제주도의 지속적인 전력수요 증가에 능동적으로 대처하고자 육지-제주간 초고압 직류연계(HVDC) 추가 건설사업이 추진 중에 있다. 초고압 직류 송전계통을 신뢰성 있게 운전하기 위해 양측 변환소에 설치될 제어 및 감시계통간 정보전송로의 확보는 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 고품질, 대용량화 되어가는 전력데이터를 안정적으로 전송하고 해저케이블 고장감시 및 향후 정보통신 분야의 부가가치 창출을 위한 최적의 해저광통신케이블을 소개하고자 한다.

지자체의 경쟁적인 지역 특산물 육성 노력과 함께 고부가가치 농산물 생산에 대한 정책이 전국으로 확대되어 시설재배 농업 면적이 지속적으로 증가하는 추세에 있다. 시설 재배는 농업은 비닐하우스 등 시설의 도입으로 전통적인 노지재배와는 상이한 유출 특성을 있음에도 불구하고 비점오염의 지하침투 및 유출에 관한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시설재배와 관행재배 지역의 지하침투 오염부하량을 평가하기 위하여 주변 영향이 배제되어 시설재배와 관행재배의 비교 평가 가능한 포장 및 광역 단위 시험포장을 선정하였다. 물수지 모니터링을 위하여 강우량, 지하수위, 토양수분 및 관개량을 측정하기 위한 장비를 설치하였다. 또한 토양수 및 지하수 수질 분석을 분석하기 위한 토양수분, 지하수, 토양수 및 침투량 등의 수질샘플망을 구축하였다. 향후 본 시험포장에 대한 지속적인 모니터링과 샘플링 실시하여 다양한 항목에 대한 조사 및 분석이 이루어진다면 시설재배로 인한 지하수의 수질 영향 및 오염부하량 모델링의 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
LARS-WG를 이용한 기후변화에 따른 논벼 증발산량 산정

Climate change due to global warming possibly effects the agricultural water use in terms of evapotranspiration. Thus, to estimate rice evapotranspiration under the climate change, future climate data including precipitation, minimum and maximum temperatures for 90 years ($2011{\sim}2100$), were forecasted using LARS-WG. Observed 30 years ($1971{\sim}2000$) climate data and climate change scenario based on SRES A2 were prepared to operate the LARS-WG model. Using these data and FAO Blaney-Criddle method, reference evapotranspiration and rice evapotranspiration were estimated for 9 different regions in South Korea and rice evapotranspiration of 10 year return period was estimated using frequency analysis. As the results of this study, rice evapotranspiration of 10 year return period increased 1.56%, 5.99% and 10.68% for each 30 years during $2011{\sim}2100$ (2025s; $2011{\sim}2040$, 2055s; $2041{\sim}2070$, 2085s; $2071{\sim}2100$) demonstrating that the increased temperature from the climate change increases the consumptive use of crops and agricultural water use.
HVDC 적용을 위한 MMC 기반 Back-to-Back 컨버터의 스위칭레벨 동작분석

This paper describes a switching-level operation analysis of BTB(Back-To-Back) converter for HVDC(high voltage DC) application based on MMC(modular multi-level converter). A switching-level operation analysis for BTB converter is very important to understand the converter operation in detail and check the voltage and current transients in each components. However, the development of switching-level simulation model for the actual size BTB Converter is very difficult because the MMC normally has more than 150 sub-modules for each arm. So, a switching level simulation model for the 11-level MMC-based BTB converter was developed with PSCAD/EMTDC software, which has 12 sub-modules for the positive arm and another 12 sub-modules for the negative arm. The DC-voltage balance algorithm, the circulating-current reduction algorithm, the harmonic reduction algorithm, and the redundancy operation algorithm were included in this simulation model. The developed simulation model can be utilized to analyze the MMC-based BTB converter for HVDC application in switching level and to develop the protection scheme for the MMC-based BTB converter for HVDC application.
농어촌용수 및 농업생산기반시설의 실태조사에 따른 기후변화 영향 분석

This study aims to effective survey on actual condition for impact and vulnerability assessment on climate change in agriculture and rural community (limited to rural water and agricultural infrastructure, Paragraph 3, Article 2 of the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act) entrusted to Korea Rural Community Corporation based on the Law (Paragraph 2, Article 47 of the Framework Act on Agriculture, Rural community and Food industry). The results are summarized as follows. The rural water was divided into three categories (abnormal climate, water use, and flood control), and 31 indicators were selected. The reservoirs were divided into four categories, and 20 indicators were selected. The pumping stations were divided into two categories, 7 indicators, and the drainage pump stations were divided into two categories, 5 indicators were chosen. A survey on actual condition of each indicator was conducted and the result of the impact assessment was calculated. The 65 rural water showed values ranged from 0.855 to 1.308. The reservoir ranged from 0.966 to 23.338 as a result of the impact assessment on the 16 indicators. The pumping station was able to calculate the results of the safety inspection and the thorough safety inspection, and the drainage pump station was able to calculate only the result of the safety inspection. It is judged that it will be necessary to secure and analyze data on indicators with no data in the future. The results of this research can be utilized as baseline data that can deal with climate change preemptively.
