이 연구는 체조 지도자의 자질과 선수태도의 관계를 구명하는데 연구의 목적이 있었다. 이를 위하여 제66회 전국 종별선수권대회와 제36회 KBS배 전국체조대회에 출전한 203명의 체조 선수를 집락무선표집(stratified cluster random sampling)하였으며 SPSS 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA) 그리고 표준중다회귀분석(standard multiple regression analysis)을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 지도자의 자질과 선수태도는 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있다. 둘째, 체조 지도자의 자질은 선수태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The objective of this study is to reveal the relation between the gymnastic coaches`` qualification and the athletes`` attitude. In order to achieve such study objective, this study conducted the stratified cluster random sampling for 203 gymnastic athletes who have participated in the 66th National Gymnastics Championship and the 36th KBS National Gymnastics Competition after completing the player registration in Korea Gymnastic Association. Using the SPSS PC+ 15.0 Version for WINDOWS statistical program, the descriptive statistic, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA and the standard multiple regression analysis were conducted. First, there are partially significant differences in the coaches`` qualification and the athlete``s attitude in accordance with the demographic characteristics. Second, the gymnastic coaches`` qualification and the athletes`` attitude have significant effect. The effect of the gymnastic coaches`` qualification on the athletes`` attitude is the partially still effect on leader satisfaction, value accord, leader effect and additional efforts.

체조 올림픽 메달리스트가 인식한 국가대표 지도자의 교육자적 자질

본 연구는 체조 올림픽 메달리스트들이 인식해 온 국가대표 지도자의 교육자적 자질을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 통하여 체조 올림픽 메달리스트들은 자신들을 지도해온 국가대표 지도자들의 자질을 어떻게 인식하고 있었으며, 그 인식을 교육적인 관점에서 바라보는 데 중점을 두었다. 올림픽 체조 메달리스트 3인을 연구 참여자로 선정하고, 그들을 지도한 국가대표 지도자에 대한 인식을 심층면담을 통하여 연구 자료를 수집하였다. 심층면담의 질문은 연구 참여자들이 인식하는 전문체육지도자들이 가져야하는 자질과, 그들이 경험한 체조 국가대표지도자들의 자질 등으로 구성되었다. 수집한 자료를 질적 연구 분석방법인 귀납적 분석방법으로 범주화하고 분석하였으며, 삼각검증법을 통해 자료의 진실성을 확보하였다. 올림픽체조메달리스트들의 국가대표지도자에 대한 인식은 첫째, 선수를 지도하기 위한 자질을 가져야 한다는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체조국가대표지도자에 대한 아쉬움을 말하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현재 변화하고 있는 체조국가대표지도자로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구는 체조 국가대표지도자의 전문성이 온전히 발휘되기 위해서 선수들과의 소통을 통해 선수개개인에게 도움이 될 수 있는 맞춤형 훈련을 고안하는 것이 중요하다는 점과 선수의 부상에 적극적으로 대처하는 지도자의 자세, 그리고 경기력이 우선인 국가대표팀이지만 선수의 삶을 진정성 있게 바라보며 이끌어 줄 수 있는 지도자가 필요하다는 점이 본 연구의 결론이었다. The purpose of the present study was to investigate gymnastic Olympic medalists’perspectives on national team coaches’educational qualification focusing on how they educate national gymnastic team’s athletes with wide range of educational standpoints. Three olympic medalists participated in the study and in-depth interviews were conducted with them for data collection. Collected data were analyzed by analytical induction and triangulation for trust- worthiness was conducted by member checking of collected data. Based on the data analysis, the study found that participants believe national team coach should have not only expertise for improving athletes’performance but also abilities for guiding athletes to right direction for their future as a professional sportsman. Participants pointed out rich experience, determination, ability to communicate with players, unshakable trust, expertise in dealing with injuries as educator qualities of the artistic national gymnastics team. However participants of the study criticized the lack of national team coaches’ instructional philosophy and training methodological consistency as desired things. According to the result, the present study concluded that national gymnastic athletes expect coaches’educational qualification for not only their athletic performance but future design. Also national team coaches have made efforts to improve their educational qualification regarding to athletes’demands, but their educational philosophy and instructional strategy leave much to be desired.

대양을 운행하는 선박의 최적 항로에 대한 기존의 연구와는 다르게, 본 연구에서는 연안을 운행하는 선박의 항로 계획을 위한 최적화 방법을 제안하였다. 일반적으로 연안을 운행하는 여객선의 경우 허가 받은 항로를 기준으로 항로에 표시된 변침점을 따라 운행한다. 따라서본 연구에서는 변침점 사이의 속도를 결정하기 위한 제동 동력과 시간을 고려한 목적 함수를 제안하였고, 목포와 제주를 오가는 여객선의 실제 항로에 본 연구에서 제안한 방법을 적용하여 최적의 속도를 결정하였다 Unlike previous studies on the optimum route of the ship operating on th ocean, this study proposed an optimization method for the route planning of the ship operating on the coast. In general, passenger ships on the coast navigate along the waypoints indicated in the authorized route. Therefore this study propose objective function considering the braking power and time to determine the speed between waypoints, and the optimum speed was determined by applying the proposed method to the actual route of the passenger ship between Mokpo and J eju.
