to integrate previous studies related to the efficacy of early childhood teachers and quantitatively integrate them to examine objective results, and to provide basic data for establishing the direction of education in order to improve the efficacy of early childhood teachers.

The Paper describes the observed behaviour in the undrained triaxial condition of marine clays remoulded at various different levels of factors, to find out the effects of restricted factors on the stress-strain characteristics. The conventional triaxial compression tests (σ1>σ2=σ3) were carried out on the 50mm in diameter and 100mm long cylindrical specimens of Gun-san bay mud under controlled various moisture content, density, axial strain rate and passing on No. 200 sieve. Significant conclusions from this study are; 1. The compressible deviator stress at failure of pure marine clay was observed to increase with the decrease of moulding moisture content. 2. The compressible deviator stress at failure increased with the increasing of moulding dry density. 3. The interaction between moisture content and density on the stress-strain characteristics of marine clay was remarkedly significant, as the result of factorial experimental method. 4. The effect of axial strain rate on stress-strain behaviour was unsignificant in marine clay and but the secant moduli could be pronounced on a slight decreasing with increase of the strain rate. 5. With the increasing of the passing on No. 200 sieve, the deviator stress increased regularly. 6. The multiple regression equation could be modeled for the prediction of stress or strain and the comparison with experimental results relatively proved the accuracy.
Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 Glucanhydrolase 함유 용액의 치은 섬유아세표에 대한 영향

A novel glucanhydrolase from a mutant of Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 has additional amylase activity besides mutanolytic activity and has been suggested as promising anti-plaque agent. It has been shown effective in hydrolysis of mutan, reduction of mutan formation by Streptococcus mutans and removal pre-formed sucrose-dependent adherent microbial film and has been strongly bound to hydroxyapatitie. These in vitro properties of Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 glucanllydrolase are desirable for its application as a dental plaque control agent. In human experimental gingivitis model and 6month clinical trial. mouthrinsing with Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 dextranase was comparable to 0.12% chlorhexidine mouthwash in inhibition of plaque accumulation and gingival inflammation and local side effect was negligible. This study was aimed to evaluate the cytotoxic effect of Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 glucanhydrolase on human gingival fibroblasts. Primary culture of human gingival fibroblasts at the 4th to 6th passages were used. Glucanhydrolase solution was made from lyophilized glucanhydrolase powder from a mutant of Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 solved in PBS and added to DMEM to the final concentration of 0.5, 1, and 2unit. Cells were exposed to glucanhydrolase solution or 0.1% chlorhexidine and the cells cultured in DMEM with 10% FBS and 1% antibiotics as control. After exposure, the morphological change, cell attachmcnt. and cell activity by MTT assay were evaluated in 0.5, 1.5, 3, 6, 24 hours after treatment. The cell proliferation and cell activity was also evaluated at 2 and 7days after Iminute exposure, twice a day. The cell morphology was similar between the Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 glucanllydrolase groups and control group during the incubation periods. while most fibroblasts remained as round cell regardless of incubation time in the chlorhexidine group. The numbers of the attached cells in the glucanhydrolase groups were comparable to that of control and significantly higher than the chlorhexidine group. The numbers of the proliferated cells in the glucanhydrolase groups at 7 days of incubation were comparable to the control group and higher than the chlorhexidine group. The cell activity in glucanhydrolase groups paralleled with the increased cell number by attachment and proliferation. According to these results, Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 glucanhydrolase has little harmful effect on attachment and proliferation of human gingival fibroblasts, in contrast to 0.1% chlorhexidine which was cytotoxic to human gingival fibroblasts. Therefore this glucanhydrolase preparation is considered as a safe and promising agent for new mouthwash formula in the near future.

최근 스마트카 기술은 안전운전지원 센서 기반의 단독형 시스템에서 도로 인프라와 빅 데이터를 기반으로 ICT와 연계하여 교통흐름을 예측하고 대응할 수 있는 협력형 자율주행 서비스 개발로 발전하고 있다. 협력형 자율주행 서비스를 실현하거나, IoT 환경과 스마트카의 융합을 위해서는 스마트카에서 커넥티비티 역량이 무엇보다도 중요하게 되었으며 이를 위한 요소기술로 차량용 이더넷, V2X(Vehicle to Everything) 네트워킹, 네트워크 보안기술을 꼽을 수 있다. 본고에서는 스마트카에 적용되는 차량 내부 네트워크 및 게이트웨이, V2X 네트워킹 및 보안에 관한 최근 표준 기술동향 및 이슈를 살펴보고자 한다.
