BALB/c 마우스에서 동종 지방유래 기질세포가 창상치유에 미치는 영향

Purpose: Adipose-derived stromal cells (ADSCs) are multipotent cells that have been found to promote wound healing through the process of angiogenesis and reepithelialization. Generally, it is well known that the antigenicity of ADSCs doesn't affect stem cell therapy. In this study, we investigated the effect of allogeneic ADSCs in the wound healing process by applying allogeneic ADSCs on the wound healing splint model of mice. Methods: Adipose tissue was harvested from the epididymal fat pads of BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice. Twenty four mice BALB/c were divided into three groups; control, isogeneic, and allogeneic groups. Two full thickness defects with 6 mm diameters were created on the back of BALB/c mice. $1{\times}10^6$ ADSCs from BALB/c mice were applied on the isogeneic group. In the allogeneic group, ADSCs from the C57BL/6 mice were applied. No cells were applied to the control group. The sizes of the wounds were evaluated in 3, 5, 7, 10, and 14 days after the wounds were applied, and tissues were harvested in 7 and 14 days for histological analysis. Results: Wound healing rates had showed significant increase in 10, and 14 days when the isogeneic group was compared to the control group, but the allogeneic group showed significantly decrease compared to the isogeneic group (p<0.05). Histological scores in the isogeneic group were significantly high, but significantly lower in the allogeneic group when compared to the isogeneic group in 2 weeks (p<0.05). In the isogeneic group, thick inflammatory cell infiltration with abundant capillaries were observed in 1 week, and thick epithelium with many large capillaries were observed in 2 weeks. Conclusion: When isogeneic ADSCs were applied to wounds, they presented a faster wound healing rate compared to controls and the allogeneic group. Unlike general stem cell therapy, these findings suggest that cell therapy targeted at enhancing wound healing may benefit from the use of ADSCs with identical antigenicity, as opposed to allogeneic or xenogenic ADSCs.

The paper gives an overview of the concepts, basic requirements, and trends regarding packaging technologies of power modules in hybrid (HEV) and electric vehicles (EV). Power electronics is gaining more and more importance in the automotive sector due to the slow but steady progress of introducing partially or even fully electric powered vehicles. The demands for power electronic devices and systems are manifold, and concerns besides aspects such as energy efficiency, cooling and costs especially robustness and lifetime issues. Higher operation temperatures and the current density increase of new IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) generations make it more and more complicated to meet the quality requirements for power electronic modules. Especially the increasing heat dissipation inside the silicon (Si) leads to maximum operation temperatures of nearly $200^{\circ}C$. As a result new packaging technologies are needed to face the demands of power modules in the future. Wide-band gap (WBG) semiconductors such as silicon carbide (SiC) or gallium nitride (GaN) have the potential to considerably enhance the energy efficiency and to reduce the weight of power electronic systems in EVs due to their improved electrical and thermal properties in comparison to Si based solutions. In this paper, we will introduce various package materials, advanced packaging technologies, heat dissipation and thermal management of advanced power modules with extended reliability for EV applications. In addition, SiC and GaN based WBG power modules will be introduced.
B16/F10 흑색종양세포에서 삼내자 메탄올 추출물의 멜라닌 생성에 미치는 억제효과

Objective: Recently the demands for the effective and safe depigmentative and anti-aging agents of the skin have increased due to the medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic reasons. The purpose of this study is to investigate the MKG(Methanol Extract of Kaempferia galanga) and their dermal bioactivity properties related to cosmeceuticals such as depigmentation. Methods: We assessed inhibitory effects of MKG on melanin production in B16/F10 melanoma cells, on mushroom tyrosinase activity, effects of MKG on the expression tyrosinase, TRP-1, TRP-2, GSK-$3{\beta}$, CREB, MITF in B16/F10 melanoma cells without cytotoxicity range. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay and tyrosinase activity was assessed using by DOPA staining, western-blot analysis. We measured inhibition of melanin synthesis and tyrosinase activity by down-regulation of melanogenic enzyme expressions in ${\alpha}$-MSH induced melanogenesis B16/F10 melanoma cells. Results: MKG inhibited tyrosinase-activity, total melanin contents and dendrite out-growth. MKG inhibited melanogenesis by down-regulation of tyorsinase, TRP-1, TRP-2, CREB, and MITF in B16/F10 cells. The treatment with MKG at the 12.5, $25{\mu}g/ml$ level significantly inhibited the melanin synthesis induced ${\alpha}$-MSH in B16/F10 melanoma cells compared with untreated control. Conclusion: These results suggest that MKG inhibit melanin biosynthesis which is involved in hyper-pigmentation. So MKG is considered to be used as a whitening components reducing cytotoxicity.
직물과 가상소재의 화상 유사성 분석 연구 -수직기 및 텍스타일 CAD시스템 활용-

Current global textiles and fashion industries have gradually shifted focus to high value-added, high sensibility, and multi-functional products based on new human-friendliness and sustainable growth technologies. Textile design CAD systems have been developed in conjunction with computer hardware and software sector advances. This study compares the patterns or images of actual woven fabrics and virtual fabrics prepared with a textile design CAD system. In this study, several weave structures (such as fancy yarn weave and patterns) were prepared with a shuttle loom. The woven textile images were taken using a CCD camera. The same weave structure data and yarn data were fed into a textile design CAD system in order to simulate fabric images as similarly as possible. Similarity Index analysis methods allowed for an analysis of the index between the actual fabric specimen and the simulated image of the corresponding fabric. The results showed that repeated small pattern weaves provide superior similarity index values than those of a fancy yarn weave that indicate some irregularities due to fancy yarn attributes. A Complex Wavelet Structural Similarity(CW-SSIM) index resulted in a better index than other methods such as Multi-Scale(MS) SSIM, and Feature Similarity(FS) SSIM, across fabric specimen images. A correlation analysis of the similarity index based on an image analysis and a similarity evaluation by panel members was also implemented.
제4섹터 주도 지역개발에 대한 연구: 강원도 화천군 관광개발 성공사례를 중심으로

지역개발에 있어 공공부문과 민간부문이 협력하여 합동개발사업을 추진하는 제3섹터가 각광받아 왔으나 운영에 한계점을 드러내면서 대안적인 지역개발 방식의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공부문과 지역주민의 협력방식인 제4섹터를 대안으로 제시하기 위하여 지역관광개발을 성공적으로 도모한 강원도 화천군 사례를 분석하였다. 관민합동조직으로 운영되는 화천군 나라축제조직위원회에 대한 사례 연구를 통해 제4섹터 주도 지역 개발에 영향을 미치는 성공요건과 제약요건을 도출하였다. 제4섹터 실현화가 가능했던 조건으로는 지역문제의 크기와 분포 및 사업의 타당성, 지방자치단체장의 리더십, 참여주체들과 조직목표의 적합성, 관민의 협력 분위기, 참여주민의 자율성, 개방적인 의사소통 등으로 나타났다. 반면에 운영자원 조달과 초기 자발적인 주민참여는 제4섹터가 설립되고 운영되는데 제약조건으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 통하여 본 연구는 제3섹터 주도의 개발방식에 의존했던 기존의 지역개발 패러다임을 확장함으로써 지역개발 방법론에 대한 연구 지평을 넓힌다는 의의를 갖는다. 뿐만 아니라 자생적 지역개발에 대한 정책적 시사점으로 상향식 개발전략과 지역주민 주도형 개발방식의 활성화 방안을 제시하고 있다. This paper proposes the fourth sector approach as a new alternative method of the third sector in promoting regional development. Recently, the fourth sector appears as either a non-profit organization or a public work operated in collaborations with local government and citizens. As a community-led development approach, the fourth sector becomes recognized as effective strategies for regional development. The voluntary citizen participation is essential to the establishment of the fourth sector. In order to stress the importance of citizen engagement in community development, this study analyzes the success case of the fourth sector driven local tourism development in Hwacheon County. The case analysis focuses on the foundation and management of the emerging fourth sector organization, the Hwacheon County festival organizing committee, which aims to implement a local festival project through government-citizen collaborations. The analytical results indicate that the magnitude and range of regional problems and project feasibility, local government leadership, local government-citizen cooperative atmosphere, concerted goals of organization and participants, citizen participant`s autonomy, and open communication are the main factors leading to the success of the fourth sector. However, insufficient resources and challenges of inducing initial citizen participation restrict the growth of the fourth sector.
건축-발레 작품에 나타난 건축적 신체와 그 적용에 대한 연구

“The Architectural Body” as the medium for transformation of body can be explored in interdisciplinary practices of architecture and ballet. Oskar Schlemmer and Frederic Flamand presented architectural ballet projects. Their projects show the concept of an “architectural body”. The body is reorganized in order to conform to the changes in modern and contemporary technological environments. And this is what we can see in both cases from the mechanism in Schlemmer"s to the digital urban medium in Flamand"s. This study examines their projects to explore how the concept of architectural body achieves its abstraction and mechanization, thus transformed to the applicable body in architecture.
