        점포의 유형과 소비자의 이용행태의 관계에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 미용실의 운영유형을 두 가지(프랜차이즈 미용실, 일반 미용실)로 구분하고, 선택의 중요요소(시설이용, 서비스이용)에 어떤 차이가 존재하는 지를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로는 “고객집단(일반 미용실, 프랜차이즈 미용실 이용)에 따라 시설만족 요인에 대한 중요도 인식과 만족도 인식에는 차이가 있을 것이다(가설1), 고객집단(일반 미용실, 프랜차이즈 미용실 이용)에 따라 서비스만족 요인에 대한 중요도 인식과 만족도 인식에는 차이가 있을 것이다(가설2), 고객집단(일반 미용실, 프랜차이즈 미용실 이용)과 고객충성도(충성집단, 미충성집단)에 따라 시설 만족요인에 대한 중요도와 만족도에는 차이가 있을 것이다(가설3), 고객집단(일반 미용실, 프랜차이즈 미용실 이용)과 고객충성도(충성집단, 미충성집단)에 따라 서비스만족요인에 대한 중요도와 만족도에는 차이가 있을 것이다(가설4)”와 같은 4개의 가설을 검증하는 것이다. 분석된 결과에 따르면, 고객들은 이용하는 미용실의 유형에 따라서 기대하는 바가 상대적인 차이를 갖고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 일반적으로 프랜차이즈 형태의 미용실을 이용하는 고객들은 일반 미용실 이용고객에 비해 상대적으로 많은 횟수를 방문하며, 방문시 이용하는 금액 역시도 더 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 프랜차이즈 이용고객들은 더 많은 비용을 지불하는 만큼 더 많은 서비스와 시설수준을 기대하는 것도 사실이다. 따라서 미용실을 운영하는 경영자는 유형에 따라서 상이한 소비자들의 기대를 충분히 이해하고 이에 기반한 적합한 경영전략을 세워 실행하는 것이 필요할 것으로 본다.

        다매체 활용을 위한 뷰티작품 연구 -로코코 시대를 중심으로-

        A study on beauty work for mutimedia approach with a -focus on Rococo era- Han, Ji Sun/Yoo, Yoo Jung Regardless of the age, to adorn body or face through a decoration for all women is the method to present her beauty and the way of esthetic expression. The decorative elements and the feminine and glamorous beauty culture of the Rococo in the 18th century are the good theme in the modern, which is applied in all area such as fashion, movie, drama, music video and so on, therefore the beauty culture of the Rococo is able to be the motive of the trend to represent the modern women`s beauty. In this study, I concentrated on the dress, hair style, make-up, accessory of the Rococo, which is the most feminine and glamorous era in the middle ages of Europe, I want it to be the basic data about the beauty culture and in the beauty design area creating the new trend and mutimedia area. Therefore in this study, I classified and considered the socio-cultural background and beauty culture of the Rococo in the 18th century according to the dress, hair style, make-up, accessory. I made the work in conformity with the beauty culture of the Rococo applied to the modern beauty. The two works reinterpreting the beauty culture of the Rococo in the 18th century modernly are as follows. First, in the work Ⅰ(the hair and make-up applying the Marie Antoinette`s style), I expressed the curve of the Rococo style by lowering the Marie Antoinette`s hair style lifted high to the occipital region, the feminine glamour by using flowers symbolizing beautiful women. I also expressed the moderate ladyishness in the make-up by using a bright skin tone and the exaggerated lipstick of orange color. Second, in the work Ⅱ(the hair and patch make-up applying the Pompadour`s style), I expressed the ladyishness by fixing a pearl necklace on a neat and luxuriant hair applying the Pompadour`s style. I also expressed a bright skin tone of the Rococo and did patch make-up by using color stone on a lip like a rose. I want this study on the beauty culture of the Rococo in the 18th century to contribute to the beauty design and mutimedia area creating the diversity of th beauty arts and the new trend.

        피부관리실 이용자 만족도 및 재방문의사 결정요인에 대한 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 피부관리실을 이용하는 대학생들의 시설이용 만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 발굴하여 피부관리실 이용에 있어서의 대중화를 위한 마케팅전략을 강구할 때 참고자료로 활용할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 연구목적의 달성을 위하여 선행연구검토, 다양한 경험적 분석 및 종합적 논의를 하였으며, 실증분석 방법으로는 요인분석을 통해 도출한 요인변수를 활용한 다중회귀분석 방법을 이용하였다. 연구결과 시설환경요인, 인적요인, 비용절감요인 및 비용효과요인 등이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이와 같은 요인들을 적극적으로 관리할 수 있는 마케팅전략을 강구할 필요가 있을 것이다.

        로버트 가네(Robert Mills Gagné)의 학습이론을 활용한 헤어 컬러링 단원 지도 방안 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to develop and evaluate a teaching and learning guidance plan applying the learning theory of Gagné with emphasis on the hair coloring unit of the hair dressing curriculum according to the 2007Revised Curriculum Guide. In addition, according to applying 9 instructional events of Gagné, a teaching-learning guidance plan of the hair coloring unit was developed and then propriety of the teaching-learning guidance plan developed through the incumbent high school beauty culture teachers was evaluated. As results of the research,first the teaching-learning guidance plan according to 9 instructional events of Gagné was composed of a total of 2 hours. Second, the results from the verification of propriety for the current high school beauty culture teachers are as following. Furthermore, the class activity contents were appropriately suggested by Gagné’s instructional events and were systematically structured. In conclusion, this research expects to be basic data more efficient to the teaching-learning guidance field of beauty culture education by developing a teaching-learning guidance plan of the hair coloring unit based on the systematic and concrete Gagné’s learning theory.

        뷰티(美)산업의 성공전략 분석 고찰(한국콜마를 대상으로)

        Kolmar Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called 'Kolmar Korea') was originally established in joint management with Kolmar Japan in 1990. It has led research and development activities in Korean cosmetics market and has also played a major role in industrial specialization based on Original Development Manufacturing (ODM). Even in the face of aggressive marketing unrolled by multinational corporations with massive capital and advanced technical power, Kolmar Korea has contributed much to preparing a technical foundation of Korean cosmetics market. Based on the technical and productional knowhow of Kolmar Global Network that holds a centennial tradition of research and development, Kolmar Korea has played a leading role in changing the cosmetics production market of Korean cosmetics industry into a technical market. The knowhow of Kolmar Korea's capacity and growth motive can be outlined as follows: First, it has been leading development-oriented ODM industry. Secondly, it has rapidly acquired latest global information with the help of its global network. Thirdly, it has converged on research and development (R&D) and has been still developing high performance and high value-added products owing to steady investment.

        루브릭의 적용이 학업 성취도에 미치는 영향 -NCS 기반 피부미용 교과 ‘모델링 마스크하기’ 중심으로

        This study examined the effects of the rubric, developed for the ‘Modeling mask’ subject out of the NCS skin-beauty ‘Face pack-mask’ learning modules, on the academic achievement of 40 high school sophomores. The results are described as follows. First, the rubric was developed by establishing the practice plan, practice process, practice result, and practice attitude as evaluation items according to the achievement standards of the skin beauty subject 'Modeling mask' unit. Second, the suitability of the ‘modeling mask’ rubric for students, teachers, and experts was verified for reasons that included high ‘results availability’ and ‘understanding of the evaluation tool’. Third, no difference in pre-evaluation of academic achievement was observed for the comparative group, to whom the rubric was not provided, and the experimental group, who received the rubric. Fourth, meaningful differences in the prepost evaluation on the ‘modeling mask diagram’ in the practice plan and ‘working posture’ in the practice process were observed in the comparative group. Fifth, meaningful differences in the pre-post evaluation of all items, practice plan, process, results, and attitude were observed in the experimental group. Application of the rubric to the ‘modeling mask’ evaluation resulted in improvement of students’ academic achievement. The findings of this study demonstrated that development and application of a rubric for performance assessment for practice subjects can result in more effective learning outcomes.

        여대생의 자각하는 유·수분 정도에 따른 안면 피부상태 분석

        Recently, there has been a strong demand for healthy skin and good looking. However, the incorrect perception of skin conditions can cause side effects at selection of cosmetics and during skin management. Therefore,this study has measured and analyzed skin conditions (sebum, moisture, pH, melanin and erythema) by the perceived sebum and moisture conditions on the face against college women. According to analysis on perceived sebum and skin conditions, there was difference between a group with more-than-average sebum contents and a group with a lack of sebum in terms of sebum levels. In the forehead and around the eyes, the sebum level was high in the group with more-than-average sebum contents. According to skin analysis by the perceived moisture level, melanin was significantly high in a group with more-than-average moisture in the chin only. In case of skin analysis values, no significant difference was found between the two groups in which moisture was perceived. Therefore, it’s been confirmed that there is no difference in skin conditions by the facial region. Even though the perception of sebum conditions was matched with sebum levels, the perception of moisture conditions was not matched with skin conditions. Therefore, it appears that it is necessary to select cosmetics and manage skin through scientific analysis instead of depending on the subjective perception of skin conditions.
