초음파 방법을 이용한 실리카 나노비드의 단층 정렬에 관한 연구

스토버 방법(St$\ddot{o}$ber method)을 이용하여 균일한 크기의 실리카 나노비드(silica nanobead)를 합성하였으며 초음파(sonication) 방법을 이용하여 분자 처리된 유리 기판 위에 실리카 나노비드를 단층(monolayer)으로 정렬시켰다. 유리기판위에 처리된 분자층은 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane (CP-TMS)와 polyethyleneimine (PEI)가 사용되어졌고 합성된 나노비드는 톨루엔에 분산시킨 뒤 초음파방법으로 유기기판위에 부착되어졌다. 수행되어진 초음파방법은 분자 처리된 유리 기판을 단독으로 사용하는 SO (sonication without stacking) 모드와 두 개의 깨끗한 유리 기판 사이에 분자 처리된 유리 기판을 삽입하여 사용하는 SS (sonnication with stacking) 모드로 구분지어 적용되었으며, 기판위에 정렬된 실리카 나노비드의 무게는 마이크로 저울(microbalance)을 이용하여 측정한 뒤 점유도(degree of coverage, DOC)를 계산하였다. 결론적으로, SO 모드에서는 DOC가 단기간에 가파르게 상승하여 140% 이상까지 도달했지만 다층(multi-layer)구조가 많이 발견되는 특징이 있었고, SS 모드에서는 DOC가 평형에 도달하는 시간이 SO 모드보다 느리게 진행되었지만 보다 밀집(close-packing)된 형태의 단층구조가 관측되었다. Uniform silica nanobeads were synthesized by St$\ddot{o}$ber method and assembled in the form of monolayer on glass substrate using sonication method. Before the assembly of silica nanobeads, glass substrates were treated with molecular linkers, such as CP-TMS and PEI, and nanobeads were dispersed in toluene. In attachment test, SO (sonication without stacking) method and SS (sonnication with stacking) method was used and sonication time was controled. After the experiment, microbalance was use to measure deviation between before and after the attachment experiment then calculate percent of coverage. Minutely observe with SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) then select the most close-packed and monolayer assembled cover glass and calculate DOC (Degree of Coverage). In SO method, DOC increased very sharply and reach over 140 percent point, also got lots of multi-layer region. On the other hand, in SS method DOC increased slower than SO method but more close-packed and monolayer assembled.

This paper presents miniaturized setback generators based on the conversion of mechanical energy into electrical energy for military applications, especially power supply for electronic fuzes. In order to minimize the volume of setback generators, a ring-shaped magnet enclosing a coil assembly is adopted. A mechanical safety system, shear plate, is used as a release mechanism of the setback generators to prevent the generators from operating accidentally. The setback generators are intended not to ignite an electrical detonator but to charge a capacitor which is capable of driving electronic circuit of fuze. We design the setback generators using the simulation results of an electromagnetic analysis tool, $Maxwell^{(R)}$ 2D. In experimental study, we perform safety tests of the shear plate and firing tests of the fabricated setback generators. The present setback generators show that the voltage of 14.2V is charged at the capacitor of $30{\mu}F$ within the charging time of 0.68msec and the critical acceleration for safety is 5,000G, thus verifying that the setback generators with a ring-shaped permanent magnet can be applicable to the power supply of small-caliber electronic fuze.

국내 미이용 바이오매스 순환유동층 연소에서 NO<sub>x</sub> 저감을 위한 air-staging 효과

Air emission charge for nitrogen oxide as a precursor of fine dust has been introduced and implemented within the country from 2020. Therefore, the development of economical combustion technology for NO<sub>x</sub> reduction has got more needed urgently. This study investigated the air-staging effect as a way to reduce the NO<sub>x</sub> during combustion of domestic unused forest biomass, recently possible to secure REC (Renewable Energy Certification) as a substitute for overseas wood pellets in a 0.1 MW<sub>th</sub> circulating fluidized bed combustion test-rig. Operating conditions were comparison with and without air-staging, the supply position of tertiary air (6.4 m, 8.1 m, 9.4 m in the combustor) and variation of air-staging ratio (Primary air:Secondary air:Tertiary air=91%:9%:0%, 82%:9%:9%, 73%:9%:18%). NO and CO concentrations in flue gas, profiles of temperature and pressure at the height of the combustion, unburned carbon in sampled fly ash and combustion efficiency on operating conditions were evaluated. As notable results, NO concentration with air-staging application under tertiary air supply at 9.4 m in the combustor reduced 100.7 ppm compared to 148.8 ppm without airstaging while, CO concentration increased from 52.2 ppm without air-staging to 99.8 ppm with air-staging. However, among air-staging runs, when tertiary air supply amount at 6.4 m in the combustor increased by air-staging ratio (Primary air:Secondary air:Tertiary air=73%:9%:18%), NO and CO concentrations decreased the lowest 90.8 ppm and 66.1 ppm, respectively. Furthermore, combustion efficiency at this condition was improved to 99.3%, higher than that (98.3%) of run without air-staging.

Ectopic pregnancy is an implantation of the fertilized ovum on a place except the endometrium. Most of the ectopic pregnancies are located at the fallopian tube. Only the 1.4% of ectopic pregnancies are abdominal pregnancies, of which only 15 cases of retroperitoneal pregnancies are reported all over the world. In this case, a 21-year-old woman presented with back pain and amenorrhrea for 5+2 weeks with no past history. During the laparoscopic operation, there was retroperitoneal hematoma which was located between right paracolic gutter and presacral area and there was no adnexal mass or free pelvic fl uid to be found. We stopped the operation and performed computed tomography angiography, in which small peripheral enhanced cystic lesion in pericaval space and large amount of hematoma in perirenal space were revealed. We performed explo-lapratomy, and eliminated the gestational sac which was located between the inferior vena cava and ureter. We report very rare case of retroperitoneal ectopic pregnancy with brief review of literature.
