This paper aims to provide a critical analysis of the contemporary artist Damien Hirst’s work, by paying attention to his belief system. Death manifest in his work has been the major issue, while his commercial success has been spotlighted. This paper, however, examines belief and belief system as the base of his work evolved since Medicine Cabinet(1988). While claiming that religion, science, and art are correlated, Hirst justifies art by associating religious belief with the belief in art. Insisting that God and art are alike, he suggests to pray to art, even proposing his work as both an icon and a reproduction. This paper maintains that Hirst’s work is not an icon but a fetish, degraded objects of desire. Considering that Hirst takes religiosity seriously, his work exemplifies the spectacle grounded in the concept of fetish. Public debates particularly pertaining to For the Love of God(2007) demonstrate Hirstism, based on the correlation between belief, religiosity, and commercial success. This paper asserts that Hirst’s work reveals the idolatry ingrained in contemporary art, while mirroring the secularized society deprived of the intrinsic meaning and values of art and faith. 본 논문은 동시대 작가 데미안 허스트 작업의 궤적을 믿음 체계에 입각하여 비평적으로 재조명하고자 한다. 그동안 허스트의 작업에 표면적으로 드러난 죽음의 주제에 연관된 학술적인 연구가 제시되었고, 작가의 상업적인 성공에 대중적인 관심이 집중되어 왔다. 그러나 본 논문은 《약장》 연작(1988)부터 일관되게 허스트의 작업을 관통하고 있는 믿음의 주제를 그의 작업의 근간으로 주목하고자 한다. 그리고 인터뷰를 통해 명시된 허스트의 진술을 분석하여 그가 다루는 믿음과 믿음 체계를 규명하여 그의 세계관을 분석하고자 한다. 허스트는 종교, 과학, 예술이 믿음이라는 체계를 공유함으로써 상호연관성이 있다고 주장한다. 예술에 대한 믿음을 종교적인 믿음과 동일시함으로써 예술을 정당화하는 허스트의 작품은 허스티즘이라 부를만한 세계관을 구축한다. 신과 예술이 유사하다고 주장하는 허스트는 예술에 기도를 드리라고 제안하며, 더 나아가 자신의 작품이 성화인 아이콘이자 복제이기를 바란다. 그러나 본 논문은 허스트의 작품이 신을 지시하는 아이콘이기보다는, 자신으로 회귀한 욕망의 대상으로 퇴색된 동시대의 물신에 가깝다고 본다. 허스트가 종교성을 염두에 두고 작업한다는 점에서, 스펙터클한 허스트의 시각 언어는 물신 개념에서 출발한 스펙터클의 매우 적절한 예시이다. 특히 그의 대표작 중의 하나인 <신의 사랑을 위하여>(2007)에 연루된 논란은 믿음, 종교성, 상업성의 내밀한 관계에 근거한 허스티즘을 극명하게 보여준다. 예술과 믿음의 본질적인 의미와 가치가 상실되고 세속화된 사회의 속성을 반영하는 허스트의 작업은 동시대 미술의 물신주의적 단면을 보여준다.

In contrast to rehabilitation services, independent living services should be delivered under the control and choice of users with disabilities. It means that users with disabilities should participate in setting services of independent living centers. In this reason, this research used concept mapping techniques to develop services for independent living centers. 15 participates brainstormed 75 statements, which were then sorted and rated for their importance and feasibility. A sequence of multivariate statistical analyses, generated maps and figures that were then interpreted by the participates. The results provide empirical support that community outreach services and peer relationship building services would be initial target for action. In addition, it is also supported that advocacy, independent living skill training, and quality control of attendant service are needed. 장애인 자립생활서비스는 기존의 재활서비스와 달리, 이용자의 지배와 선택에 따라 서비스가 제공되어야 하므로 장애인 이용자의 참여를 통한 서비스 구성이 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 개념도 연구방법을 통해 자립생활센터를 이용하는 장애인의 자립생활센터의 역할과 기능에 대한 직접적인 표현을 수집하여 자립생활 서비스를 실증적으로 구성하고자 시도하였다. 이를 위해 자립생활센터 이용자 및 직원 15명의 개별 진술문 75개를 통해 8개 서비스 집락을 얻었으며 각각의 진술문에 대한 중요성과 실현가능성의 평정 결과를 분석하였다. 이를 통해, 지역사회 아웃리치 서비스와 동료차원의 지지관계 형성 서비스가 가장 먼저 수행되어야 할 중요한 서비스로 나타났으며, 권익옹호, 자립생활 체험기회 제공, 활동보조서비스 질 제고 등과 같은 서비스가 요구되는 것으로 파악되었다.

The effects of xylitol and/or erythritol as the alternative ingredients to sugar on the quality characteristics of Yuza tea were studied. The relative sweetness of xylitol and erythritol to a 10% sucrose solution were 1.10 and 0.71 respectively and there were no change after the addition of the acid and flavoring agent. The sensory characteristics of Yuza tea with xylitol were quite similar in many attributes to Yuza tea with sugar, while Yuza tea with erythritol had many undesirable attributes. Yuza tea with a mixture of xylitol and erythritol(1:1) was less sweet and less acceptable than Yuza tea with sugar. The consumer acceptance test showed that the overall acceptability of Yuza tea made with xylitol was similar to the Yuza tea with sugar. Adding sucralose to the Yuza tea with a mixture of xylitol and erythritol improved the sweetness and overall acceptability in the consumer acceptance test. The pH value of the erythritol Yuza tea was 3.16 and showed a significantly lower value than the 3.39 of sugar and xylitol. The refractive index of the sugar Yuza tea was the highest at 21.03°Bx. The vitamin C content of Yuzachung with sugar was 34.5mg/100g and the dietary fiber content was 2.80g/100g. Xylitol Yuzachung showed the highest a and b values, but when it was diluted with water to make Yuza tea, the intensity of the color was not significantly different from the Yuza tea with sugar.

We investigate the relationship between the ownership structure(institutiona1 investors, individuals investors, and foreign investors) and returns of firms on days when the absolute value of the market's return is 6.5% or more. These days are reffered to as "event-days." Our basic premise is that institutional shareholders react strongly to large market price changes by herding together and moving price. Because they are risk averse managers. A manager's reputation is hurt if everyone makes the same bad decision than if only the manager makes the bad decision. So, The managers follows a rational decision-making process. They do herding behavior. We find that a firm's abnormal return on these days is not related to the percentage of institutional ownership, and foreign ownership. This results means that institutional investors, foreign investors don't herd behavior.

To examine the opinions of consumers concerning the ricecake as a traditional food, we conducted the study of the cognition and interests of children and mothers ricecake for its popularization. Our subjects of study were elementary school children as the future consumers and their mothers as the present consumers. The results were as follows: children favored to eat much more western style food and sweet food than did mothers. All of children and mothers liked traditional food and ricecake, but children did not know how to prepare the traditional food and ricecake, indicating thenecessity of the education of ricecake-making. All of them were satisfied with the taste of ricecake 'on sale, but not with packaging designs and price of ricecake. Development of packaging designs was required for popularization of ricecake to spread worldwide.
