Evaluating the patient's voice before thyroidectomy is useful for the purpose of identifying patients with vocal cord paralysis without symptoms, identifying other patient's voice abnormalities, and whether it is related to voice disorders that may occur after surgery. Also voice evaluation after thyroid surgery is helpful in diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation and follow-up of voice disorders that occur without clear nerve damage after thyroidectomy. And it is helpful for rapid recovery through active early rehabilitation treatment for patients who complain of speech impairment without paralysis. In particular, neck exercise can improve the adhesion of the surgical site and increase the range of motion of the neck as well as improve subjective neck discomfort. In addition, hearing, voice and breathing functions should be improved, and voice hygiene education and counseling should be provided. Vocal cord injection is the first treatment option for unilateral vocal cord palsy. By establishing a protocol for voice disorders before and after thyroid surgery and providing appropriate treatment, the quality of life of patients can be improved.

최근 연구자들을 위한 다양한 연구 지원 시스템이 지속적으로 제안되고 있다. 이러한 시스템의 양적인 팽창에 맞추어 연구 지원 시스템의 질 또한 중요해지면서 시스템 자체의 사용성 향상도 높은 관심을 받고 있다. 하지만 이러한 시스템의 질적인 향상은 양적인 팽창에 비해 많은 연구가 이루어지지 못하는 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 KISTI 치매 연구 지원시스템인 알츠나비에 대한 사용성을 진단하고 개선방안을 도출하는 연구를 통해 연구 지원 시스템 사용성에 관해 연구하고자 한다. 이 과정에서 알츠나비 사용성을 진단함으로서 이를 바탕으로 어떤 개선이 연구자들의 연구를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 지에 대한 기준을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

The National Fire Information Center reported the fire vehicles haven’t been arrived 32.8% in 5 minutes in 2014 They told the one of the problem of this is the insufficient width of street for moving fire vehicles. Illegal parking of this areas amounts to 30%. So this study propose the service design concept and prototype to solve the problem through focus group interviews with fire fighters in a fire station, A stakeholder map and an as-is service blueprint are made of the data. So I can find the chance of using CCTV for the fire system. It can be contributed to create a service model that using CCTV data for citizen safety in advance.

Kulayse in Korean has been studied as a connective adverb that connects two sentences in terms of causal relation. However, according to the corpus research in this study, almost 40% of the instances of kulayse in natural conversation indicated continuation of the topics that are not in a causal relationship. Specifically, kulayse connects temporally consecutive events, indicates development of the ongoing topic, signals returning to the suspended topic, or proposes a topic that has been implicitly acknowledged by the interlocutors. These functions are similar with the English so, which also can be used as a discourse marker of non-causal discourse continuation. Due to its origin as a causal connective, the discourse marker kulayse connects the topics with greater strength than other connective adverbs in Korean.

노인 요양을 위한 ICT 사례 분석 및 고찰

우리나라는 저출산과 평균 수명의 연장으로 인하여 급격한 고령화의 진행 되는 것 과는 반대로 과거와 달리 노인 부양에 대한 가족의 역할이 급격하게 약화되는 문제를 겪고 있다. 이런 복합적 요인에 의해 노인 부양에 관한 사회적 부담이 중요한 문제로 부각되고있다. 문제해결을 위해 가족을 대신하여 고령자를 돌보는 요양원은 꾸준히 증가하여 2008 년 대비 144.8% 급격한 증가율을 보였다. 요양원의 양적 팽창과 사회적 요구에도 불구하고 현재 요양원의 시스템은 적은 인력으로 다수의 고령자에게 최소한의 서비스를 제공하는 구조로 운영되고 있다. 주로 기본 가이드라인을 충족시키는 신체 수발 및 안전에만 초점을 두고 있으며, 그 외 고령자의 소통 및 관계의 욕구, 심리적 안정과 같은 정서적인 면을 고려하는 질적 서비스를 제공하지 못하는 구조이다. 본 연구에서는 고령자 타겟 디지털 기술이 요양사 업무중 일부를 보조함으로써 고령자에게 제공되는 서비스와 함께 고령자 삶의 질적 향상을 도모할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 노인요양 서비스와 관련을 맺을 수 있는 기술을 중심으로 기술 진보와 서비스사례를 조사 분석하였다. 둘째, 요양 서비스 사례분석을 통해 작성된 하루 일과를 관찰 분석하고 도출된 인사이트를 앞에서 분석된 디지털기술 사례 중 어떤 기술과 서비스가 요양원 요양 서비스의 질적 개선을 지원할 가능성이 높고 어떻게 접목, 발전되어야 하는지 기술과 서비스의 진화 방향을 분석 도출하였다

토픽모델링을 이용한 재난 및 안전관리 동향 분석

미래 발생할 수 있는 재난 및 안전사고로부터 피해를 저감하기 위해서는 재난발생의 패턴을 예측하는 것뿐만 아니라 과거부터 지금까지 우리사회에서 논의되고 있는 재난 및 안전 분야의 이슈를 파악하고 문제점을 찾아내는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 토픽모델링 기법을 이용하여 재난 및 안전관리 분야의 동향을 분석하였다. ‘재난’, ‘안전’을 키워드로 검색하여 27년간(1990년-2016년) 배포된 뉴스기사를 수집하고, 토픽모델링을 이용하여 20개 주요 주제어를 도출하였다. 주제어들의 동향과 구조를 파악하기 위하여 시계열 분석 및 동시출현 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구는 재난 및 안전 분야 트렌드에 대한 이해를 높이고, 재난안전 분야의 제도적 정책마련을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In order to reduce the damage from future disasters and safety accidents, it is important not only to predict the patterns of disasters but also to identify the disasters and safety issues that have been discussed in our society from past to now. This study examines the trends of disaster and safety management areas using topic modeling analysis. We collected news articles released from 1990 to 2016 based on the keywords of ‘disaster’ and ‘safety’, and extracted 20 related topics. Moreover, we conducted time series analysis and co-occurrence networks analysis to examine trends and structure of topics in disaster and safety management areas. The results of this research could help understand current trends of disaster prevention and safety issues and provide valuable information in developing disaster policy framework.

최근 가상현실 시뮬레이션 기술은 컴퓨터 테크놀로지의 급속한 발달과 더불어 시각적 표현과 인터랙션의 성능은 정교화 되는 동시에, 고급 장비나 전문 지식에 의존하지 않고도 사실적인 구현이 가능한 단계까지 발전해 왔다. 본 연구는 저가의 비용으로도 가능한 가상현실 시뮬레이션 테크놀로지를 바탕으로, 시각적 현실감이 뛰어난 시뮬레이션으로 서비스 환경을 구현하여 제시함으로써 실제사용자 즉, 엔드유저의 감정적인 반응을 파악하고, 그러한 과정을 기존의 디자인 프로세스에 접목하는 방안을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서는 실제 레스토랑 디자인 프로젝트의 사례를 통해 가상현실 테크놀로지를 사용한 시뮬레이션의 구체적인 개발과정 및 적용과정을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 사용자 경험에 관한 데이터를 수집하고 분석하는 과정 그리고 시뮬레이션을 통한 결과 적용 시 고려해야 할 사항에 대해서 소개하고 있다. 본 연구는 사용자의 감정적인 반응이 중요시 되어야 하는 디자인 분야에 3차원 가상현실 시뮬레이션이 도입될 경우 유용한 지침을 제공할 수 있으리라 기대한다. Today`s Virtual Reality(VR) technology has become considerably more affordable and sophisticated with rapidly advancing computer technology. Photo-realistic visual representations along with real-time interactivity are now achievable without special programing knowledge and expensive equipment. The purpose of this paper is to establish how simple, credible user testing methods based on VR simulations can be utilized to improve design decision making towards more sensible design solutions for end-users. Results of a case study demonstrate the value of potential user-testing feedback in a simulated 3D virtual service space, i.e., restaurant interior. User feedback from the VR simulation includes preferences in table location, privacy, and values of seating preferred tables. A new design framework incorporating an empirical testing method for service spaces is presented. The overall design process, the development of the VE, and the user testing method and findings are discussed. This study provides useful guidances for future efforts in the areas where such technology may benefit to understand end-user feedbacks in design process.
