        공무원직장협의회제도의 운영실태와 개선방안

        The Association of Government Officials System has not yet fully matured in less than two years from its permission. From the awareness that it is an urgent issue to identify operating realities of the Association of Government Officials System, seek improvement plans for it to be activated, this thesis examined the background of the Association of Government Officials System through a theoretical study to systemize its research frame and, based on this, analyzed its operating realities about current state of operation of the Association of Government Officials and the conference between the Association of Government Officials and heads of institution by means of a survey and a case study. As the results of this study, this thesis found problems of the Association of Government Officials System and suggested plans to improve them. The limits in this study are that the fact-finding survey was done only with representatives of the Associations of Government Officials without survey on the side of the whole officials and heads of institutions, and that there is a possibility of distortion of research results by respondents' personal prejudice. Finally this thesis put forth that further systematic researches should be done on affecting factors and resulting factors in relation to activation of the Association of Government Officials System.

        미얀마 노동자 의식의 실태와 조직몰입에 대한 영향: 제조업 생산직노동자의 경우

        This paper analyzes the reality of Myanmar workers consciousness and reports the results of exploratory empirical studies that examined the influence of workers consciousness on organizational commitment. To accomplish the purpose of the study, we performed conceptual and empirical research and mainly focused on empirical research through questionnaires on 262 workers in the manufacturing industry in Myanmar. Results of this empirical study are summarized as follow. First, the consciousness of the labor union of Myanmar labors such as ‘Necessity of Union’, ‘Necessity of Strong Union’, ‘Militant Ideology’ and ‘Democracy’ was high. The wage fair consciousness, which is a core consciousness related to the working conditions, is high, and class consciousness and collectivism, which are corporate and social consciousness, are also high but the ‘growth ideology’ and ‘competitiveness ideology’ are low. Second, the younger generation, less than high school graduates, and Yangon s workers have highly consciousness increasing the instability of industrial relations. Third, consciousness factors which have significant influence on organizational commitment were labor-management cooperation consciousness (+), democracy (-), competitiveness ideology (+), class consciousness (-) and authoritarianism (+). Lastly, implications and limitations of this empirical study, and suggestions for future research are suggested.

        이주노동자의 모국문화유지행동이 직무태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 모국문화유지행동이 직무태도(직무몰입과 직무만족)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 나아가 이 영향에 대한 심리적 안녕의 매개효과가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구결과들을 이론적으로 검토를 하고 실증연구로서 베트남 이주노동자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 다중회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 실증연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모국문화유지행동의 차원 중 ‘모국관련 미디어행동’, ‘모국인 친구 어울림’ 및 ‘모국종교활동 지속’이 많을수록 직무태도(직무몰입과 직무만족)가 높았다. 둘째, 모국문화 유지행동의 차원 중 ‘모국음식 섭취’는 직무몰입에는 영향을 미치지 않으나 직무만족에는 (-)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모국문화유지행동의 차원 중 ‘모국관련 미디어활동’, ‘모국인친구 어울림’ 그리고 ‘모국종교활동 지속’이 직무태도(직무몰입과 직무만족)에 미치는 영향에 대해 심리적 안녕은 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다.연구결과를 토대로 연구결과의 시사점, 연구의 한계점 및 향후연구의 방향을 제시하였다. This Paper is the Thesis that Reports Empirical Results on the Effect of Maintaining Behavior of Native Culture on the Job Attitude of Immigrant Labor and the Mediating Effect of Psychological Well.being. In order to Accomplishment this Goal, an Empirical Study was Implemented. The Data for an Empirical Study was Obtained from the Survey on 205 Immigrant Labor from Vietnam in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do. And Multiple Regression Analysis was Conducted to Examine the Research Hypothesis. The Summary of Empirical Study’s Results is Follows. 1) Among Maintaining Behavior of Native Culture, Native Culture-related Media Behavior, Meeting with Native Companions and Persistence of Native Religious Activity have the Positive Effect on the Job Attitude Significantly. 2) Eating Native Food have the Negative Effect on the Job Satisfaction Significantly. 3) There are Mediating Effects of Psychological Well-being on the Relationship Between the Maintaining Behavior of Native Culture and Job Attitudes. Maintaining Behavior of Native Culture has Significant Positive Effect on Job Involvement and Job Satisfaction Indirectly Via Mechanisms Such as the Spillover Effect of Psychological Well-being. That is, The more Immigrant Workers do Maintaining Behavior of Native Culture, the Higher Psychological Well-being is and it Improves Their Job Involvement and Job Satisfaction. The Implication of these Results, the Limitation of this Study and the Direction of Future Study were Suggested.

        태국 K-POP 팬들의 다문화 수용성이 K-POP 태도와 소비에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 태국 K-POP 팬들의 다문화 수용성이 K-POP 태도와 소비에 미치는 영향력을 탐색한 것이다. 이에 주 태국 한국 문화원에서 주최한 K-POP 아카데미를 한 번 이상 참여했던 학생들로 연구 대상을 선정하였다. 연구 결과, K-POP 아카데미에 참여한 태국 학생들의 다문화 수용성 중, 거부감은K-POP 유희성에, 개방성과 적극성은 K-POP 유희성 및 K-POP 태도 모두에 정적인 영향력을 보여 주었다. 또한 K-POP 아카데미에 참여한 태국 학생들의 K-POP 유희성과 K-POP 태도는 K-POP 구매 의도에 영향력이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, K-POP 아카데미에 참여한 태국 학생들의 다문화 수용성은 K-POP 구매 의도에 간접적인 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 한국 정부 기관과 K-POP 산업계에 태국 시장에서의 K-POP 정책 방향 및 K-POP 마케팅 전략에 대한 시사점을 제공할 수 있으며, 주 태국 한국 문화원 실무진들에게도 K-POP 아카데미를 기획하는 데 있어 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있다. This study explored the influence of multicultural acceptability of Thai K-POP fans on K-POP attitude and consumption. Therefore, the study subjects were selected as students who had participated in the K-POP Academy hosted by the Korean Cultural Center in Thailand at least once. As a result of the study, among the multicultural acceptability of Thai students who participated in the K-POP Academy, rejection showed a positive effect on K-POP playfulness, and openness and initiative had a positive effect on both K-POP playfulness and K-POP attitude. In addition, it was found that Thai students' K-POP playfulness and K-POP attitude had no influence on K-POP purchase intention. Finally, it was confirmed that multicultural acceptability of Thai students who participated in the K-POP Academy had an indirect effect on K-POP purchase intention. This study can provide Korean government agencies and the K-POP industry with implications for K-POP policy direction and K-POP marketing strategy in the Thai market, and also helps the working staff of the Korean Cultural Center in Thailand to plan a K-POP Academy.
