Description of Two Wolf Spiders (Araneae: Lycosidae) from Korea

Arctosa yasudai (Tanaka, 2000) and Pardosa isago Tanaka, 1977 belonging to Lycosidae were captured by pitfall trap in rice field and apple orchard during the intensive survey of arthropod fauna of agricultural ecosystem in Korea. Taxonomic descriptions for two species are presented with diagnostic illustration.

1950년대 여성 기행가사 속 소풍과 풍정(風情) 재현의 의미-<유람기>를 중심으로-

Since the 1960s, entertainment and the contents of entertainment have been expanding in women' travel gasa. By the way, the women 's travel gasa in the 1950s provides an inflection point for this change. In this paper, focusing on <Yuramgi> which traveled to Haein temple in Gaya mountain in 1959, I analyzed how the beginning of the time that “enjoying” became important in the trip. The writer of the work <Yuramgi> expressed this trip as a picnic and reflected the character of the trip was settled into the leisure of everyday life that was able to leave with a light heart. While recreating the scenery and historic sites of the tourist resort of Kaya Mountain Haeinsa, the recreation of entertainment and events is prominent. Especially, it expresses emotions of conflict by dealing specifically with the emotional transition of 'I' through the description of casual events and entertainment. In 1950 's women' s travel gasa, new 'pungjeong' is highlighted along with 'pungryu' which was the traditional culture style. The pungjeong has significance as an active self-expression act of fascination and play. Now, the pursuit of pleasure reveals that it is fun to play well, which is in harmony with the consciousness to get rid of the weight of norms and to enjoy the emancipation. Along with this, my vision is becoming foreground. From the manifestations of conflicts and complaints that have been silent to subjective evaluations, I try to reveal my inner self in relation to myself. This reflects the awareness that my own enjoyment is important in travel. 1960년대 이후 여성 기행가사에는 오락과 유흥의 내용이 확장되고 있는데, 이러한 변화를 가져온 변곡점은 1950년대 기행가사 작품들이다. 본 논문에서는 안동에 사는 여성이 1959년에 가야산 해인사를 여행하고 지은 <유람기>를 중심으로, 여행에서 ‘즐기는 것’이 중요해졌던 시각의 시작이 어떠했는지 보고자 하였다. 작품 <유람기>의 작가는 이번 여행을 소풍으로 표현하고 있어, 여행이 가벼운 마음으로 떠날 수 있었던 일상의 여가로 자리잡았음을 보여준다. 작가는 가야산 해인사의 경관과 고적을 보고하면서도 여흥과 사건을 중점적으로 재현한다. 이때 우연한 사건과 여흥을 묘사하면서 ‘나’의 감정적 추이를 구체적으로 다루는 가운데 갈등의 감정들을 표현하고 있다. 1950년대 여성 기행가사에서는 기왕의 문화 양식이었던 ‘풍류’와 함께 새롭게 ‘풍정’을 강조한다. 아 풍정은 흥취를 즐기며 놀이에 적극적으로 참여하는 태도를 지시하며 자기표현으로서의 의의를 지닌다. 이는 재미있게 잘 노는 것이 중요하다는 쾌락의 추구를 보여주며 이는 규범의 무게에서 벗어나 분방하게 즐기고자 하는 의식을 반영한다. 이와 함께 이 시기 여행 체험에는 나의 시각이 전경화 되고 있다. 그동안 침묵해왔던 갈등과 불만의 표출로부터 일행에 대한 주관적인 평가에 이르기까지 나와의 관계성 속에서 내면을 드러내고 있다. 이는 여행에서 나 자신의 즐거움이 중요하다는 자각을 반영한다.

Description of Two Unrecorded Spiders (Arachnida: Araneae) from Korea

Two newly recorded spiders, Cheiracanthium lascivum Karsch, 1879 of Eutichuridae and Gnaphosa kamurai Ovtsharenko, Platnick and Song, 1992 of Gnaphosidae are described and illustrated from Korea.

Effective frequency-dependent anchoring coefficient and rotational viscosity of nematic liquid crystals

The effective rotational viscosity and polar anchoring coefficient of a nematic liquid crystal were determined using electro-optical response by changing the frequency of the electric field in the kilohertz range. Both quantities monotonically decreased with an increase in the frequency and converged to a certain value at several tens of kilohertz. The effective rotational viscosity changes more than the order of magnitude in experimental range. On the other hand, the effective value of anchoring coefficient changes several times. We tried to explain the trends with the effect of an electric field induced by the motion of ionic impurity in liquid crystal.

Serum Cystatin C Reflects the Progress of Albuminuria

Background: Research on the relationship between urinary albumin excretion and serum cystatin C in diabetes is restricted to cross-sectional studies. In this study, we investigated how well serial measurements of serum cystatin C level reflect changes in the urinary albumin excretion rate. Methods: We enrolled and retrospectively collected data on 1,058 participants with type 2 diabetes who were older than 18 years and who had more than 3 years of follow-up with serial measurements of albuminuria and serum cystatin C at an outpatient clinic. Results: With the use of a linear mixed model, we found that the albuminuria level for each patient over time corresponded with the annual change in serum cystatin C-based estimated glomerular filtration rate (cysC-eGFR) but did not correspond with the creatinine-based eGFR calculated by the modification of diet in renal disease formula (MDRD-eGFR). The discrepancy in the direction of the trend was smaller with cysC-eGFR than with MDRD-eGFR. Conclusion: Serum cystatin C level reflects the trend in albuminuria level more accurately than serum creatinine level in Korean type 2 diabetes mellitus patients

김호식 박사의 생애와 신학 연구

David Ho-sik Kim was born in 1935 in Yesan, South Chung Cheong Province and entered this university. At this university he entered theology by Tae-guk Kang who founder of this university and became to walk the path of theologian. He expanded the academic career to political science and law While walking the path of theologian and was a true theologian who wrote more than 30 theological books. Also proclaiming the line of the nondenominational independent church, he was the dean of the university, the first president of the university, the graduate school with the spirit of wheat grain and an educational administrator who devoted himself to theological education as well as a pastor who was in charge of the ministry's mission as a pastor of the Bible University Church. The basis of his theological idea is God’s inspired Words based on the tradition of the Reformation and the frame work of his theological ideas is God's absolute sovereignty. And at the heart of theological ideas is gospel of Jesus Christ based on the finished work of Jesus Christ and the character of his theological Ideas is protestant conservative orthodoxy. And the hallmark of his theology is nondenominational independent churchism in ecclesiology and the premillennial theory based on the grammatical and historical interpretation of the bible in the eschatology. He was a true protestant conservative orthodox theologian until he passed away on November 18, 2021 and he is a living witness of this University, marking the 70th anniversary of its foundation. 김호식은 1935년 7월 20일 충남 예산에서 태어나 본 대학에 입학하여 본 대학의 설립자 에 의하여 신학에 입문하여 신학자로서의 첫 발을 내딛었다. 그는 신학 뿐 아니라 정치학과 법학을 공부하여 신학의 지평을 확장하면서 30여 권의 신학 서적을 저술한 조직 신학자였다. 그는 초교파 독립교회 노선을 천명하며 밀알정신을 갖춘 복음전도자를 양성하고자 하는 본 대학의 학장으로, 초대 총장으로, 그리고 초대 대학원장으로 재직하며 신학 교육에 매진하였던 교육자였으며, 미국에 체류하는 동안은 한인교회를 개척하였고 귀국하여서는 성서대학교회 담임목사로 목회의 사명을 감당하였던 목회자였다. 그의 신학 사상의 근본은 종교개혁 전통에 근거한 성서에 있으며 신학 사상의 틀은 하나님 절대주권주의이다. 그의 신학 사상의 핵심은 예수 그리스도의 완성된 십자가의 역사에 근거한 예수 그리스도의 복음에 있으며 신학 사상의 성격은 개신교 보수정통주의이다. 또한 그의 신학 사상의 특성은 교회론에 있어서는 초교파 독립교회주의와 종말론에 있어서는 세대주의적 전 천년설주의이다. 성경의 축자완전영감설과 무오성을 중시하였던 그는 2021년 11월 18일 하나님의 부르심을 받기까지 조직신학자로서 노선을 올곧게 걸어간 진정한 하나님의 사람이었으며 개교 70년 주년을 맞이하는 본 대학의 산 증인이다.

규제개선을 통한 글로벌 교육서비스산업 시장 창조의 경제적 효과

This study explores the ways to facilitate the educational service industry in Korea through the deregulation for the establishment of foreign educational institutions. The study particularly aims at suggesting policy guidelines to reduce the disproportionate regulatory burdens on the educational service industry to create new markets as well as analyzing their economic impacts. The study emphasizes providing foreign educational institutions with incentives by amending unnecessarily tightened regulations such as prohibition of profit repartriation. The study suggests “No Regulation Free Investment Zone” to be established in the Seoul Metropolitan area. This promotion will be an effective measure to absorb the overheated demand for studying abroad while relieve the concerns over introducing a market-oriented system in the educational service industry. Also, the study suggests that the government fully function as a bridge linking foreign educational institutions and investors rather than itself directly providing financial support to foreign educational institutions. According to the study’s estimates, the alleviation of regulation would create 93,000 jobs and the effect on production inducement worth 8.5 trillion won by 2020. 본 연구는 교육서비스산업의 새로운 시장을 창조하기 위한 목적으로 외국교육기관 및 해외유학생 국내유치를 위한 규제개선 방안을 모색하였다. 특히, 교육서비스산업 현장 면담을 통해 효율적인 규제개선 과제를 발굴하였고, 이를 통한 경제적 파급효과의 규모를 추정하였다. 본 연구에 의하면 영리법인에 대한 과실 송금 허용, 외국교육기관들에 대한 하부 시행안 및 세부 규정 등 불필요한 규제의 개선을 통해 해외 교육기관이 국내에 투자할 유인을 제공하는 것이 중요한 과제 중 하나이다. 또한 본 연구는 실험적 성격이 강한 ‘서비스산업 무규제 투자자유구역’의 수도권 설립을 제안하였다. 이는 교육산업에 영리추구라는 경제원리가도입되면 공공성이 훼손될 것이란 우려를 최소화하면서 해외수요의 국내유치 효과를 실험할 수 있는 좋은 장치가 될 것이다. 그 외에도 정부는 해외 교육기관에 직접적인 재정지원을 하기 보다는 해외교육기관과 투자자를 연결시켜주는 역할에 충실해야 함을 강조하였다. 본 연구의 추정에 의하면 규제개선을 통해 해외 교육기관의 국내 투자유인이 증가하고, 정부의 유치 전략이 효율적으로 추진될 경우 2020년까지 교육 서비스업에 약 8조 5천억 원의 생산유발효과가 발생하고 9만 3천 개의 일자리가 창출될 것으로 전망된다.

일립 강태국의 성령관 연구

This study deals with the understanding of Holy Spirit of Il Lip Tae-Kook Kang, the founder of Korean Bible University who began to travel the lonely journey of the non-denominational church solely based on the Bible, rejecting the dissolution of churches and the religious body back in the early 1950's. Tae-Kook Kang's understanding of the Holy Spirit, which has currently been degraded to only being a tool for the material growth of the church and is severely distorted, is the following: firstly, the Holy Spirit is One of the Trinity, the Creator of the universe and mankind. Secondly, the Holy Spirit is the Personified God proceeding from the God the Father and God the Son. Thirdly, the Holy Spirit completed the redemption of mankind with the God who planned it and the Christ upon whom it is based. Fourthly, towards such end the Holy Spirit directly assisted in the whole of Jesus' mission. Fifthly, the Holy Spirit assisted the disciples in recording Jesus' mission and the works of His disciples to proclaim that Jesus is the only truth, and to witness Christ's redemption of the cross and His resurrection. Sixthly, the Holy Spirit rebukes and makes to repent the fallen mankind, and helps to gain salvation for those who are made new in their belief in Jesus Christ. Finally, the baptism of the Holy Spirit is the seal of the Holy Spirit on one who has become a child of God, and is the gift of the Holy Spirit to help him function as a member of the church body in continually living the altruistic Christian spiritual life, in total self-denial and for others. Such understanding of the Holy Spirit by Tae-Kook Kang was the spiritual awakening for man and Church who believed in the supremacy of gifts of the Holy Spirit. In conclusion, Il Lip Tae-Kook Kang held the Trinitarian and Christological view of the Holy Spirit, solely based on the Protestant tradition, and the non-denominational church was the realization of his faith.
