십우도(十牛圖) 단계를 활용한 미술치료프로그램이 중년여성의 영성에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study is to validate the effect of art therapy programs using the stages of Shipwoodo on spirituality of middle aged women. Thus, this study presented the research question on the effects of art therapy program using stage of Shipwoodo based on theories of Shipwoodo, art therapy, spirituality on spirituality and tree test representing in-depth self image of middle aged women. The subjects were middle aged women who were recruited through announcements on the homepage of a child development center in A city. Eight subjects who answered only the survey were assigned to a control group and six subjects who wanted to participate in the program were assigned to a test group .Pre-tests of spirituality and the tree test were performed. A total of 14 sessions of the art therapy program using the stages of Shipwoodo were given to a test group. Any treatment was given to a control group. In order to examine the effects on research question after treatment, post-tests were performed with spirituality and tree test. Mixed ANOVA was performed to validate the effectiveness of the program by using SPSS v12.0 statistical package program. As the results of this study, spirituality was significantly increased in a test group experiencing art therapy using the stages of Shipwoodo than those in a control group. In the tree test, internal resources and core emotions, maturity of personality, ability to cope with reality and major desires could be identified. According to results of the tree test, contents analyzed based on sub-factors of spirituality in terms of representation of essential parts of a tree, balance, size, writing pressure and quality of lines, attitude of the picture and contents of picture were positively changed. Thus, it was found that the practical experience representing self-image, life and the process of re-awareness, opening the self, exchanging the information and communicating with others within a group using art with concept, understanding the structure of actions of mind and process of changes in self-awareness was effective on improvements on spirituality. On the other hand, the total score for spirituality was significantly improved in a test group compared with that in the pre-test, but among sub-factors of spirituality, the awareness was not significantly changed. Since awareness of spirituality is to recognize and experience the important internal and external incidents occurring in self environment, there are limitations to achieve significant change through a short-term program. This study is significant, since it shared the tendency and context of recent counseling and psychotherapy studies and developments in the therapy model appropriate for Oriental culture and emotion and it presented the program appropriate for developmental characteristics of middle aged women in art therapy as the measure to establish the internal environment appropriate to get over psychological crisis and pursue true happiness in the process of development of middle aged women.
면역조직화학법과 In situ Hybridization 조직화학법을 이용한 흰쥐 시상하부 GnRH 펩타이드와 GnRH mRNA 의 동정

Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were employed at the tissue sections for identification of GnRH peptide and GnRH mRNA.Hypothalamus from normal female rats was dissected out after perfusion of 396 neutral buffered paraformaldehyde through the ascending aorta. After rinsing in 3096 sucrose containing 0.02% diethyl pyrocarbonate, frozen sections were cut in a cryo stat at 10 μm. For immunohistochemical staining, anti-GnRH and biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG were used, and in situ hybridization was performed with ^(35)S-labeled GnRH oligonucleotide probe. By these morphological approaches, GnRH appeared as brown-colored granules in the cytoplasm of GnRH neurons and GnRH mRNA was localized as clusters of dark silver grains in the preoptic a rea of rat hypothalamus. Silver grains were also observed at the cells which revealed negative re sponse to anti-GnRH.
Na-K-ATPase 活性度에 對한 Cyclophosphamide의 影響

The sodium and postassium ion-stimulated adenosine triphoshatase(Na-K-ATPase) is the membrane-embedded enzyme responsible for the active transport of sodium and potassium ions through the cell membrane. And this enzyme is an electrogenic pump, transporting 3Na^+ for 2K^+, and is specifically inhibited by the cardiac glycoside, ouabain. Cyelophosphamide to be be used in chemotherapy of neoplastic disease, is generally useful in the treatment of lymphomas, acute lymphocytic leukemia in children, and some solid tumors. This study was attempted to investigate the effects of cyclophorphamide on Na-K-ATPase activity in the red cell ghosts of the rabbits. The results are summarized as follows. 1. Na-K-ATPase activity was significantly inhibited by cyclophosphamide at dose of 20.Omg/ml. 2. Ginseng water extract was significantly decreased the inhibited degree of Na-K-ATPase activity by cyclophosphamide. 3. Mg-ATPase had not any effect under the presence of cyclophosphamide with Ginseng extract or not. From the above results, it suggested that cyclophosphamide inhibited directly Na-K-ATPase activity and ginseng water extract enhanced the inhibited the enzymatic activity.
CFD 검증을 위한 손상 선박의 횡동요 감쇠 운동 및 파중 6자유도 운동에 대한 실험적 연구

Minimizing loss of life, pollution, crime and terrorism response become a big social issue in the world recently. Therefore ship owners as well as insurers and classification society are increasingly interested in ship's stability. Especially, the damaged ship's stability in seaway is quite important because international rules and regulations are becoming stricter with the increasing number of cruise ship. However, the assessment of the damaged stability is a very complicated issue because of the interaction between the floodwater motion and the ship's behavior. Nowadays, it is widely acknowledged that computational fluid dynamics (CFD) methods are the only viable approach to simulate and analyze the coupled motion of ship and floodwater. Although many research activities are being reported on the damage stability recently, most of them are not designed for validation of CFD studies. In this study, well-designed model tests are performed to build a CFD validation database, which is essential in developing better CFD methods for the damage stability assessment. The geometry of the damaged compartment and test conditions are determined based on preliminary CFD simulations by using a CFD code, CFDSHIP-IOWA. To investigate the ship's stability, free roll decay test should be preceded. In this study, free roll decay tests in calm water with both intact and damaged ships have been performed and the roll motion characteristics are compared. After performing the free roll decay tests, 6 degree of freedom tests have been performed in intact condition. In 6 degree of freedom tests, soft spring mooring system is designed because the model ship drifts due to the waves.
