We report a case of tuberculosis verrucosa cutis in a 33-year-old male patient who presented with mild itching verrucous plaque over the perineum. The Mantoux test revealed a positive reaction. The histophathologic picture consists of slight hyperkeratosis, irregular ac:anthosis overlying an inflammatory iafitrate in the dermis. Tuberculous granulomas with caseation necrosis were seen in the dermis. Tuber clebacillus was demonstrated. The patient was treated with Isoniazid, Rifampicin, and Pyrazine made for 6 months. To date, the skin lesions have markedly improved. (Kor J Dermatol 1994; 32(6): 1064-1067)

본 논문에서는 동영상에서 일련의 과정을 거쳐 얻었던 학습데이터를 보다 간편하고 빠른 속도로 획득하는 방법을 제안한다. 음성과 영상 스트림을 처리하는 ffmpeg을 이용해 영상을 프레임화하고, 딥 러닝 기반의 YOLO 알고리즘을 사용하여 객체를 검출한다.

To assess cell mediated immunity in herpes zoster patients, we evaluated delayed cutaneous hypersensitivity reactions by Multitest CMI kit in 120 herpes zoster patients and 40controls. Delayed cutaneous hypersensitivity reactions is quantified by a score (the sum of the diameters of induration) and a number of positive antigens at 48 hours. The results were summarized as follows: 1. In patient group, the average score were 10.8±6.42mm in men and 9.10±5.08mm in women. The average number of positive antigens were 3.38±1.38 in men and 2.58±1.41 in women (p< 0.05). 2. In control group, the average score were 16.60±4.34mm in men and 14.40±3.34mm in women. The average number of positive antigens were 3.80±0.81in men and 3.25±0.69 in women (p< 0.05). 3. The patient group had an average number of positive antigens significantly lower than that of control group (9.95±5.75mm for patients, 15.50±3.85mm for controls) (p<0.05). 4. The patient group had an average number of positive antigens significantly loxer than that of control group (2.98±1.38 for patient group, 3.25±0.75 for control group) (p<0.05). 5. Average score of patient group above 50 years of age (7.90±5.26mm) was significantly lover than that of patient group below 50 years of age (11.20±6.05mm) (p<0.05). 6. Average score of control group above 50years of age (13.09±4.20mm) was significantly lower than that of control group below 50 years of age (17.32±3.57mm) (p<0.05). 7. Average score of the patients had associated with hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hepatic diseases, were similar to that of other patients (8.10±5.82mm for hypertension, 8.97±4.98mm for diabetes mellitus, 9.25±6.32mm for hepatic diseases, 10.98±5.92mm for others). 8. Tuber was the antigen giving the strongest reaction and the highest reaction rate in both groups, while tetanus gave the lowest reaction rate in both groups. 9. The percentages of anergy were 205% in the patient group and zero% in the control group. The percentages of hypoanergy were 37.5% in the patient group and 0.5% in the control group.

The prevalence of PPNG among pretreated gonorrhea cases isolated at the STD clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul has been studied and reported annually since 1981. In 1991, 123 strains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 58(47.1%) were PPNG. In 1992, 98 starains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 51(52.0%) were PPNG. In all, 109(49.3%) strains were found to be PPNG among 221 strains isolated between 1991-1992. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul showed increased tendency till 1989, thereafter, it has been stationary or slightly decreasing.

족부백선환자에 있어 Terbinafine(Lamisil) 경구 투여 요법에 의한 치료경험

Terbinafine, a new orally allylamine derivative antifungal agent, in compared to itraconazole in patients with tinea pedis. Sixty-six patients with mycologically (microscopy and culture) proven tinea pedis were enrolled in this study terbinafine group 33, tiraconazole group 33). Terbinafine was given at 250mg once daily for 2 weeks and itraconazole was given at 100mg once daily for 4 weeks. Of these, 44 patients were evaluable for drug efficacy (terbinafine group 22, itraconazole group 22). Using the scores (absent=0, mild =q, moderate=2, severe=3), clinical signs and symptoms were assessed weekly for 4 weeks in both group. Mycological culture and microscopy (KOH) were carried out at the end of therapy and 2 weeks later in terbinafine group, and every 2 weeks during therapy in itraconazole group. At 2 weeks, five of twenty=two (22.7%) of terbinafine group and 4 of 22 (18.1%) itraconazole group were mycologically negative (microscopy or culture). Fourteen of twenty-two (63.6%) of terbnafine group and 15 of 22 (68.1%) of itraconazole group were negative at 4 weeks. Clinical sings and symptoms improved but there was no statistical difference between terbinafine and itraconazole group. Mycological and clinical results were simillar in both group and this results we suggest possibility of short term therapy of terbinafine in tinea pedis.
